本出願は、2021年02月09日出願の韓国特許出願第10-2021-0018520号に基づく優先権を主張し、該当出願の明細書及び図面に開示された内容は、すべて本出願に組み込まれる。

Claims (11)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
複数個のバッテリーセルを含むバッテリーセルアセンブリーと、
前記バッテリーセルアセンブリーの一側に備えられ、前記複数個のバッテリーセルと電気的に接続されたバスバーアセンブリーと、
前記バスバーアセンブリーと所定の距離で離隔して配置され、前記バッテリーセルアセンブリーを冷却するための冷却ユニットと、
前記バッテリーセルアセンブリーの上部及び下部の少なくとも一方に充填されたポッティングレジンと、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの下部に設けられた、ガスを排出するためのベント部と、
を含み、
前記バッテリーセルに異常状況が発生すると、該異常状況が発生したバッテリーセルのベント部が破断し、かつ該異常状況が発生したバッテリーセルのベント部のすぐ下方に位置するフレームの部分が破断し、該破断したベント部およびフレームの部分を介して、該異常状況が発生したバッテリーセルの内部のガス及び/又は火炎を、前記バッテリーモジュールの外へ排出することを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バスバーアセンブリーが、前記バッテリーセルアセンブリーの上部に備えられ、
前記ポッティングレジンが、前記バスバーアセンブリーをカバーするように充填されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記冷却ユニットが、前記バッテリーセルアセンブリーの下側に備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記冷却ユニットが、前記バッテリーセルアセンブリーの積層方向に沿って所定の長さで備えられ、前記バッテリーセルアセンブリーの上部と下部との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ポッティングレジンは、前記バッテリーセルの下部で前記ベント部をカバーするように充填されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ポッティングレジンが、熱伝導性物質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ポッティングレジンが、相変化物質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ポッティングレジンが、パラフィン物質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ポッティングレジンが、難燃剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 少なくとも一つの請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケースと、
を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。 - 請求項10に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ含むことを特徴とする、自動車。
