この土台水切り内を空気が通過する換気方法の場合、前記換気層から建物内へ鼠などの小動物が入らないよう防鼠対策を施す必要があり、同対策は大きく分けて3つある。
一つは、防鼠型換気孔付き土台水切りを設置する。二つは、換気層の外側直近に換気孔付き防鼠部材を設置する。三つは、防鼠型換気孔付き基礎パッキンを敷設するものである。

態様1の実施形態1では、図2のように、フック等の固定用部材2で防止部材1を固定する換気孔6bについて、長辺を建物側に長くするのが一つの特徴である。既設の防鼠型換気孔付き土台水切り6の場合であれば、設置状態のままで金鋸等により防止部材1を固定する換気孔6aをフック等が収まる形状に建物側へ大きく加工して防止部材1を固定する換気孔6bとする。
また、態様1の実施形態2として、図3のように、実施形態1(フック等の固定用部材2を用いた固定方法)でなく、防止部材1を土台水切り下部に設けた外枠状の固定用部材2に内包して固定する方法を提供している。これは、平時に防止部材1で換気孔6aを塞がないよう、外枠状の固定用部材2の建物側に防止部材1を収納しておくものである。
この実施形態の、外枠状の固定用部材2は、耐久性、耐候性を有した素材で、土台水切りのサイズに合ったものを形成する。この底壁部は、防止部材1が落下しないよう支える部分以外については換気が可能な状態に開口する。この開口部から土台水切り6の換気孔6a・6bを空気が出入りする。
これまでの防鼠型換気孔付き土台水切り6では、このような形状、機能(実施形態1、2に対応)は有していない。そのため、既設の土台水切り6では、一部の換気孔6aを大きくして6bとするか、または、外枠状の固定用部材2をネジ止め等で固着する。
なお、新築の場合は、予め上記のように換気孔6bの形状としておくか、または外枠状の固定用部材2の機能を備えた形状の土台水切り6を製造して本装置に用いる。

この防止部材1の、素材、厚さは、0.1ミリメートル程度以上の金属製コンベックス、樹脂、木製合板等でよく、材質、厚さに制限はない。
幅は、防鼠型換気孔6aを閉塞できる幅を有することが必要である。
長さは、巻けないものであれば一般建材と同様に2メートルから3メートル程度が輸送等で扱いよいし、コンベックス等の巻けるものであれば、それ以上の長さであるほうが、つなぎ部分が少なくなり水密性が高まり浸水等防止性能が向上できてよい。

In terms of length, if the material cannot be rolled up, a length of about 2 to 3 meters, like general building materials, is good for easy handling during transportation, etc. However, if the material can be rolled up, such as in a convex shape, a longer length is better, as this will reduce the number of joints, improve watertightness, and improve the ability to prevent water intrusion, etc.

この場合の固定用部材2が、フック状、ボルト状の場合、本装置を既設の土台水切り6に設置する場合は、フック等の頭部が換気孔6bから土台水切り6内へ入れることができる形状であり、かつ、換気孔6bから抜け落ちない形状である必要があるため、頭部がL字状、T字状のフック、ボルト等とする。なお、頭部が皿状等円形のボルト等であっても、換気孔6bを貫通できるサイズのものを貫通させて、土台水切り6内で換気孔6bの短辺より経が大きい円形ワッシャー等と組み合わせて使用することは可能であるが、作業効率上非効率である。
新築の場合は、土台水切り換気孔6bへフックまたはボルトの頭部が円形の皿ネジを入れて、防止部材1を固定することは可能であるため、フック等の頭部の形状は換気孔6bから抜け落ちない換気孔6bの短辺より大きいサイズであれば、頭部の形状に限定はない。
また、固定用部材2をワイヤー状のものとした場合、上方の一端は、換気孔6bを貫通させ円形のワッシャー状のものを入れてスリーブ等で固着して換気孔6bから抜け落ちないようにする。一方、下方になる端は防止部材1を貫通してスリーブ止め等の既存技術で固着すればよい。
防止部材1を土台水切り6へ固定するもう一つの方法(実施形態2)は、防止部材1を内包できる外枠状の固定用部材2を土台水切り6の下部に備えたものである。
既設の土台水切り6の場合は、その下部へ当該土台水切りのサイズに合わせて形成した外枠状の固定用部材2をネジ止め等で固着する。また、新築の場合は、土台水切り6にこのようにして外枠状の固定用部材2を固着してもよいし、外枠状の固定用部材2の機能を備えた土台水切り6を製造して用いてもよい。

Another method (embodiment 2) of fixing the prevention member 1 to the base drain 6 is to provide an outer frame-shaped fixing member 2 that can encase the prevention member 1 at the bottom of the base drain 6.

連結支流体3は、固定用部材2または防止部材1と連結体4を接続するためにこれらの間に介在するものであり、防止部材1をフック状等とした場合は、同フック状等の固定用部材2と連結体4の間に介在して固着連結するものである。なお、外枠状の固定用部材2とした場合は、防止部材1と連結体4を直接固着連結してもよい。素材は、金属等、耐候性、耐久性を有するものとし、形状は、ワイヤー状、ボルト状、棒状等でよい。
この防止部材1と固着した連結支流体3は、図3のように、土台水切り6の垂直壁に外側から貫通して固定したピン3a(土台水切6の内側部分の軸に貫通孔があるもの)の貫通孔を介して、防止部材1と固着する。連結支流体3をこのピン3aの貫通孔を通すことで、連結支流体3が建物内方向へ移動することで防止部材1は、建物外方向へ水平移動して換気孔6a、6bを塞ぐ状態となる。
なお、図4(4-1、4-2)のように、固定用部材2と固着した連結支流体3を土台水切り6の外壁に沿わせ、垂直壁に挿入したピン3b(水密性を確保するためのピン)を貫通させて土台水切り6内へ入れ、基礎と土台の間の換気層Dを横断させて、連結体4と連結させ、連結支流体3が建物内方向へ移動することで防止部材1は、建物外方向へ水平移動する形態でもよい。

防止部材1は、平時には、防鼠部材7の下方の基礎Aの外周に接する位置で吊り下げた状態にしておく。防鼠部材7の換気孔を閉塞する際は、移動機器5を作動させて連結支流体3、または連結体4と接続された防止部材1を同喚起孔の位置に移動させ、そのまま建物内方向に引っ張る力で防鼠部材7の外側へ密着した状態で固定しておくようにする。
素材、厚さ、幅、長さは、態様1と同様である。

そして、図6-1のように、浸水予測時等に手動または電動で移動機器5を作動させて、連結体4、連結支流体3と連結する防止部材1を建物内方向へ引っ張って、換気孔に密着固定して、そのままの引っ張る力で防止部材1の固定状態を維持して浸水等を防止する。
厚さ、素材は、態様1と同様である。
幅は、防鼠型換気孔付き基礎パッキン12の換気孔を閉塞できる幅を有し、基礎Aと土台Bの間(換気層D)にスムーズに出し入れできるよう、同間より極少し狭めに調整しておいてもよい。
長さは、態様1と同様である。

固定用部材2は、形状は、ワイヤー状が変形可能なため取付け時、作動時に扱い易いが、ボルト状、フック状等であってもよい。

既存の建物では、既設の基礎パッキン12の換気孔をワイヤー等の固定用部材2、または連結支流体3で貫通させるのが設置しやすいが、新築建物の場合は、基礎A上部、土台B下部に固定用部材2等が収まる支流用溝16を設けて、同溝16で固定用部材2等を換気層D(基礎Aの上方)を横断させれば、基礎パッキン12の内部で固定用部材2等が摩擦等することの負荷が生じず同基礎パッキン12の内部損傷等を防ぐことにつながる。
また、同溝16の横断角度を移動機器5の方に鋭角にすれば、防止部材1を建物内方向に引っ張る際に基礎A、土台Bの支流用溝16内での固定用部材2等への摩擦抵抗を少なくし、防止部材1をスムーズに移動できる利点がある。
なお、固定用部材2または連結支流体3は、基礎パッキン12の換気孔内、または同基礎パッキン12の上下の支流用溝16に設置するため、連結体4の設置位置は、建物内(床下)の土台B沿いが設置しやすい。ただし、連結支流体3、連結体4、移動機器5は、建物外(基礎A外周等)へ設置してもよい。
また、例えば、ウッドデッキ等を設置した部分では、固定用部材2または連結支流体3の一端を建物外へ出し、連結体4でまとめてウッドデッキの床下を通過させ、ウッドデッキの外側まで延ばし、同所で移動機器5で連結体4を引き寄せることで、防止部材1で換気孔部分を容易に閉鎖することができる。ただし、この場合、連結体4でまとめることを省略して連結支流体3を直接引き寄せてもよい。

態様4について説明する。
これは、態様1の実施形態1に適用する実施形態である。
既存建物の防鼠型換気孔付き土台水切り6の換気孔6aの一部を大きくした換気孔6bに入れたフック状の固定用部材2で、防止部材1を吊り下げた状態で固定した場合について、固定用部材2をT字状の頭部のフック11または同ボルト11とするものである。
換気孔6bは、換気孔6a(長辺1センチメートル程度×短辺5ミリメートル程度)の長辺を大きくしたものであるため、既設の土台水切り6では、直径7ミリメートル程度以上の皿ネジ等円形頭部のフック、ボルトではこの換気孔6bを貫通できない。また、換気孔6bの長方形より小さいL字状の頭部のフック等は換気孔6bを貫通するが、固定後にL字部分が回って換気孔6bから抜け出るおれがある。
その点、T字状の頭部のフック11、同ボルト11にすれば、T字頭部の一端が土台水切り6の垂直壁内側に当たるなどして、頭部が換気孔6bから抜け出るおそれが少なくなる。
太さが4ミリメートル程度と細いT字状の頭部のフック11、ボルト11は特殊であるが、本装置を既設の防鼠型換気孔付き土台水切り6に適用するには適切な形状である。
なお、新築の場合は、頭部が皿状等円形のフック、ボルトであっても、設置する前の土台水切り6の内側から換気孔6bへ貫通させ、防止部材1を固定することができる。また、換気孔6bの短辺より大きい外径の円形頭部は、換気孔6bから抜け出ることはないが、T字状の頭部のフック11、同ボルト11の使用を妨げるものではない。

Because the ventilation hole 6b has a larger long side than the ventilation hole 6a (long side about 1 cm x short side about 5 mm), a round-headed hook or bolt such as a flat head screw with a diameter of about 7 mm or more cannot penetrate the ventilation hole 6b in the existing base drain 6. Also, a hook or the like with an L-shaped head smaller than the rectangular shape of the ventilation hole 6b will penetrate the ventilation hole 6b, but after fixing, the L-shaped part may rotate and come out of the ventilation hole 6b.
In this regard, if a T-shaped head hook 11 and bolt 11 are used, one end of the T-shaped head will hit the inside of the vertical wall of the base drip edge 6, reducing the risk of the head slipping out of the ventilation hole 6b.
The T-shaped head hook 11 and bolt 11 are special, with a thickness of about 4 millimeters, but their shapes are appropriate for applying this device to an existing rodent-proof foundation drain 6 with ventilation holes.
In the case of a new building, even if the hook or bolt has a circular head such as a dish-shaped head, it can be passed through the ventilation hole 6b from the inside of the foundation drip 6 before installation and the prevention member 1 can be fixed in place. Also, a circular head with an outer diameter larger than the short side of the ventilation hole 6b will not slip out of the ventilation hole 6b, but this does not prevent the use of the hook 11 and bolt 11 with a T-shaped head.
態様5について説明する。
これは、態様1ないし3に記載の換気孔に適用する実施形態である。
その特徴は、防止部材1を金属、樹脂等のコンベックス状の巻取り可能なものとするものである。
防止部材1が、巻取り可能であるため、換気孔(6a等)を閉塞しない平時には、コンベックスメジャーのように、メジャーケース様の収納体8へ収納しておくことができる。この収納体8は、土台水切り(C、6)に接して設けておくものとする。
そして、防止部材1で換気孔(6a等)を塞ぐ際は、防止部材1の先端付近と連結したワイヤー状等の引き出し体9により収納体8から引き出して、ガイドレール状の固定用部材2に内包した状態で移動させ換気孔(6a等)を塞ぐ。
態様1の実施形態2の場合、その形状は外枠状の固定用部材2の建物側部分を削減し、すなわち防鼠型換気孔付き土台水切り6の換気孔6aの直下部分のみの形状とする。この形状とした防止部材1は、ガイドレールの性質を有する外枠状の固定用部材2の内部を建物外周沿いに移動することになる。
態様2の実施形態では、防鼠部材7の外側に、図8の8-1(設置時を建物内方向から見た概略図)のような形状のガイドレール2aを設ける。そして、防止部材1の上下端をガイドレールで内包するように固定して換気孔を塞ぐ。
態様3の実施形態では、図8の8-1のような形状のガイドレール2aを、8-2のように防鼠型換気孔付き基礎パッキン12の外側に設ける。そして、態様2と同様に防止部材1の上下端をガイドレール2aで内包するようにして固定して換気孔を塞ぐ。
何れの実施形態も、既存建物では、ガイドレール(外枠)の固定用部材2(態様1適用)、またはガイドレール2a(態様2、3適用)を金属、樹脂等の耐久性、耐候性を有する素材で成形したものを、態様1では土台水切り6の下部へ、態様2では防鼠部材7の外側へ、態様3では基礎パッキン12の外側へ後付けで固着する。また、新築建物では、土台水切り6の下方に外枠(ガイドレール)を、防鼠部材7の外側に、基礎パッキン12の外側にガイドレール(図8-1参照)を、それぞれ形成したものを設置すればよい。
ただし、何れも、防止部材1は、出隅、入隅部分で90度に曲がるため、その部分ではガイドレール(外枠)の固定用部材2に内包し難く、また同部分では曲がった状態では動かし難いため、この実施形態は、短い直線部分のある建物において適用(設置)するのは馴染まないが、数メートルの長い直線部分からなる四角形の建物で適用するのがよい。
また、引き出し体9を引っ張るのは、手動または電動で作動する引き出し機器10により巻き取る等して、防止部材1を収納体8から引き出す。なお、引き出し機器10の作動を電動とした場合、態様6の浸水深等センサー13と組み合わせてもよいし、単独でスマホ等で遠隔操作できるものとしてもよい。
また、防止部材1を収納体8へ収納する際は、収納体8、引き出し機器10等にストッパーを設けている場合は、このストッパ-を解除して、収納体8の内部に備えたバネの反作用で巻き取って収納する。

Then, as in the second aspect, the upper and lower ends of the prevention member 1 are fixed so as to be enclosed by the guide rail 2a, thereby blocking the ventilation holes.
In all of the embodiments, for existing buildings, the guide rail (outer frame) fixing member 2 (applicable to embodiment 1) or the guide rail 2a (applicable to embodiments 2 and 3) is molded from a durable, weather-resistant material such as metal or resin, and is later attached to the bottom of the foundation drip-line 6 in embodiment 1, to the outside of the rat-proof member 7 in embodiment 2, and to the outside of the foundation packing 12 in embodiment 3. For newly constructed buildings, the outer frame (guide rail) is installed below the foundation drip-line 6, and the guide rail (see FIG. 8-1) is installed on the outside of the rat-proof member 7 and on the outside of the foundation packing 12.
However, in both cases, the prevention member 1 is bent 90 degrees at the protruding corner and recessed corner, making it difficult to include it in the fixing member 2 of the guide rail (outer frame) at that part, and also difficult to move in the bent state at that part. 態様1ないし4の実施形態では、防止部材1が浸水等を防止する状態から、換気孔(6a等)を塞がない状態に戻すためには、家人等が建物外周をまわりながら、防止部材1を一つ一つ手作業で換気孔を塞がない状態にしなければならず手間と時間がかかる。
この実施形態は、このように防止部材1を一つ一つ取り外す手間と時間を省くための装置である。
まず、解放体14について説明する。これは、材質は、耐久性、耐候性を有する金属製、樹脂製等とし、連結体4に相当する部分と、連結支流体3に相当する部分からなる。連結体4に相当する部分は、連結体4と同様、ワイヤー状、チェーン状等形状を限定しない。連結支流体3に相当する部分は、態様1に適用する場合は、ワイヤー状等形状を限定しない。しかし、態様2、3に適用する場合は、防止部材1を押し出すものであることから、棒状、平板状とする。また、防止部材1を押せるように、防止部材1と接する形状を有した先端部としておく。また、連結体4、連結支流体3に相当する部分は、その連結部14aを可動式にする。この可動式により、連結支流体3に相当する部分が、解放用溝17の中で配置角度を変更することができ、先端部が建物外方向へ出て防止部材1を押し出すことができる。
態様1の実施形態2に適用した場合は、図3のように、手動または電動で作動する解放作動機器15により、解放体14を建物内方向へ移動させ、防止部材1を土台水切り6の下部の固定用部材2内を建物内方向に引っ張って水平移動させ、換気孔6aを塞がない平時の状態とする。なお、図示していないが、態様1の実施形態1についても同様である。
態様2の実施形態では、図7のように、解放作動機器15により、土台Bの下部または基礎Aの上部に設けた台形状の解放用溝17内に設置した棒状、平板状等の解放体14で防止部材1を建物外方向に押し出して、図5-2のように、防止部材1を基礎Aの外周に接する位置で吊り下げた状態にする。
態様3では、図7のように、態様2同様、解放作動機器15により、解放用溝17内に設置した棒状、平板状等の解放体14で防止部材1を建物外方向に押し出して、図6-2のように、防止部材1を基礎A上部外端部、または図5-2のように、基礎Aの外周に接する位置で吊り下げた状態にする。
このようにして、建物のほぼ全周に設置した防止部材1を、1ないし数箇所に設置した解放作動機器15を作動させることで、換気孔(6a等)を塞がない平時の状態へ容易に解放することができる。
なお、解放作動機器15を作動する前に、移動機器5を作動させ、連結支流体3が防止部材1を引っ張って(換気孔(6a等)を閉塞して)いる状態を解除するよう、連結体4を引っ張っている力を解放状態とする。
このように、解放作動機器15と移動機器5の作動具合の調整は重要であるため、解放体14と連結支流体3、連結体4による防止部材1へのテンション等を最適な状態に調整した本装置を各建物に採用することとする。
さらに、解放作動機器15と移動機器5の作動を電動とした場合、スマホ等で遠隔操作できるし、湿度センサーと連結すれば、湿度具合により換気孔(6a等)の開閉塞が適切にできる。

In embodiment 3, as in embodiment 2, as shown in Figure 7, a release operating device 15 is used to push the prevention member 1 outward from the building using a release body 14, such as a rod or plate, installed in a release groove 17, so that the prevention member 1 is suspended from the upper outer end of the foundation A as shown in Figure 6-2, or at a position contacting the outer periphery of the foundation A as shown in Figure 5-2.
In this way, by activating the release operating device 15 installed in one or several locations, the prevention members 1 installed around almost the entire perimeter of the building can be easily released to a normal state in which they do not block the ventilation holes (6a, etc.).
In addition, before operating the release operating device 15, the moving device 5 is operated to release the force pulling the connecting body 4 so as to release the state in which the connecting support fluid 3 is pulling the prevention member 1 (blocking the ventilation hole (6a, etc.)).
As such, since it is important to adjust the operation of the release operating device 15 and the moving device 5, this device, in which the release body 14, the connecting support fluid 3, and the tension on the prevention member 1 by the connecting body 4 are adjusted to an optimal state, will be adopted in each building.
Furthermore, if the release operating device 15 and the moving device 5 are electrically operated, they can be remotely controlled using a smartphone, etc., and if they are connected to a humidity sensor, the ventilation holes (6a, etc.) can be appropriately opened and closed depending on the humidity level.
態様7の実施形態について説明する。
態様1ないし5の何れにしても、移動機器5または引き出し機器10を電動で作動させる場合、作動スイッチを家人等が任意にオン状態にしなければならない。
しかし、豪雨による浸水は極短時間で基礎を超える深さに至る場合があり、また、温暖地であっても冬期には気温とともに湿度も低くなることがあり、浸水深、湿度の一定数値は家人等が気付き難い。
このため、浸水深、湿度センサー13を建物近くに設置し、予めセンサー13に一定の数値(浸水深、湿度)をセットしておき、センサー13がその数値を感知すれば送信号を発し、その信号を受けて、電動式の移動機器5または引き出し機器10がオン状態となり、防止部材1で換気孔(6a等)を塞ぐ状態に自動ですることができる。
また、これは、特に、家人不在時や深夜等の急激な増水等であっても、常時、浸水防止に備えることが可能となる装置である。
なお、態様6の解放作動機器15とも連動するようにすれば、防止部材1の解放も自動で行うことできる。
