- 複数の基板と、
前記複数の基板のそれぞれに設けられた光電変換素子とを備え、
前記光電変換素子同士は、可とう性を有する平坦状のケーブルで電気的に接続されており、
前記光電変換素子は、一対の電極と、前記一対の電極間に設けられ各電極と接触する光電変換部と、前記一対の電極と接触し前記光電変換部を包囲する封止材とを有し、
前記光電変換素子の少なくとも一つは、前記一対の電極の少なくとも一方における前記光電変換部側の面が、前記封止材と接触する領域の外側に非接触領域を有し、
前記ケーブルの一端は、前記光電変換素子の前記非接触領域と電気的に接続されること
を特徴とする光電変換素子モジュール。 - 複数の基板と、

前記ケーブルの一端は、少なくとも前記光電変換素子の1つにおいて、前記一対の電極の一方における前記光電変換部と反対側の面で前記光電変換素子と電気的に接続されること
を特徴とする光電変換素子モジュール。
