Description
(1)エチレン−カルボン酸ビニル共重合体のカルボン酸ビニル含量が5〜35質量%である粘着テープ。
(2)ポリプロピレン系樹脂が、ポリプロピレンランダムコポリマー及び/又はリアクターポリプロピレンである粘着テープ。
粘着テープは、結束用テープに用いることができる。
エチレン−カルボン酸ビニル共重合体としてカルボン酸ビニル含量20質量%のエチレン−カルボン酸ビニル共重合体(東ソ株式会社製、ウルトラセン628)100質量部とポリプロピレン系樹脂としてポリプロピレンランダムコポリマー(出光石油化学株式会社製、F−724NP)60質量部、芳香族ビニル系エラストマーとしてスチレン−ブタジエンランダム共重合体(旭化成株式会社製、タフテックH1221)20質量部、平均粒子径5μmの無機質充填剤として水酸化マグネシウム(神島化学株式会社製、マグシーズN−1)50質量部、その他少量の安定剤、滑剤、着色剤を含有させたものである。粘着剤として、天然ゴムとSBRの混合物からなるゴム系粘着剤を含有し、この配合剤をバンバリーミキサーで混練し、カレンダー加工で約0.1mmの厚さに形成した後、幅25mmのテープ状に切断して粘着テープを得た。
アクリル酸エステル含量15質量%のエチレンーアクリル酸エステル共重合体(三井デュポンポリケミカル株式会社製、EVAFLEX-EEA A−710)100質量部とポリプロピレンランダムコポリマー30質量部とリアクターポリプロピレン30質量部(出光石油化学会社製、TPO E−2710)とした以外は、実施例1と同様な配合として粘着テープを得た。
リアクターポリプロピレン(出光石油化学会社製、TPO E−2710)60質量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様な配合として粘着テープを得た。
水添スチレン−ブタジエンランダム共重合体(旭化成株式会社製、タフテックP2000)20質量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様な配合として粘着テープを得た。
カルボン酸ビニル含量6質量%のエチレン−カルボン酸ビニル共重合体(東ソ株式会社製、ウルトラセン511F)100質量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様な配合として粘着テープを得た。
カルボン酸ビニル含量40質量%のエチレン−カルボン酸ビニル共重合体(東ソ株式会社製、ウルトラセン760)100質量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様な配合として粘着テープを得た。
実施例1のエチレン−カルボン酸ビニル共重合体を除いた以外は、実施例1と同様な配合として粘着テープを得た。
実施例1のポリプロピレンランダムコポリマーを除いた以外は、実施例1と同様な配合として粘着テープを得た。
実施例1のスチレン−ブタジエンランダム共重合体を除いた以外は、実施例1と同様な配合として粘着テープを得た。
実施例1のエチレン−カルボン酸ビニル共重合の代わりにLDPE(東ソー株式会社製、ペトロセン226)100質量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様な配合として粘着テープを得た。
ポリプロピレンランダムコポリマー(出光石油化学株式会社製、F−724NP)300質量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様な配合として粘着テープを得た。
スチレン−ブタジエンランダム共重合体(旭化成株式会社製、タフテックH1221)200質量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様な配合として粘着テープを得た。
優良:ピンホールが1個未満のもの
良 :ピンホールが1個〜5個のもの
不良:ピンホールが5個以上発生したもの
で評価した。
優良:伸び率25%における強度が5.0N/mm2〜15.0N/mm2のもの
良 :伸び率25%における強度が15.0N/mm2〜25.0N/mm2未満のもの
不良:伸び率25%における強度が5.0N/mm2未満、25.0N/mm2以上のもの
で評価した。
優良:巻き付け中に伸び又は切れがないもの
良 :巻き付け中に伸び又は切れが少ないもの
不良:巻き付け中に伸び又は切れが多いもの
で評価した。
さらに、JIS K−7127に準じて行った引張り試験において加重10N/mm2における基材の「伸び率」を、次の評価基準
優良:伸び率が30%〜50%のもの
良 :伸び率が10%〜30%、50%〜80%のもの
不良:伸び率が10%未満、80%以上のもの
で評価した。
優良:引裂き強度が0.8N未満のもの
良 :引裂き強度が0.8N〜1.5Nのもの
不良:引裂き強度が1.5N以上のもの
で評価した。
優良:白化の無いもの
良 :白化の少ないもの
不良:白化の多いもの
で評価した。
Claims (4)
- 基材と、該基材の片面に積層された粘着層とを有する粘着テープであって、
前記基材が、エチレン−カルボン酸ビニル共重合体:100質量部と、
ポリプロピレン系樹脂:1〜200質量部と、
スチレン−ブタジエンランダム共重合体及び/又はスチレン−ブタジエンランダム共重合体の水素添加物:10〜100質量部と、を含む粘着テープ。 - 前記エチレン−カルボン酸ビニル共重合体のカルボン酸ビニル含量が、5〜35質量%である請求項1に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記ポリプロピレン系樹脂が、ポリプロピレンランダムコポリマー及び/又はリアクターポリプロピレンである請求項1又は2に記載の粘着テープ。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の粘着テープを用いた結束用テープ。
