The present invention was made in consideration of these problems, and its purpose is to match job seekers with hiring companies by inviting job seekers to events related to job auctions, automatically generating career sheets for job seekers who have entered, and linking them to the flow of the job auction.

Figure 1 shows and explains the configuration of a talent auction system according to one embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in the figure, the talent auction system includes a server device 1, a job seeker's terminal device 2, and a hiring company's terminal device 3. The server device 1, the job seeker's terminal device 2, and the hiring company's terminal device 3 are connected wirelessly or by communication via a communication network 4 such as the Internet. The job seeker's terminal device 2 and the hiring company's terminal device 3 can be a variety of devices such as a smartphone, a tablet terminal, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), or a notebook personal computer (hereinafter referred to as a PC).

From this point on, the server device 1 will conduct a talent auction between the invitees who have requested entry into the event and the hiring companies, and manage the progress.

Figure 2 shows and explains the configuration of the server device in the talent auction system.

As shown in the figure, the server device 1 has a control unit 11 that controls the entire device, and the control unit 11 is connected to a communication unit 12 and a memory unit 13. The control unit 11 is composed of a CPU (Central Processing Unit), an MPU (Micro Processing Unit), etc.

As shown in FIG. 3(a), the job seeker information storage unit 13a stores member information, profile information, career information, setting information, event information, and auction information in association with a job seeker identifier (hereinafter referred to as ID). The member information includes a login ID (email address) and password. The profile information consists of basic information, contact information, and educational background information, etc. The basic information includes name, sex, date of birth, current annual income, employment type, employment status, etc., the contact information includes address and telephone number, and the educational background information includes school name, etc. The career information includes past experience, work history, overseas experience, language skills, qualifications held, specialized skills, self-promotion, desired conditions, etc. The past experience includes the number of job changes, experienced occupations, years of experience, etc. The work history includes the name of the company, industry, number of employees, occupation, work content, employment period, position, etc. The overseas experience and language skills include language, level, etc. The desired conditions include information such as annual salary, job type, place of work, employment status, and industry. As shown in FIG. 3(b), the company information storage unit 13b stores company attribute information, event information, and auction information in association with a company ID. As shown in FIG. 3(c), the event information storage unit 13c stores information such as schedule information, event category, and invitation conditions in association with an event ID. The schedule information includes the duration of the event. The event category includes information such as the industry and occupation to be matched at the event. The invitation conditions include the conditions required of invitees who can be invited to the event. For example, the conditions can be industry and occupation, or qualifications and work experience.

As shown in FIG. 3(d), the auction information storage unit 13d stores, in association with the auction ID, the job seeker IDs of the job seekers who participated in the auction, the company IDs of the recruiting companies who participated in the auction, auction information, and status. The auction information includes information such as which event triggered the start of the talent auction between the parties. The status refers to the status of the talent auction being conducted between the job seeker and the recruiting company (e.g., bidding, interview, acceptance, etc.).

Note that Figures 3(a) to 3(d) are merely examples of normalized tables, and the present invention is not limited to these. For example, it is possible to logically integrate the event information storage unit 13c and the auction information storage unit 13d, and to manage the event information and the auction information in a single table.

The main control unit 11a is responsible for overall control. The invitee identification unit 11b identifies invitees to the talent auction event from among the registered job seekers. More specifically, the invitee identification unit 11b identifies job seekers who meet the conditions as invitees by matching the invitation conditions for the event stored in the event information storage unit 13c with the job seeker information (particularly career information) in the job seeker information storage unit 13a.

The event inviting unit 11c sends invitations for the event to invitees by email or the like. The accepting unit 11d accepts entry requests for the event from invitees. The event managing unit 11e adds and updates the information of the job seeker who received the entry request in the event information storage unit 13c, and updates the event information in the job seeker information storage unit 13a. The career sheet generating unit 11f generates a career sheet for the invitee who made the entry request by referring to the job seeker information storage unit 13a of the storage unit 13. More specifically, the career sheet generating unit 11f extracts information related to the event from the profile information and career information, and generates a career sheet.

The event management unit 11e further publishes the career sheet on a website related to the event, making it viewable on the job seeker's terminal device 2 and the hiring company's terminal device 3. Figure 4 shows and explains the configuration of a terminal device in a talent auction system.

As shown in the figure, the terminal device 2 (or 3) has a control unit 21, a communication unit 22, an operation unit 23, a display unit 24, and a memory unit 25. Each unit 21 to 25 is connected to enable free communication via a bus. The communication unit 22 is realized, for example, by a NIC or the like, and is a communication interface that is connected to a communication network 4 such as the Internet by wire or wirelessly and communicates with the server device 1, etc.

The operation unit 23 is realized by a mouse, keyboard, etc., and accepts various operation inputs by the user. The display unit 24 is realized by a liquid crystal display, etc., and performs various displays. The operation unit 23 and the display unit 24 may be integrated into a touch panel. The transmitting unit 21a transmits an entry request or the like relating to the invited event to the server device 1 via the communication unit 22. The receiving unit 21b receives data and content in HTML format or the like transmitted from the server device 1. The viewing unit 21c then displays the content received by the receiving unit 21b on the display unit 24, making it possible to view it. In the server device 1, the reception unit 11d receives an entry request for the event from the invitee (S5). The event management unit 11e adds and updates the information of the job seeker who received the entry request in the event information storage unit 13c, and updates the event information in the job seeker information storage unit 13a (S6). Then, the career sheet generation unit 11f generates a career sheet for the invitee who made the entry request by referring to the job seeker information storage unit 13a of the storage unit 13. The event management unit 11e uploads the career sheet to a website related to the event and makes it publicly available for viewing on the job seeker's terminal device 2 and the hiring company's terminal device 3 (S8). The auction management unit 11g conducts a talent auction between the invitee who requested entry into the event and the hiring company, and manages the progress (S9).
