ここで、ピストンは、第一の部分及び第二の部分を有し、第一の部分の断面積が、第二の部分の断面積より小さく、ピストンの第一の部分の少なくとも一部は、窪みに位置し、ピストンの第二の部分は、保持機能の遠位側に位置し;
第二の薬剤は、キャビティ内のピストンの遠位側に位置し、

ここで、投薬中、第一の薬剤は、第一の針を通して、保持機能とピストンの第一の部分によって形成されるキャビティ内へ流れ、そしてここで、第一の薬剤は、ピストンを薬用モジュールの遠位面に向かって遠位方向強制的に動かし、ここで、ピストンの第二の部分は、実質的に全ての第二の薬剤を第二の針を通して強制的に流動させ:そして
