Description

The present invention relates to a reception device, a reception method, and a reception program.

There is a known technology that allows a store to accept an order in advance from a customer before the customer arrives at the store, and then the store that accepts the order prepares the food before the customer arrives and the customer can take it out.

With this technology, if it is possible to set a time period during which trading items are offered at a discounted price, this is beneficial as it can prevent trading items from remaining unsold due to a lack of orders. Furthermore, if a store wishes to increase customer transactions, it can set a time period during which trading items are offered at a discounted price, thereby increasing customer transactions, which is beneficial for the store as it can increase transactions during times when fewer customers visit.

In view of the above problems, the present invention aims to provide an acceptance device, an acceptance method, and an acceptance program that set a time period during which a trading object is offered at a discounted price and accepts orders for the trading object at the discounted price.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems and achieve the objective, the reception device according to the present disclosure has an acquisition unit that sets a time period during which the transaction object is offered to the user at a discounted price by a store that accepts orders for transaction objects from users via a specified platform, and acquires price information indicating discount price information for each transaction object and time information indicating the time period during which the transaction object is offered at the discounted price, and a reception unit that accepts orders for the transaction object at the price of the price information only for the set time period based on the price information and the time information acquired by the acquisition unit.

According to the present disclosure, it is possible to provide a reception device, reception method, and reception program that set a time period during which a trading object is offered at a discounted price and receive orders for the trading object at the discounted price.

1. Embodiment
Fig. 1 is a diagram showing an example of a reception process according to the embodiment. Fig. 1 is a diagram showing an example of a reception process realized by a reception device or the like of the embodiment. In Fig. 1, the reception process according to the embodiment is realized by a payment server 10, which is an example of a reception device according to the embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 1, the reception processing system 1 according to the embodiment includes a payment server 10, a user terminal 100, and a business operator terminal 200. The system includes the payment server 10, the user terminal 100, and the business operator terminal 200. The payment server 10, the user terminal 100, and the business operator terminal 200 are connected to each other via a network N so that they can communicate with each other by wire or wirelessly. The network N is, for example, a WAN (Wide Area Network) such as the Internet. Note that the reception processing system 1 shown in FIG. 1 may include multiple payment servers 10, multiple user terminals 100, and multiple business operator terminals 200.

The payment server 10 shown in FIG. 1 is an information processing device that executes the reception process according to the embodiment, and is realized by a server device, a cloud system, or the like. For example, the payment server 10 provides an electronic payment service related to electronic payments using a user terminal 100. For example, the payment server 10 manages the accounts of providers (businesses) of transaction objects and users to whom transaction objects are provided, and realizes various payments by transferring electronic money between accounts in accordance with a payment request from a user. Note that electronic money may be, for example, points or currency used independently by various companies, or may be electronically tradable currency provided by a country, such as Japanese yen or dollars.

The payment server 10 also provides a pre-order service for restaurants. For example, the payment server 10 has an order management unit that manages the electronic payment service using the user terminal 100 (in other words, controls the processing related to the pre-order service). The payment management unit and the order management unit each use a common key (for example, an order number for identifying an order from a user via the pre-order service) to identify the content of the order from the user (for example, the transaction subject and payment amount) and execute the processing related to the respective service.

The user terminal 100 shown in FIG. 1 is an information processing device used by a user. The user terminal 100 is realized, for example, by a smartphone, a tablet terminal, a notebook PC (Personal Computer), a desktop PC, a mobile phone, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), etc. The user terminal 100 also displays information distributed by the payment server 10 using a web browser or an application. Note that the example shown in FIG. 1 shows a case where the user terminal 100 is a smartphone.

The business operator terminal 200 shown in FIG. 1 is an information processing device used by a business operator that provides a transaction object to a user. The business operator terminal 200 is realized, for example, by a smartphone, a tablet terminal, a notebook PC, a desktop PC, a mobile phone, or a PDA. The business operator terminal 200 also displays information distributed by the payment server 10 using a web browser or an application. Note that the example shown in FIG. 1 shows a case where the business operator terminal 200 is a smartphone.

When the user terminal 100 and the business operator terminal 200 receive control information for implementing a specified information processing from the payment server 10, they implement the information processing according to the control information. Here, the control information is described in, for example, a script language such as JavaScript (registered trademark), a style sheet language such as CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), a programming language such as Java (registered trademark), or a markup language such as HTML (HyperText Markup Language). The specified application itself delivered from the payment server 10 may be regarded as the control information.

1-1. Payment using the user terminal 100
Here, an example of a payment (electronic payment) using the user terminal 100 will be described prior to the reception process executed by the payment server 10. In the following description, an example will be described in which a user U makes a payment using the user terminal 100 using a two-dimensional code (QR code (registered trademark)) placed in store A, which indicates store identification information that identifies store A. However, the embodiment is not limited to this. The example of a payment described below can also be applied when an arbitrary user makes a payment at an arbitrary store using an arbitrary user terminal 100. In addition, the store identification information may be not only a QR code, but also a barcode, a predetermined mark, a number, etc.

For example, when user U makes a payment for the use or purchase of a payment object (transaction object) such as various products or services at store A, user U launches a payment app pre-installed on user terminal 100. User U then transmits information indicated by the store identification information installed in store A, i.e., information indicating store A (store ID) and payment information indicating the payment amount, to payment server 10 via the payment app.

In such a case, the payment server 10 transfers electronic money in the amount indicated by the payment amount from the account of user U indicated by the user identification information to the account of store A indicated by the store information. The payment server 10 then sends a notification that the payment has been completed to the user terminal 100. In such a case, the user terminal 100 notifies that the payment has been made with electronic money by outputting a screen or a specified sound indicating that the payment has been completed.

Note that the payment using the user terminal 100 is not limited to the above-mentioned process. For example, the payment using the user terminal 100 may be made using a store terminal installed in store A. For example, the user terminal 100 displays user identification information for identifying user U on the screen. In such a case, the store terminal installed in store A reads the user identification information displayed on the user terminal 100 and transmits payment information indicating the user identification information (or information indicated by the user identification information, i.e., information indicating user U (e.g., user ID)), the payment amount, and information identifying store A to the payment server 10. In such a case, the payment server 10 transfers electronic money in the amount indicated by the payment amount from the account of user U indicated by the user identification information to the account of store A, and may notify the store terminal of store A or the user terminal 100 of the completion of the payment by outputting a screen or a predetermined sound indicating that the payment has been completed.

Furthermore, payment using the user terminal 100 may not only be a process of transferring electronic money from an account to which user U has previously charged electronic money to store A's account, but may also be a payment using a credit card that user U has previously registered. In such a case, for example, user terminal 100 may transfer electronic money of the payment amount to store A's account and bill the management company of user U's credit card for the payment amount.

Here, an overview of a reception device, a reception method, and a reception program according to the embodiment will be described. The reception device according to the embodiment is realized by a payment server 10.

The payment server 10 executes the reception process according to the embodiment. The information processing executed by the payment server 10 will be described below with reference to FIG. 1. Note that in the following description, an example is shown in which the user terminal 100 is used by a user U, and the business operator terminal 200 is used by a business operator M1 that manages a store A. In addition, in the following description, the user terminal 100 may be regarded as the same as the user U, and the business operator terminal 200 may be regarded as the same as the business operator M1 and the store A. In other words, in the following, the user U may be regarded as the user terminal 100, and the business operator M1 and the store A as the business operator terminal 200.

In the following description, store A, which accepts payments from users using the electronic payment service provided by the payment server 10, i.e., an affiliate of the electronic payment service, is also an affiliate of the advance order service and provides transaction items (e.g., food and drink) to users via the advance order service. For example, business operator M1 registers product information on the transaction items (e.g., takeout items) to be provided to users using the electronic payment service in the payment server 10, accepts orders from users via the advance order service, and then provides the products to users who visit the store.

In the following description, the payment server 10 accepts registrations of product information including product names, prices, explanatory text, product images, and options that can be added to products (such as product size and toppings) from merchants affiliated with the pre-order service, and manages the information by linking it to store information (for example, store ID, store name, location, etc.).

Here, in the advance order service, the store registers the price along with various information about the transaction object in the payment server 10. In such a case, the payment server 10 provides the information about the transaction object to the user, accepts the order for the transaction object from the user, and executes the payment at the pre-registered price. For example, the payment server 10 transfers a pre-registered amount of electronic money from the user's account to the store's account, and notifies the user and the store that the payment has been made. The user then visits the store and picks up the transaction object that was ordered in advance. Note that the user may, for example, have the transaction object delivered from the store to him or her using various delivery services.

On the other hand, in order to promote the use of stores, so-called happy hours are implemented, whereby the prices of transaction items are reduced at specific dates and times. However, implementing happy hours in a pre-order service requires the time and effort of adjusting the prices of transaction items at the relevant dates and times. For example, if a store wants to halve the prices of food and drink items between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm, it must update the prices of food and drink items to half price at 5:00 pm, and then restore the prices of food and drink items to their original prices at 7:00 pm, which requires time and effort.

The payment server 10 accepts registration of prices for each time period, and automatically adopts the price for the corresponding time period from among the pre-registered prices depending on the date and time when the user places an order, the date and time when the user makes a payment, or the date and time when the user receives the transaction object. An example of the process executed by the payment server 10 is described below.

First, the business operator terminal 200 displays a management screen of the menu (product information) to be provided to the user in the advance order service in response to an operation from the business operator M1 (step S1). Next, the business operator M1 inputs to the business operator terminal 200 price information, which is information indicating the discount price for each transaction object when the transaction object is provided at a discounted price, time information, which is information indicating the time period during which the transaction object is provided at the discounted price, and display information, which is information indicating a method of displaying the fact that orders for the transaction object are accepted at the discounted price (step S2). For example, if the business operator M1 plans to provide the transaction object at a 50% discount from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and wishes to display this fact on the user terminal 100 for each transaction object, the business operator M1 inputs to the business operator terminal 200 the price after the 50% discount for each transaction object, the information on the time period during which the transaction object is provided at the discounted price, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and a message indicating that the fact that the transaction object is provided at the discounted price will be displayed on the user terminal 100 for each transaction object.

Next, the payment server 10 acquires the price information, time information, and display information from the business operator terminal 200 (step S3). After the payment server 10 acquires the price information, time information, and display information, the payment server 10 transmits the price information, time information, and display information to the user terminal 100 (step S4). Next, during the time period when the user terminal 100 accepts orders for the transaction object at a discounted price, the user U inputs order details indicating that the transaction object is to be ordered at a discounted price into the user terminal 100 (step S6). When the order details indicating that the transaction object is to be ordered at a discounted price are input into the user terminal 100, the user terminal 100 transmits the order details to the payment server 10 (step S7). For example, in response to an order confirmation operation on the order screen, the user terminal 100 transmits payment information indicating information indicating store A and the payment amount for store A (the total amount of the product and the option), together with order details indicating the number of each product ordered and options to be assigned to each product. Then, the payment server 10 transfers electronic money equivalent to the payment amount indicated by the payment information from the first account held by the user U in the electronic payment service to a second account held by the user U that is not available for transactions by the user U. As a specific example, the payment server 10 executes a process for transferring electronic money between multiple accounts held by the user U in an electronic payment service, in which the payment amount of electronic money is transferred from a first account used for a payment using the user terminal 100 described above to a second account that cannot be used for the payment.

When the payment server 10 receives the order details, it transmits the order details to the business operator terminal 200 (step S8). For example, the payment server 10 displays a notification (e.g., a push notification) on the screen of the business operator terminal 200 indicating that the order from user U has been accepted, and transmits the order details. Then, in response to a selection operation by business operator M1 in response to the displayed notification, the business operator terminal 200 displays the order details in a form that business operator M1 can confirm. The payment server 10 receives a notification from the business terminal 200 indicating that preparation of the product indicated in the order details is complete, and notifies the user terminal 100 of the information indicating the notification, the date and time when the product can be received, and authentication information for receiving the product (such as a receipt number). This allows user U to receive the product by visiting store A and presenting the authentication information to a staff member at store A. Thereafter, the payment server 10 receives information indicating whether the product has been received from the user terminal 100 (step S9).

Then, the payment server 10 executes a payment process according to receipt of the product (step S10). For example, when information indicating that the product has been received is received from the user terminal 100, the payment server 10 transfers electronic money for the payment amount indicated in the payment information from the second account of the user U to an account held by the business M1 for the electronic payment service. On the other hand, when the payment server 10 receives information indicating that the product could not be received, the payment server 10 transfers electronic money for the payment amount indicated in the payment information from the second account to the first account.

In addition, in step S7, the payment server 10 may transfer electronic money for the payment amount indicated in the order information from an account held by user U in the electronic payment service to an account held by the administrator of the pre-order service in the electronic payment service. In this case, when information indicating that the product has been received is received from the user terminal 100, the payment server 10 transfers electronic money for the payment amount indicated in the order information from the account held by the administrator to an account held by business M1. As described above, the payment server 10 according to the embodiment obtains, via the business terminal 200, from business M1, price information indicating the discount price for each transaction object, time information indicating the time period during which orders for the transaction object are accepted at the discounted price, and display information indicating that orders for the transaction object are accepted at the discounted price, and can accept orders for the transaction object at the discounted price at the user terminal 100 based on the information. The business operator M1 may set multiple time periods during which orders for the transaction target are accepted at a discounted price and input the time information into the business operator terminal 200. An example of setting multiple time periods during which orders for the transaction target are accepted at a discounted price is to input time information for 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. as the time period during which orders for the transaction target are accepted at a discounted price, input price information for a price that is 30% off the normal price, and then further input time information for 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. as the time period during which orders for the transaction target are accepted at a discounted price, and input price information for a price that is half the normal price as the discounted price. This makes it possible to flexibly change the discount price depending on the time period during which the user U places an order for the transaction target. In other words, the business operator M1 can flexibly change the price according to the demand for the transaction target.

In addition, business operator M1 can arbitrarily set conditions for accepting orders at a discounted price. For example, a condition may be set such that the transaction will be concluded at the discounted price if user U receives the transaction object within a time period set by business operator M1 after placing an order for the transaction object. In this case, business operator M1 will fulfill the order for the transaction object only after obtaining user U's consent to a condition that, for example, an additional fee will be charged if user U does not receive the transaction object within a time period set in advance by business operator M1 when placing an order for the transaction object. This allows business operator M1 to prevent the disposal of the transaction object that occurs when user U places an order for the transaction object but does not come to receive it, such as when the transaction object is food that is close to its expiration date.

In addition, if user U places an order for a trade target at a time other than the time period during which orders for the trade target are accepted at the discounted price, the order for the trade target is accepted at the regular price. This makes it possible to accept orders for the trade target at the discounted price only during the time period set by business operator M1.

The business operator terminal 200 displays a screen C12 including an area AR12 for inputting the discounted price, an area AR13 for inputting the time period during which orders for the transaction will be accepted at the discounted price, an area AR14 for inputting the method for displaying on the user terminal 100 that orders will be accepted at the discounted price, and a button B11 for instructing the saving of the information inputted in areas AR12, AR13, and AR14.

For example, business operator M1 inputs "215 yen" into area AR12 as the discounted price of product #2, which normally costs "530 yen." The reception program according to the embodiment causes a computer to execute the steps of: a store that receives an order from a user U via a specified platform sets a time period during which the transaction object is offered to the user U at a discounted price, acquires price information indicating the discount price information for each transaction object and time information indicating the time period during which the transaction object is offered at the discounted price, and accepts orders for the transaction object at the discounted price indicated by the price information only during the set time period based on the acquired price information and time information.

6. Hardware Configuration
The payment server 10 according to each of the above-described embodiments is realized, for example, by a computer 1000 having a configuration as shown in Fig. 13. The payment server 10 will be described below as an example. Fig. 13 is a hardware configuration diagram showing an example of a computer that realizes the functions of the payment server 10. The computer 1000 has a CPU 1100, a RAM 1200, a ROM 1300, a HDD 1400, a communication interface (I/F) 1500, an input/output interface (I/F) 1600, and a media interface (I/F) 1700.

The CPU 1100 operates based on a program stored in the ROM 1300 or the HDD 1400, and controls each component. The ROM 1300 stores a boot program executed by the CPU 1100 when the computer 1000 is started, and programs that depend on the hardware of the computer 1000, etc.

HDD 1400 stores programs executed by CPU 1100 and data used by such programs. Communication interface 1500 receives data from other devices via communication network 500 (corresponding to network N in the embodiment) and sends it to CPU 1100, and also transmits data generated by CPU 1100 to other devices via communication network 500.

The CPU 1100 controls output devices such as a display and a printer, and input devices such as a keyboard and a mouse, via the input/output interface 1600. The CPU 1100 acquires data from the input devices via the input/output interface 1600. The CPU 1100 also outputs data generated via the input/output interface 1600 to the output devices.

The media interface 1700 reads a program or data stored in the recording medium 1800 and provides it to the CPU 1100 via the RAM 1200. The CPU 1100 loads the program from the recording medium 1800 onto the RAM 1200 via the media interface 1700 and executes the loaded program. The recording medium 1800 is, for example, an optical recording medium such as a DVD (Digital Versatile Disc) or a PD (Phase change rewritable Disc), a magneto-optical recording medium such as an MO (Magneto-Optical Disk), a tape medium, a magnetic recording medium, or a semiconductor memory.

For example, when the computer 1000 functions as the payment server 10, the CPU 1100 of the computer 1000 executes a program loaded onto the RAM 1200 to realize the functions of the control unit 40. In addition, the HDD 1400 stores each piece of data in the storage device of the payment server 10. The CPU 1100 of the computer 1000 reads and executes these programs from the recording medium 1800, but as another example, the CPU 1100 of the computer 1000 may obtain these programs from another device via a specified communication network.
