Claims (4)
- 溶接電源装置から電力を供給されてアーク溶接を行う溶接トーチであって、
前記溶接トーチの進行方向情報および姿勢情報を検出するセンサ部と、
前記センサ部が検出した前記進行方向情報および前記姿勢情報に基づいてトーチ角度を算出し、算出された前記トーチ角度に適応した溶接情報を取得する溶接情報取得部と、
前記溶接情報取得部が取得した前記溶接情報を前記溶接電源装置に送信する通信部と、を備えていることを特徴とする溶接トーチ。 - 前記センサ部は、前記溶接トーチの先端部分の速度ベクトルを前記進行方向情報として検出し、前記溶接トーチの先端部分の軸方向の姿勢ベクトルを前記姿勢情報として検出する、
請求項1に記載の溶接トーチ。 - 前記溶接情報取得部は、前記トーチ角度が複数の範囲のどの範囲に属するかを判別し、判別した範囲に対応付けられた値に基づいて前記溶接情報を取得する、
請求項1または2に記載の溶接トーチ。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の溶接トーチと、
前記溶接電源装置と、
を備えていることを特徴とする溶接システム。
