Description
図1に示すように、本発明の第1実施形態に係るカテーテルシステム10は、バルーンカテーテル12と、医療機器である内視鏡14(卵管鏡)とを備える。なお、図2~図4C、図6~図11では、便宜上、内視鏡14の断面を簡略化して示している。図6~図11に示すように、カテーテルシステム10は、例えば、卵管202の病変部204(狭窄部又は閉塞部等)を治療する卵管鏡下卵管形成術に用いられる。ただし、カテーテルシステム10は、卵管202以外のもの、例えば、血管、胆管、気管、食道、尿道、大腸、その他の臓器等の生体管内の病変部を治療するためのものでもよい。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係るカテーテルシステム10Aについて図14を参照しながら説明する。なお、カテーテルシステム10Aにおいて、上述したカテーテルシステム10と同一の構成については同一の参照符号を付し、その説明については省略する。図14では、内視鏡14の断面を簡略化して示している。

Claims (1)
- 可撓性を有する外管と、前記外管に対して軸線方向に移動可能なように前記外管の内腔に配設された内管と、前記外管の先端部と前記内管の先端部とを互いに繋ぐとともに前記外管の径方向内方に膨らむ管状のバルーンと、を有するバルーンカテーテルと、
前記バルーンの内腔に挿入される線状の挿入部を有する医療機器と、を備えたカテーテルシステムであって、
前記バルーンの外面と前記外管の内面との間には、前記バルーンを膨らませるためのバルーン拡張流体が流通する外側空間が形成され、
前記バルーンは、前記バルーン拡張流体によって膨らんだ状態の当該バルーンを前記挿入部で支持した状態で、先端方向への押込み力が前記内管から前記バルーンへと伝達されることで前記バルーンの先端部が捲り返されながら前記外管の先端開口から前記先端方向に突出し、
前記内管には、前記バルーンの外面よりも径方向外方に突出するように形成され、且つ前記外管の内面に接触することにより前記外管に対する前記内管の周方向の回転を規制する回転規制部が設けられ、
前記回転規制部は、前記押込み力が前記内管から前記バルーンへと伝達されることで前記外管の内腔を前記先端方向にスライドし、
前記挿入部は、
前記外管の前記軸線方向に沿って延在した挿入基部と、
前記挿入基部の先端から前記先端方向に延出した挿入先端部と、を含み、
前記挿入基部の剛性は、前記挿入先端部の剛性よりも高く、
前記外管の前記軸線方向において、前記挿入先端部の長さは、前記バルーンの長さよりも短く、
前記医療機器は、内視鏡であり、
前記挿入基部の外径は、前記挿入先端部の外径よりも大きく、
前記外管は、
外管基部と、
前記外管基部の先端から前記先端方向に延出した外管先端部と、を有し、
前記外管先端部の外径は前記外管基部の外径と同じであり、かつ前記外管先端部の肉厚は前記外管基部の肉厚よりも厚い、カテーテルシステム。
