剥離や溶解により容易にシールを開封でき、しかもフィルム切れ端などが容器に残留するおそれがない。

本発明においては、口元部3の表面に合成樹脂フィルムを溶着し、開口部4を該合成樹脂フィルムでシールし、医療用容器1を密閉する方法を採用する。溶着方法は、熱、超音波、高周波誘電、レーザーのいずれによる溶着方法でも可能である。以下、それぞれの方法について説明する。なお、合成樹脂フィルムの材質は、口元部3と同質の材料であることが好ましく、ポリプロピレン又はポリエチレンが好適である。
発熱体10の突条10aがフィルム5に当接し、フィルム5が溶解し始める。次に、フランジ3aも溶解し、フィルム5とフランジ3aとが溶着される。溶着終了後、フィルム5を適当に切断すれば、密封が完了する。なお、巻き取り装置12とローラ13とを備えていれば、フィルム5を順次供給できるので、フィルム溶着の効率が向上する。また、発熱体10は、電気ヒーター等により加熱することができる。なお、刃部15を設けて、溶着完了後、刃部15を下方に移動させてフィルム5を切断することも可能である。
超音波振動子20が振動しながら下方に移動すると、突条20aがフィルム5に当接し、フィルム5が加圧されながら振動される。フィルム5とフランジ3aとの間に摩擦が生じ、摩擦熱が発生する。該摩擦熱によりフィルム5とフランジ3aが溶解することにより、溶着される。
Claims (13)
- 口元部を有し、前記口元部の開口部が合成樹脂フィルムによりシールされた医療用容器において、
前記口元部がフランジを有し、前記フランジの内周部表面が前記フランジの外周部表面に対し段部をなして容器下部側に配置され、前記フランジの外周部表面と合成樹脂フィルムとが溶着された当該合成樹脂フィルムをその中央部からフィルム面方向に溶解収縮させて開封し、溶解収縮された合成樹脂フィルムは前記段部に残留する医療用容器の開封方法。 - 前記フランジの外周部表面と前記フランジの内周部表面との段差が0.3〜1.5mmである請求項1記載の医療用容器の開封方法。
- 口元部を有し、前記口元部の開口部が合成樹脂フィルムによりシールされた医療用容器において、
前記口元部の内周部表面が前記口元部の外周部表面に対し段部をなして容器下部側に配置され、前記口元部の外周部表面に合成樹脂フィルムが溶着された当該合成樹脂フィルムをその中央部からフィルム面方向に溶解収縮させて開封し、溶解収縮された合成樹脂フィルムは前記段部に残留する医療用容器の開封方法。 - 合成樹脂フィルムの中央部と発熱先端部との距離が最短で、前記合成樹脂フィルムの周辺部と発熱周辺部との距離が相対的に長く、前記合成樹脂フィルムの中央部に到達する輻射熱量が最大となる発熱先端部及び発熱周辺部を備えた発熱体を用いて、当該発熱体を接近させ、前記発熱体からの輻射熱により、前記合成樹脂フィルムを中央部より溶解収縮させて開封する請求項1又は3記載の医療用容器の開封方法。
- 合成樹脂フィルムの中央部に到達する熱風が最大となる熱風手段により、前記合成樹脂フィルムを中央部より溶解収縮させて開封する請求項1又は3記載の医療用容器の開封方法。
- 口元部を有し、前記口元部の開口部が合成樹脂フィルムによりシールされた医療用容器において、前記合成樹脂フィルムにレーザー光を照射し、前記合成樹脂フィルムを溶解収縮させて開封する請求項1又は3記載の医療用容器の開封方法。
- 口元部を有し、前記口元部の開口部が合成樹脂フィルムによりシールされた医療用容器において、前記合成樹脂フィルムを高周波誘電により、前記合成樹脂フィルムを溶解収縮させ開封する請求項1又は3記載の医療用容器の開封方法。
- 口元部を有し、前記口元部の開口部が合成樹脂フィルムによりシールされた医療用容器において、前記合成樹脂フィルムを電磁誘導により、前記合成樹脂フィルムを溶解収縮させて開封する請求項1又は3記載の医療用容器の開封方法。
- 請求項1又は3記載の方法により、医療用容器の口元部の開口部をシールした合成樹脂フィルムを開封し、前記医療用容器内に内容物を充填し、
上記口元部の表面に合成樹脂フィルム又はキャップを超音波振動溶着により溶着し、再び口元部の開口部をシールする医療用容器の内容物充填方法。 - 請求項1又は3記載の方法により、医療用容器の口元部の開口部をシールする合成樹脂フィルムを開封し、前記医療用容器内に内容物を充填し、
上記口元部の表面に合成樹脂フィルム又はキャップを高周波誘電溶着により溶着し、再び口元部の開口部をシールする医療用容器の内容物充填方法。 - 請求項1又は3記載の方法により、医療用容器の口元部の開口部をシールする合成樹脂フィルムを開封し、前記医療用容器内に内容物を充填し、
上記口元部の表面に合成樹脂フィルム又はキャップをレーザー溶着により溶着し、再び口元部の開口部をシールする医療用容器の内容物充填方法。 - 請求項1又は3記載の方法により、医療用容器の口元部の開口部をシールする合成樹脂フィルムを開封し、
前記医療用容器内に内容物を充填し、
上記口元部の表面に合成樹脂フィルム又はキャップを熱溶着により溶着し、再び口元部の開口部をシールする医療用容器の内容物充填方法。 - 前記合成樹脂フィルムは二層以上のイージーピール用多層フィルムである請求項9乃至12のいずれかに記載の医療用容器の内容物充填方法。
