Claims (11)
- 導光板と、
前記導光板の側面に配置される光源と、
前記光源及び前記導光板の間に介される光変換部材と、
前記導光板及び前記光変換部材に密着する第1密着部材と、
前記光源及び前記光変換部材の間に密着する第2密着部材と、を含み、
前記光変換部材は、
前記光源から出射される光の波長を変換させる多数個の光変換粒子と、
前記光変換粒子を囲むホストと、
前記光変換粒子及び前記ホストを収容するチューブと、を含み、
前記ホストは前記チューブ内に配置される透明ポリマーであり、
前記第1密着部材及び前記第2密着部材は前記チューブに密着することを特徴とする、表示装置。 - 前記第1密着部材の内部に配置される多数個の散乱粒子をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第2密着部材の内部に配置される多数個の散乱粒子をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1密着部材の屈折率は前記導光板の屈折率を基準に±0.1以内であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記光源は、
光を発生させる発光ダイオードチップと、
前記発光ダイオードチップを囲む充填材とを含み、
前記第2密着部材の屈折率は前記充填材の屈折率を基準に±0.1以内であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の表示装置。 - 導光板と、
前記導光板の側面に配置される光源と、
前記光源及び前記導光板の間に介される光変換部材と、
前記導光板及び前記光変換部材に密着する第1密着部材と、
前記光源及び前記光変換部材の間に密着する第2密着部材と、
前記光源から出射されて前記光変換部材を透過する前の光または透過された後の光の経路を変更する、前記第1密着部材又は前記第2密着部材の内部に分散された散乱粒子と、を含み、
前記光変換部材は、
前記光源から出射される光の波長を変換させる多数個の光変換粒子と、
前記光変換粒子を囲むホストと、
前記光変換粒子及び前記ホストを収容するチューブと、を含み、
前記ホストは前記チューブ内に配置される透明ポリマーであり、
前記第1密着部材及び前記第2密着部材は前記チューブに密着することを特徴とする、表示装置。 - 前記散乱粒子は、酸化チタンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の表示装置。
- 前記酸化チタンはアナターゼ型酸化チタンであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の表示装置。
- 前記散乱粒子の直径は100nm乃至400nmであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1密着部材及び前記第2密着部材は、前記散乱粒子を囲み、
前記散乱粒子は前記第1密着部材又は前記第2密着部材に0.00001wt%乃至10wt%の割合で含まれることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の表示装置。 - 前記光源は青色光を出射し、
前記光変換部材は前記青色光を緑色光及び赤色光に変換することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の表示装置。
