Description

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a slide fitting for a body chain in a mode in which a medium is held through a chain.

The jewelry chain is formed by inserting and holding a spherical slide fitting in a chain made of a noble metal raw material such as platinum or silver. As a method of manufacturing a slide fitting used for such a body chain, there is a method of Japanese Patent No. 4633774, and this method of manufacturing a slide bracket for a body chain includes a hollow pipe member made of the above-mentioned noble metal raw material. A lot of spherical hollow parts with elastic members inside are made by continuously sending out materials with elastic members such as silicon rubber in the part and pressing the precious metal raw material together with the elastic members with a mold. It was to be molded.

Japanese Patent No. 4633774

However, in the process of pressing the precious metal raw material with a mold, the final spherical hollow part is formed, so in the process of separating the hollow part from the precious metal raw material, it is necessary to make a margin by pulling the elastic member. After that, since the elastic member becomes smaller than the capacity of the hollow part of the hollow part, the elastic member is arranged with a margin in the hollow part. there were. Thereby, there existed a problem in which the design property of a slide metal fitting, the thinness of a chain, etc. were restrict | limited.

Are provided with two insertion holes 8a at two locations where the inner peripheral surfaces of the peripheral wall face each other, and a circular ring for hooking the other end of the accessory chain on the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall. 7 is welded. The elastic member 4 is held in a through hole 4a of the cylinder so as to be positioned through the chain, and is formed of elastic silicon rubber to hold the chain.

The manufacturing method of the slide metal fitting of 1st embodiment by this invention uses an apparatus for exclusive use as shown to Fig.2 (a) (b). This apparatus vibrates to a roller delivery unit 10 that feeds a tube-like elastic member 4, a primary mold 11 that forms a pipe member 1 made of a noble metal material into a continuous bead shape, and a continuous bead member 2 that is molded with the primary mold 11. And the secondary mold 14 for compressing the oval hollow part 6 separated from the continuous bead member 2.
The roller delivery unit 10 is arranged with two disk-like rollers 10a and 10a sandwiching in a direction perpendicular to the filament 5 with respect to the longitudinal direction of the pipe member 1, and the pipe member 1 is arranged with two rollers 10a. , 10a so as to be sent out.
The primary mold 11 includes two molds, one mold 11a and the other mold 11b, and a wave-shaped depression 21 having substantially the same shape is provided on the pressing surface of any mold 11a, 11b. The degree of the depression 21 is formed deeper as the pipe member 1 moves in the moving direction. Then, the pipe member 1 is guided by the wire 5 and transferred to the pipe member 1 by reciprocating and pressing the mold 11a and the other mold 11b many times. Part) 3 is formed as a continuous bead member 2 (see FIGS. 3A to 3C).
The feeder 12 abuts on the continuous bead member 2 transferred by the guide of the line 5 and gives vibration to the continuous bead member 2. By the vibration, each elliptic hollow component forming portion (hollow component forming portion) of the continuous bead member 2 is provided. ) The constricted portion between 3 is separated, and the oval hollow part 6 can be individually slid along the filament 5 independently.
The welded portion 13 holds the circular rings 7 in racks (not shown) in which a plurality of squares are arranged in a line, and closes the racks to connect the circular rings 7 to the oval hollow part forming portion ( The hollow part forming part) 3 or the elliptical hollow part 6 is laser welded to the outer peripheral surface.
The secondary mold 14 consists of two molds, a fixed mold 14a and a movable mold 14b. The movable mold 14b reciprocates to a position facing the fixed mold 14a in parallel with the filament 5, and compresses the oval hollow part 6 In any of the molds 14a and 14b, a depression 22 having a hemispherical shape is provided on the pressing surface (see FIGS. 5A to 5D).
The wire 5 can be moved sequentially from one side to the other and the shaft can rotate, thereby transferring the elastic member 4 and the hollow part 8 attached to the wire 5, and the wire The elastic member 4 and the hollow part 8 can be controlled to rotate about the strip 5 as an axis.

The manufacturing process of the slide metal fitting according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described using the above manufacturing apparatus.
As shown in FIGS. 3 (a) to 3 (c), as a first step, a long pipe member 1 made of a noble metal material is pressed by a primary mold 11 to form an elliptical hollow part forming part (hollow part forming part). 3 is formed, and the elastic member 4 through which the filament 5 is inserted is inserted into the cylindrical hole 2a of the continuous bead member 2.
As a 2nd process, by pressing the continuous bead member 2 which penetrated said elastic member 4 with the primary mold | type 11, and repeatedly performing a press and rotation, like FIG. 4 (a)-(c), A plurality of oval hollow parts 6 separated from each other are slidably connected along the filament 5.
As a third step, as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) to 5 (d), each of the oval hollow parts 6 separated from the above-mentioned continuous bead member 2 is transported one by one along the filament 5, and the oval hollow part 6. On the other hand, in the secondary mold 14, the elliptical hollow part 6 is compressed and spherical by pressing from both sides by the fixed mold 14 a and the movable mold 14 b arranged on the same straight line as the filament 5, and A slide fitting in which the elastic member 6 is press-fitted into the hollow portion S in a tight state is formed (see FIG. 5D).

As a second embodiment of the present invention, a method for obtaining a slide fitting through a process that is partially different from that of the first embodiment but that is partially different will be described.
As shown in FIG. 6A, in the first step, the long pipe member 1 made of a noble metal material and the wire 5 are passed through the pipe member 1 with a margin with respect to the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall. The tubular elastic member 4 is inserted and sent out by the roller delivery unit 10 (see FIG. 2A).
As a second step, the pipe member 1 in which the elastic member 4 is inserted is pressed with the primary mold 11 to form a continuous bead member 2 in which a plurality of oval hollow part forming parts (hollow part forming parts) 3 are connected, Furthermore, while pressing the above-mentioned continuous bead member 2 with the primary mold 11, by repeating the operation of rotating the continuous bead member 2 with the filament 5, each oval hollow part forming part (hollow part forming part) of the continuous bead member 2 is performed. Part) 3 is separated, thereby forming a plurality of oval hollow parts 6 in which the elastic member 4 is accommodated in the hollow part S with a margin.
The third step is performed in the same manner as in the second embodiment, but each elliptic hollow part 6 obtained in the second step is transferred to the secondary mold 14 along the filament 5 one by one, The oval hollow part 6 is compressed to form a spherical slide fitting in which the elastic member 4 is pressed into the hollow portion S in a tight state.

In the manufacture of the slide fitting according to the present embodiment (third embodiment), the same steps as those of the first and second embodiments are performed until the continuous bead member 2 is formed, but only the noble metal raw material is used in the first step. The elastic member 4 is not inserted for processing, and the filament 5 for guiding the continuous bead member 2 is not used. The process after separating the oval hollow part 6 from the continuous brace member 2 is different.
If only different steps are described, as shown in FIGS. 7 (a) and 7 (c), the chain bead member 2 formed by pressing the primary mold 11 is used for alignment in a state where each round ring 7 is held. It is attached to a rack (not shown), and the rack is placed on the feeder 12. In the feeder 12, by applying vibration to the chain members 2 held in the rack, the chain members 2 are separated by vibration while being held in the rack, so that a plurality of elliptic hollow parts 6 are formed. The component 6 is transferred to the press-fitting device 30 by the feeder 12. The press-fitting device 30 includes a holder 31 that holds the oval hollow part 6 so as not to deviate in direction, a guide member 32 that is connected to the holder 31 and has a feeding path 34 of an elastic member, and a cylinder that slides in the feeding path 34. It consists of a rod 33. In the press-fitting device 30, as shown in FIGS. 7B and 7D, the elastic member 4 is pushed out by the cylinder rod 33 against the oval hollow part 6 held in the holder 31, and the elastic member 4 is moved to the oval hollow part 6. The elastic member 4 is accommodated in the hollow part S of the oval hollow part 6 with a margin by being press-fitted into the hole 6 a and being inserted into the hollow part S. Then, the elliptical hollow part 6 in the state in which the elastic member 4 is accommodated is transferred to the secondary mold 14 in the same manner as in the first embodiment and the second embodiment. By holding the hollow part 6 in the fixed mold 14a and pressing it with the moving mold 14b, the elliptical hollow part 6 is compressed to a spherical shape to reduce the capacity of the hollow part S, and the hollow part 8 is formed. A slide fitting in which the elastic member 4 is press-fitted in a tight state is formed in the hollow portion S of the hollow part 8.

In the manufacturing method of the slide fitting for a body chain according to the present invention, the oval hollow part 6 is formed as the previous stage of the hollow part 8, but the tubular elastic member 4 is inserted into the pipe member 1 with a margin. As long as it is possible, the design is not particularly limited. Specifically, the hollow member S has a hollow portion S for press-fitting the elastic member 4, and two hollow parts (in this embodiment, an elliptic hollow part 6) in which the elastic member 4 is put in the hollow part S with a margin are provided. Since the oval hollow part 6 shown in FIG. 8A is compressed by the secondary mold 14 having a different shape, the shape is symmetric with respect to the chain as it passes through the chain. For example, as shown in FIG. 8 (b), the outer peripheral wall portion of the hollow part 28 may be uneven. Further, as shown in FIG. 8C, the hollow part 38 has a chamfered shape, or as shown in FIG. 8D, the hollow part 48 has a bell-like shape. 14 having a high degree of freedom can be obtained by the compression step according to 14, and various shapes can be obtained as long as the hollow portion S is provided. Moreover, about the magnitude | size of the hollow parts 8,28,38,48, various things can be shape | molded by changing the diameter of the pipe member 1, and by raising the degree of compression by the secondary mold 14, extremely Small slide fittings can also be molded.
