Description

The present invention relates to a reinforcing tool suitable for reinforcing eaves and keraba of a folded plate roof widely used in a large area roof such as a factory, a warehouse, and a large store.

The folded-plate roof is originally made of a steel plate coil, which is then roofed using a roofing material molded into a desired shape and length by a roll molding machine installed at a manufacturing factory and a construction site. Therefore, it is widely used as a roof that can economically secure workability, wind pressure resistance, and water stoppage.

Specifically, the folded plate roofing material includes a bottom plate forming the bottom wall of the groove portion, a side plate rising from the bottom plate, and a mountain plate connected to the upper end portion of the side plate to form the top wall of the mountain portion. The roofing materials are connected to each other by engaging means such as upper goby and lower goby provided on the mountain plate.

By the way, in this kind of folded-plate roof, a negative pressure load that swells upward acts on the outdoor air pressure when the outdoor air pressure drops during a storm. A normal goby folded plate is fixedly supported at the center of an adjacent mountain, and the side plate and bottom plate have a large bulge deformation to the outer surface, and at the tip, it is supported in a protruding state, so it is tightened with a goby. There is a greater risk that the joint will be deformed and opened and scattered.

As prior art in this regard, for example, in Patent Document 1, a surrounding portion that covers an engaging portion of a folded plate roof from above, a ground contact portion formed at both lower ends of the surrounding portion, and the surrounding portion or its vicinity thereof. A reinforcing metal fitting for a folded plate roof, which is formed or provided on the roof and has a locking means for locking to an engaging portion, has been proposed.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2000-345662

However, the reinforcing metal fittings disclosed in Patent Document 1 are premised on those that lock the goby portion on the left and right, and the goby shape is limited to a round shape, so that the applicable range is narrow. In addition, although the reinforcing metal fittings have a structure in which they are supported by surface contact with the goby part of the folded plate roof, for example, when snow is accumulated, the reinforcing metal fittings are pushed by the snow and easily misaligned. In addition, there is a risk of damaging the coating film applied to the outer surface of the roofing material when misalignment occurs. Further, since the metal fitting is composed of a plurality of members, there is a limit in reducing the cost of the metal fitting itself, and it is hard to say that a simple mounting work can be carried out.

An object of the present invention is to propose a simplified reinforcing tool having a structure that can easily and surely reinforce a folded plate roof, particularly its eaves and keraba, regardless of the difference in the engagement type of the folded plate roof material. It is in.

It has a tongue piece located on the side, the tongue piece can be elastically displaced, and the side plate is sandwiched between the hanging plate or the outer plate portion and the inner plate. It is a reinforcing tool for a folded plate roof, which is a clip piece for sandwiching a portion and the side plate between the hanging plate.

In the reinforcing tool having the above configuration, the tongue piece has a bent portion at its end, which is bent away from the outer surface of the side plate or the outer surface of the outer plate and the outer surface of the inner plate.
The top plate and the hanging plate have at least one rib extending from one hanging piece toward the other hanging piece.
Further, it is preferable that the hanging plate and the tongue piece each have at least one penetrating opening communicating with each other as a specific means for solving the problem.

Since the reinforcing tool for the folded plate roof of the present invention is arranged on the back surface side (inside) of the folded plate roof material to reinforce the folded plate roof, the folded plate roof is irrespective of the difference in the engagement type of the folded plate roof material. Can be reinforced.

Further, in the reinforcing tool for the folded plate roof of the present invention, only the tongue piece is located on the outer surface of the folded plate roof, so that the reinforcing metal fittings do not easily shift in position.

Further, the reinforcing tool for the folded plate roof of the present invention is composed of a single member, so that the structure of the reinforcing tool can be simplified and the mounting work can be easily performed.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an external perspective view schematically showing an example of a folded-plate roofing material suitable for constructing a folded-plate roof, and FIG. 2 shows the folded-plate roofing material shown in FIG. 1 as a roof. It is the figure which partially showed the state which constructed the folded plate roof by installing on the tight frame installed on the base material (existing steel frame, etc.). In the present invention, before explaining the reinforcing tool, first, what kind of thing is a folded plate roofing material will be described first.

Reference numeral 1 in FIGS. 1 and 2 refers to a rust-preventive steel sheet having a thickness of 0.6 to 1.0 mm, such as a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet or a color steel sheet, or a stainless steel sheet, an aluminum alloy plate, a zinc plate, or the like. It is a standard-sized folded plate roofing material formed by roll molding and press molding.

The folded plate roofing material 1 is made of a flat plate-like body having a rectangular shape, and is integrally connected to the bottom plate 1a forming the bottom wall of the groove and the end portion in the width direction of the bottom plate 1a over the entire length, and is outside the width direction. The side plates 1b and 1c that rise at an angle toward the direction, the mountain plates 1d and 1e that are integrally connected to the upper ends of the side plates 1b and 1c to form the top wall of the mountain portion, and the mountain plates 1d and 1e are provided. It is composed of an upper goby 1f and a lower goby 1g (corner goby).

In the above-mentioned folded plate roofing material 1, a plurality of them are arranged side by side on a tight frame 2 (member having a corrugated shape) for fixing the folded plate roofing material as shown in FIG. The upper haze 1f and the lower haze 1g of the roofing material 1 are mutually wound with the folded plate roofing material 1 arranged adjacent to each other, and are fixed to the tight frame 2 via a hanger (not shown). The folded plate roof constructed by the folded plate roof material 1 exhibits a corrugated shape in which groove portions (recessed portions) M and mountain portions (convex portions) Y are alternately connected. Note that FIG. 2 shows, as an example, the eaves of a folded-plate roof in which two folded-plate roofing materials 1 are joined together.

FIG. 3 is an external perspective view schematically showing an embodiment of a reinforcing tool according to the present invention, which is used for reinforcing a folded plate roof constructed by the above-mentioned folded plate roof material 1.

Further, FIG. 4 is a view showing the front surface of the reinforcing tool shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 5 is a view showing a plane of the reinforcing tool shown in FIG. 3, and FIG. 6 is a view showing the reinforcement shown in FIG. FIG. 7 is a view showing the right side surface of the tool, FIG. 7 is a view showing the bottom surface of the reinforcing tool shown in FIG. 3, and FIG. 8 is a view showing the back surface of the reinforcing tool shown in FIG. Further, FIG. 9 is a view showing an AA cross section of FIG. 5, FIG. 10 is a view showing a BB cross section of FIG. 6, and FIG. 11 is a view showing a reinforcing tool according to the present invention. It is an external perspective view showing the state attached to the eaves of a plate roof, FIG. 12 is a view showing the front surface of FIG. 11, FIG. 13 is a view showing a plane of FIG. 11, and FIG. 14 is a view. It is a figure which showed the right side surface of 13.

As the reinforcing tool for the folded plate roof according to the present invention, for example, one made of a thin steel plate having a thickness of about 2.5 mm is used, but the thickness and the material thereof can be appropriately changed. In addition, the reinforcing tool is basically attached to each mountain part of the eaves of the folded plate roof or the keraba at the roof end to reinforce the folded plate roof. The folded-plate roof shall include both the existing folded-plate roof and the newly built folded-plate roof.

Reference numerals 3 in FIGS. 3 to 14 are on the back surface side of the mountain plates 1d and 1e, and the top plates 4a and 4b arranged along the width direction of the mountain plates 1d and 1e are pieces at both ends of the top plate 3. The hanging plate, 5a, which is held hanging in a holding state and is arranged along the back surface side of the side plates 1b and 1c in the upper portion of the side plates 1b and 1c (in this example, a region of about 1/3 of the total length). Reference numeral 5b is a tongue piece integrally connected to the hanging plates 4a and 4b.

The tongue pieces 5a and 5b are configured to wrap around from the edge of the side plates 1b and 1c and are located on the surface side of the side plates 1b and 1c, and preferably elastically displaceable and the side plates 1b. It is preferable to use 1c as a clip piece to be sandwiched between the hanging plates 4a and 4b, and at the end thereof, the side plates 1b and 1c are easily sandwiched and the side plates are prevented from being scratched. Bent portions 5a1 and 5b1 bent in a direction away from the outer surface of 1b and 1c are provided. The length L of the hanging plates 4a and 4b (see FIG. 4) can be the same as the length of the side plates 1b and 1c, but the length L of the hanging plates 4a and 4b is the same as the side plates 1b and 1c. In this case, the size of the reinforcing tool becomes large and the weight also increases, so that it is preferably about 1/3 of the length of the side plates 1b and 1c.

Further, reference numeral 6 is a rib extending from one hanging plate 4a through the top plate 3 toward the other hanging plate 4b. By providing the rib 6, the rigidity of the reinforcing tool itself can be increased. The rib 6 is formed by molding the reinforcing tool into a predetermined shape and then press-molding the rib 6. The number can be increased or decreased as needed, and is not limited to the one shown in the figure. When the rib 6 is formed by press molding, a groove having the same size as the rib 6 is formed on the opposite surface on which the rib 6 is formed.

Further, reference numerals 7a and 7b are through-opening holes provided in the tongue pieces 5a and 5b , and 8a and 8b are through-opening holes provided in the hanging plates 4a and 4b . Of the through-opening holes 7a and 7b, the through-opening hole 7a communicates with the through-opening hole 8a, and the through-opening hole 7b communicates with the through-opening hole 8b. The reinforcing tool is firmly fixed to the folded plate roof material by screwing the drill screws penetrating the side plates 1b and 1c into the through openings 7a and 8a and the through openings 7b and 8b, respectively. When the through holes 7a, 7b, 8a, 8b are provided, the side plates 1b and 1c are shown in FIG. 15 using a jig inside the through holes 7a, 7b, 8a, 8b. It may be extruded (caulked), and the reinforcing tool can also be fixed to the folded plate roofing material.

Normally, in this type of folded plate roof, when a negative pressure acts on the folded plate roof material in a strong wind or the like, as shown in FIG. 16, the folded plate roof material engages with the folded plate roof material. It may be rotated starting from (upper haze 1f, lower haze 1g), and especially in the eaves of the folded plate roof (the folded plate roof material overhangs about 500 mm) and the keraba, the roof material rises and deforms. As mentioned above, there is a concern that the engagement portion of the folded plate roofing material may be disengaged, but the reinforcing tool according to the present invention is a side plate on the back side surface of the mountain portion Y of the folded plate roofing material. Since 1b and 1c are suppressed, the influence of negative pressure can be reliably prevented.

The reinforcing tool according to the present invention is made of a single member manufactured by bending a plate-shaped body cut into a shape as shown in FIG. 17, and has only a simplified structure. However, it has the advantage of being easy to install.

The rib 6 is formed by press-molding after finishing the bending process of the plate-shaped body, but for example, rod-shaped members may be joined by welding or the like, and this point is not particularly limited.

The reinforcing tool according to the present invention is not only a folded plate roofing material having a square roof as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 and 11 to 14 above, but also a folding plate roof having a round roof as shown in FIG. To a plate roofing material, a folded plate roofing material having a fitting cap 8 as shown in FIG. 19, or a folded plate roofing material which forms a superposed portion 9 as shown in FIG. 20 and connects the roofing materials to each other. Can be applied, and the eaves and keraba can be reliably reinforced with any folded plate roofing material.

21 is an external perspective view showing an application example of a folded plate roof keraba, FIG. 22 is a view showing the front surface of FIG. 21, and FIG. 23 is a view showing a plane of FIG. 22. 24 is a view showing the right side surface of FIG. 22, and FIG. 25 is a view showing only the keraba wrapping plate with respect to the front surface thereof.

In the keraba, which is the end of the folded plate roof, the top plate 3 of the reinforcing tool is extended to the inside of the outer plate portion 10a of the keraba wrapping plate 10, and the hanging plate 4a (tongue piece) of the hanging plates 4a and 4b of the reinforcing tool is extended. (Including 5a) is changed to the vertical state like the outer plate portion 10a. In FIG. 21, reference numeral 10b is a top plate portion of the keraba wrapping plate 10 connected to the upper end of the outer plate portion 10a, and 10c is an inner plate portion connected to the top plate portion 10b.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a reinforcing tool having a simplified structure and capable of reinforcing the eaves and keraba of a folded plate roof with simple work.
