前記ベント部が前記バッテリーパックの下部に面するように前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルを収容するパックケースであって、前記ベント部を前記パックケースの外部に露出する前記パックケースと、
前記パックケースと結合し、前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルをカバーするパックカバーと、
を含み、
前記パックカバーには、前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルの冷却のために内部に冷却流路が備えられ、
前記パックカバーは、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルと接触して配置されるバッテリーセル側ヒートシンクと、
前記バッテリーセル側ヒートシンクと結合し、内部に前記冷却流路を形成する、バッテリーセル側ヒートシンクと対向する側のヒートシンクと、
を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。 - 前記パックカバーは、前記ベント部の反対側で前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルをカバーする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記パックカバーは、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルと接触して配置される、前記バッテリーセル側ヒートシンクとしての、下部ヒートシンクと、
前記下部ヒートシンクと結合し、内部に前記冷却流路を形成する、前記バッテリーセル側ヒートシンクと対向する側のヒートシンクとしての、上部ヒートシンクと、

前記冷却流路と連通し、前記上部ヒートシンクの一側に突出する冷却水流入ポートと、

- 前記セル挿入部は、前記パックケースの下部から所定の高さで突出するように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記セル挿入部は、前記パックケースの下方へ前記ベント部よりも突出するように備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記セル挿入部は、前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルの底部の一側をカバーすることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記パックケースの内部空間には、前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルを囲むようにレジン物質が満たされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーセルは、複数個が備えられ、

- 前記バッテリーパックは、前記自動車のアンダーボディーフレームに取り付けられる補強プレートを含むことを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の自動車。
- 前記パックケースの下面は、前記補強プレートから所定の高さで離隔して配置されて安全スペースを形成していることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の自動車。
- 前記バッテリーセルの内圧が前記ベント部がガスを排出しない所定の圧力未満の時、及び前記バッテリーセルの内圧が前記ベント部がガスを排出する所定の圧力以上の時、前記ベント部は、前記パックケースから外方に突出した状態で、前記パックケースの外部に露出するように設けられている、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
