Description
末の表面に付着するニオブアルコキシドと、を備え、前記ニオブアルコキシドは、前記軟磁性粉末の粒子又は前記粒子の凝集体の全表面を覆うように付着していること、を特徴とする。
以下、本実施形態に係る圧粉磁心用粉末及び圧粉磁心について詳細に説明する。なお、本発明は、以下に説明する実施形態に限定されるものでない。
実施例に基づいて本発明をさらに詳細に説明する。なお、本発明は下記実施例に限定されるものではない。

Claims (7)
- 軟磁性粉末と、
前記軟磁性粉末の表面に付着するニオブアルコキシドと、
を備え、
前記ニオブアルコキシドは、前記軟磁性粉末の粒子又は前記粒子の凝集体の全表面を覆うように付着していること、
を特徴とする圧粉磁心用粉末。 - 前記ニオブアルコキシドは、前記軟磁性粉末に対して0.10wt%以上2.00wt%以下の割合で付着していること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧粉磁心用粉末。 - 前記ニオブアルコキシドは、前記軟磁性粉末に対して0.50wt%以上1.00wt%以下の割合で付着していること、
を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の圧粉磁心用粉末。 - 前記軟磁性粉末は、粉末粒径が粒度分布におけるD50で20μm以下であること、
を特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の圧粉磁心用粉末。 - 前記軟磁性粉末はFeSi合金粉末であること、
を特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の圧粉磁心用粉末。 - 請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の圧粉磁心用粉末を含むこと、
を特徴とする圧粉磁心。 - 前記軟磁性粉末の表面には、前記ニオブアルコキシドが酸化して成る酸化ニオブが付着し、
前記酸化ニオブは、前記軟磁性粉末の粒子又は前記粒子の凝集体の全表面を覆うように付着していること、
を特徴とする請求項6に記載の圧粉磁心。
