少なくとも一つの前記穿孔は、前記グラフェンシート−カーボンナノチューブフィルム複合構造体で被覆され、
前記グラフェンシート−カーボンナノチューブフィルム複合構造体は、少なくとも一つのカーボンナノチューブ構造体と、該カーボンナノチューブ構造体に被覆された少なくとも一つの官能性グラフェンシートと、を含み、
前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体は少なくとも一つの微孔を有し、且つ該微孔が前記官能性グラフェンシートで被覆されていることを特徴とする透過型電子顕微鏡グリッド。 - 支持体と、該支持体に被覆された少なくとも一つのグラフェンシート−カーボンナノチューブフィルム複合構造体と、を含む透過型電子顕微鏡グリッドであって、

前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体は、複数の交差したカーボンナノチューブワイヤからなり、複数の微孔を有し、且つ少なくとも一つの前記微孔が少なくとも一つの前記官能性グラフェンシートで被覆されていることを特徴とする透過型電子顕微鏡グリッド。 - 少なくとも一つのカーボンナノチューブ構造体及び該カーボンナノチューブ構造体に被覆された少なくとも一つの官能性グラフェンシートと、を含むグラフェンシート−カーボンナノチューブフィルム複合構造体であって、
前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体は、少なくとも一つの微孔を有し、
