Description
以下、図面を参照しながら、本発明の実施形態について説明する。図1は、端子付き電線10を示す斜視図であり、図2Aは、端子付き電線10の軸方向の断面図、図2Bは、導線圧着部7の径方向断面図である。端子付き電線10は、端子1と被覆導線11とが電気的に接続されて構成される。
次に、第2の実施形態について説明する。図8は、第2の実施形態にかかる端子1aの被覆導線11が圧着される前の斜視図である。なお、以下の説明において、第1の実施形態と同様の機能を奏する構成については、図1~図6Cと同一の符号を付し、重複する説明を省略する。

Claims (10)
- 端子付き電線を製造する方法であって、
前記端子付き電線は、
被覆導線と端子とが電気的に接続されており、
前記被覆導線は、抗張力体と、前記抗張力体の外周に配置され複数の導体からなる導線と、を有し、
前記導線の断面積は0.35sq以下であり、
前記抗張力体の引張強度は、前記導線の引張強度よりも高く、
前記端子は、前記被覆導線の先端の被覆部から露出する前記導線が圧着される導線圧着部と、前記被覆導線の前記被覆部が圧着される被覆圧着部と、を具備し、
前記導線は、前記導線圧着部において、前記導線の周方向の全周から圧着されることを特徴とする端子付き電線であって、
前記導線圧着部を圧着する際に、圧縮の初期段階では、前記導線の圧縮率の低下と前記抗張力体の見かけの圧縮率の両者が低下し、その後さらに圧縮を続けることで、前記抗張力体の見かけの圧縮率の低下が相対的に少なくなり、前記導線の圧縮率の低下が主に進行することを特徴とする端子付き電線の製造方法。 - 前記抗張力体は、複数本の素線からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の端子付き電線の製造方法。
- 前記導線の圧縮率が、前記抗張力体が配置される領域の見かけの圧縮率以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の端子付き電線の製造方法。
- 前記導線は、前記抗張力体の外周で撚られていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の端子付き電線の製造方法。
- 前記導線の少なくとも先端部が、外周側から圧縮されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の端子付き電線の製造方法。
- 前記導体には、めっき処理が施されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の端子付き電線の製造方法。
- 前記導線は、軸方向の所定の位置において、全周から前記導線圧着部において圧着されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の端子付き電線の製造方法。
- 前記導線圧着部は、前記抗張力体とは接触しないことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載の端子付き電線の製造方法。
- 前記導線の断面積が0.3sq以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれかに記載の端子付き電線の製造方法。
- 請求項1から請求項9のいずれかに記載の端子付き電線の製造方法で製造された複数の端子付き電線を一体化することを特徴とするワイヤハーネスの製造方法。
