Description
ペンタエリスリトールと、2−メチルプロパン酸/3,5,5−トリメチルヘキサン酸の混合酸(モル比で1/9〜9/1)とのエステル。
ネオペンチルグリコールと、2−エチルヘキサン酸/3,5,5−トリメチルヘキサン酸の混合酸(モル比で1/9〜9/1)とのエステル。
ジペンタエリスリトールと、2−エチルヘキサン酸/3,5,5−トリメチルヘキサン酸の混合酸(モル比で1/9〜9/1)とのエステル。
トリメチロールプロパンにアジピン酸を反応させたエステル中間体に、さらに2−エチルヘキサノールを反応させ、残存したアルコールを蒸留で除去して得たエステル(モル比で、トリメチロールプロパンが5〜40モル%、アジピン酸が20〜60モル%、2−エチルヘキサノールが20〜60モル%、)。
ペンタエリスリトールと、n−ペンタン酸/n−ヘプタン酸/3,5,5−トリメチルヘキサン酸の混合酸(モル比で、n−ペンタン酸が20〜60モル%、n−ヘプタン酸が20〜60モル%、3,5,5−トリメチルヘキサン酸が5〜40モル%)とのエステル。
[式(1)中、Xはモノオールまたはポリオールから水酸基を除いた形の炭化水素基、Aは炭素数2〜4のアルキレン基、R1は水素原子または炭素数1〜10のアルキル基、mはXの価数、nは2以上の整数を表す。]

200mlのオートクレーブに、水分含有量を500ppmに調整した冷凍機油組成物80gおよび2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン冷媒(HFO−1234yf)20gの混合物に水素化アクリロニトリルブタジエンゴム(H−NBR)製またはポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)製の短冊を1枚入れ、150℃で200時間加熱した。加熱終了後、冷凍機油組成物の酸価を測定し、また、H−NBR製およびPET製の短冊について引張強度を測定し、下記式で定義される引張強度変化率(%)を算出した。
引張強度変化率[%]=(試験後の短冊の引張強度/試験前の短冊の引張強度)×100
H−NBR:縦×横×厚み=5cm×2cm×0.2cm
PET:縦×横×厚み=5cm×2cm×300μm
また、酸価はJIS K2501「石油製品及び潤滑油−中和試験方法」に準拠して測定し、引張強度はJIS K 6251に準拠して測定した。
Claims (7)
- エステル系基油と、エポキシ化合物と、カルボジイミド化合物と、を含有し、
ポリエチレンテレフタレートを含む部材および/または水素化アクリロニトリルブタジエンゴムを含む部材を備える冷凍機において、フルオロプロペンを含む冷媒とともに用いられる、冷凍機油組成物。 - 前記エステル系基油が、ペンタエリスリトールと一価脂肪酸とのエステルおよび/またはジペンタエリスリトールと一価脂肪酸とのエステルを含む、請求項1に記載の冷凍機油組成物。
