請求項1に記載のディスプレイ基板用ポリイミドフィルム。 - 前記ポリイミドフィルムに含まれた内部空隙の体積分率が、1x10−4以下である
請求項1又は2に記載のディスプレイ基板用ポリイミドフィルム。 - 前記ポリイミドフィルムの熱分解によって1%重量損失が起こるTd1%温度が、560℃以上である
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のディスプレイ基板用ポリイミドフィルム。 - 請求項1から4のうち何れか一項に記載のディスプレイ基板用ポリイミドフィルムを含む
