Description
− 冠動脈内の冠動脈ステントのより迅速且つ精確な位置付け、
− ステントを手作業ではなく機械的に位置付けすること、
− 冠動脈ステントのより短い位置付け時間に起因する患者及び医療従事者の放射線曝露の削減、
− あらゆる冠動脈床セグメントの病巣の場合における装置の利用可能性、
− 冠動脈ステントのより短い位置付け時間に起因するX線不透物質に対する患者の曝露の削減、
− 使い捨て利用、
− 外科医の手の延長部分としての装置の便利な構成、
− 最小重量及び寸法的特性、
− 使い易さ、
− 費用効果性の高い生産。
Claims (4)
- 本体(1)と、
その上部が前記本体(1)の上方に突出し、かつ、その下部が前記本体(1)の内部に配置される、回転ホイール(10)と、
前記本体(1)の内部に配置され、かつ、前記回転ホイール(10)に硬く連結された、水平スクリュー(17)と、
前記水平スクリュー(17)に沿ってスライド可能に配置され、かつ、側方貫通孔(32)を有する、スライダ(18)と、
前記側方貫通孔(32)と向かい合う側で、前記スライダ(18)に連結された、球状部材(19)と、
前記水平スクリュー(17)に対して並列に、前記球状部材(19)に可動に配置された、カム(20)と、
前記カム(20)の軸線に関して対称に配置された、一対のホー(22)と、
前記一対のホー(22)を互いに押圧するゴムカップリング(25)と、
前記本体(1)の側方部分に収容されたロックボタン(12)と、
前記スライダ(18)の前記側方貫通孔(32)内に設けられた楔であって、当該楔が、
前記ロックボタン側において前記スライダ(18)の前記側方貫通孔(32)の内部に収容され、かつ、前記ロックボタン(12)に近い一方の側において丸味のある側面(13)によって形成され前記ロックボタン(12)と反対側の他方の側において90度の角度のカットオフによって形成された、側方楔部材(24)であって、冠動脈ステント送出システムのための孔(34)が設けられた、側方楔部材(24)と、
その一方の端部が45度の角度のカットオフであり、その反対側の前記ホー側の端部において前記スライダ(18)の前記側方貫通孔(32)から突出しかつ前記ホー(22)と接触する、コーンを含む、コーン形楔部材(23)であって、冠動脈ステント送出システムのための孔(31)が設けられた、コーン形楔部材(23)と、
を有する、楔と、
前記ロックボタン(12)の反対側で前記スライダの壁面に固定され、かつ、前記スライダ(18)の前記側方貫通孔(32)を介して、前記90度のカットオフの点において前記側方楔部材の端部に接触する、スプリング(21)と、
を備える、装置であって、
使用のために前記装置を準備する際に、又は、使用中に前記冠動脈ステント送出システムの位置を変える際に、前記スプリング(21)に抗して前記ロックボタン(12)が押され、前記ロックボタン(12)が前記側方楔部材(24)に圧力を加え、この側方楔部材(24)が今度は前記コーン形楔部材(23)に圧力を加え、前記ゴムカップリング(25)によって互いに押圧された前記一対のホー(22)のロックを解除させ、これによって、前記冠動脈ステント送出システムが、前記孔(31,34)を通して前記ホー(22)の間で、前記装置に収容され又は前記装置内で移動し、前記ロックボタン(12)が前記冠動脈ステント送出システムをロックするために解放され、
前記冠動脈ステント送出システムを前進させる際に、前記回転ホイール(10)が回転され、前記回転ホイール(10)の回転運動が前記水平スクリュー(17)を介して前記スライダ(18)の直線運動に変換され、これによって前記冠動脈ステント送出システムを前進させる、
装置。 - 前記本体は、医療グレードのプラスチックで製造されており、前記本体の左手指リセス(5)には、耐湿性コーティングが具備されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記本体(1)の本体テール部分が、側方カットアウト上で前記本体に沿って可動に形成され、その前方部分内で側面上に配置されたロックを用いてロック可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- ステントを伴う前記冠動脈ステント送出システムがその内部で事前にロックされる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
