Claims (4)
- バッテリから電力を供給するメイン電源ラインと、
前記メイン電源ラインの電圧が低下した場合に電圧補償動作を行うバックアップ用電源ラインと、
前記バックアップ用電源ラインの入力部に挿入されるダイオードと、
前記ダイオードのオープン故障を検出するCPUと、
前記メイン電源ラインが非通電状態となってから所定時間経過するまでの期間、前記CPUに電源を供給するためのエネルギーリザーブコンデンサと、
を有する冗長回路を備える車両用制御装置において、
前記バックアップ用電源ラインは前記メイン電源ラインに対し前記所定時間遅延して通電、非通電されるように制御され、
前記CPUは、前記ダイオードのアノード側の電圧及びカソード側の電圧を監視し、通電状態であった前記メイン電源ラインが非通電状態となってから前記所定時間経過するまでの期間において、前記ダイオードの前記カソード側の電圧が、所定の閾値よりも低下したことにより前記ダイオードのオープン故障を検出し、
前記所定の閾値は、前記ダイオードのアノード側の電圧からダイオード自身の順方向電圧降下分を差し引いた値より小さい値であり、且つ前記順方向電圧降下分より大きい値に設定されていることを特徴とする車両用制御装置。 - 前記ダイオードのオープン故障を検出した際、不揮発性メモリに検出結果を記憶し、次回のメイン電源ラインの通電時に読み出しを行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用制御装置。
- 前記バックアップ用電源ラインの電源は、前記メイン電源ラインとバッテリを共通とすることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用制御装置。
- 前記バックアップ用電源ラインの電源は、前記メイン電源ラインとは異なるバッテリより成ることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用制御装置。
