Description

Article 30, Paragraph 2 of the Patent Act applies. The invention will be exhibited at the Fukushima Minami Exhibition Hall in Minami Fukushima Comprehensive Housing Park from March 20, 2021.

The present invention relates to a house in which separate spaces are created by partition walls that separate living rooms.

In some homes, rooms are created that are not rectangular in shape. For example, in Patent Document 1, an auxiliary housing unit with a planar shape of a roughly right-angled triangle is used, and a bedroom is made to protrude outward in a mountain shape.

In a house, other rooms and corridors are provided in the indoor space surrounding a living room, but creating a room that is not rectangular can easily result in layout restrictions, such as other rooms no longer being rectangular and corridors becoming bent. On the other hand, if a non-rectangular room is designed to partially jut out to the outdoors, the restrictions on the indoor space are reduced, but it can result in corners being formed in the exterior walls of the house, which can easily affect the appearance of the house.

The present invention was made in consideration of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its purpose is to create an independent space that can be used for multiple purposes around a living room that is divided by a partition wall that extends in a direction that intersects with the interior walls.

(1) The house according to the present invention comprises a living room, a first partition wall that divides the living room, and a second wall that faces the first partition wall. The first partition wall has a first inclined wall that extends along a first inclined direction that intersects with the extension direction along the wall surface of the second wall, and a second inclined wall that extends along a second inclined direction that intersects with the extension direction and the first inclined direction. The first inclined wall and the second inclined wall are connected to divide a corner of the living room. The indoor space divided by the first partition wall and the second wall is continuous.

The indoor space divided by the first partition wall and the second wall is divided into two spaces that are connected by a corner formed by the first and second inclined walls, but contain an area where the line of sight between the two spaces is blocked. This gives the two spaces independence.

(2) One of the first inclined wall and the second inclined wall may protrude toward the second wall beyond the other wall surface.

The two spaces created by the first and second inclined walls are further blocked from each other's line of sight by one of the first or second inclined walls protruding further toward the second wall than the other wall surface. This further enhances the independence of the two spaces.

(3) The living space may be partitioned by the first partition wall, two exterior walls each having a window and intersecting at right angles, and a second partition wall and a third partition wall intersecting at right angles to the two exterior walls. The first inclined wall is continuous with the second partition wall. The house according to the present invention further includes a first interior wall located in the living space, extending along the second inclined direction, and facing a corner partitioned by the two exterior walls. The first interior wall is not continuous with the first partition wall, the second partition wall, and the third partition wall.

For example, if the room is used as a bedroom, placing the bed with the first interior wall side facing the head of the bed will direct the line of sight of the resident on the bed toward the corner of the room. As a result, the room can be made to feel spacious for the resident on the bed. Also, the line of sight of the resident on the bed is directed toward the outdoors through the window in the exterior wall. As a result, a sense of openness can be given to the resident on the bed. Also, since the first interior wall is not continuous with the first partition wall, the second partition wall, and the third partition wall, the resident can enter the space between the first interior wall and the first partition wall. Also, since the space between the first interior wall and the first partition wall and the space surrounded by the first partition wall and the two exterior walls are separated by the first interior wall, the two spaces can be used separately and independently. For example, if the space surrounded by the first partition wall and the two exterior walls is used as a bed space, the space between the first interior wall and the first partition wall can be used as a dressing space. In other words, the room can function as both a bedroom and a dressing room. It also makes it easier to move between the bed space and the dressing space than if the bedroom and dressing room were installed separately.

(4) A storage shelf may be provided in the space between the second inclined wall and the first interior wall.

The space between the second inclined wall and the first interior wall can be used as a clothing space by installing a storage shelf.

(5) The house according to the present invention may further include a second interior wall that bulges from the third partition wall into the living space.

The corner defined by the third partition wall and the exterior wall is further defined by the second interior wall. The corner can be used as a work corner, vanity space, etc.

(6) The second wall may separate a room from the room.

The house of the present invention creates independent spaces around the living room that can be used for multiple purposes.

The following describes an embodiment of the present invention. Note that the embodiment described below is merely one example of the present invention, and it goes without saying that the embodiment of the present invention can be modified as appropriate without departing from the gist of the present invention.

In this embodiment, a house 10 (see FIG. 1) that is a building in which people live is described. The house 10 is a two-story steel-framed building. However, the house 10 may also be a wooden building or a reinforced concrete building, and may be a single-story building or a building with three or more floors. Note that the exterior of the house 10 is omitted in FIG. 1.

The following mainly describes the layout and configuration of the second floor of the house 10. In this embodiment, the layout of the first floor of the house 10 is not particularly limited, but may include, for example, an LDK, a guest room, a bathroom, a toilet, etc.

The house 10 is generally rectangular in plan view and has four exterior walls: a first exterior wall 21, a second exterior wall 22, a third exterior wall 23, and a fourth exterior wall 24. The first exterior wall 21 is perpendicular to the second exterior wall 22 and the fourth exterior wall 24, and parallel to the third exterior wall 23. In this embodiment, the direction in which the parallel first exterior wall 21 and the third exterior wall 23 extend (the up-down direction in FIG. 1) is referred to as the first direction 6, and the direction in which the parallel second exterior wall 22 and the fourth exterior wall 24 extend (the left-right direction in FIG. 1) is referred to as the second direction 7.

The house 10 has a first living room 31, a second living room 32, a third living room 33, a fourth living room 34, a fifth living room 35, a bedroom 36, a staircase 37, a first passageway 38, a second passageway 39, and a balcony 25 on the second floor. The bedroom 36 is an example of a "living room". The first living room 31 and the second living room 32 are examples of "different living rooms". The first passageway 38 is an example of an "indoor space".

The first living space 31 is located in a portion of the house 10 that includes a corner defined by the third exterior wall 23 and the fourth exterior wall 24. Specifically, the first living space 31 is located in the upper left of the house 10 in FIG. 1. In FIG. 1, the upper side is, for example, north.

The second room 32 is located in a portion of the house 10 that includes a corner defined by the second exterior wall 22 and the third exterior wall 23. Specifically, the second room 32 is located at the lower left of the house 10 in FIG. 1. The staircase 37 connecting the first and second floors of the house 10 is located between the first room 31 and the second room 32.

The third room 33 is located in a portion of the house 10 that includes a corner defined by the first exterior wall 21 and the fourth exterior wall 24. Specifically, the third room 33 is located in the upper right corner of the house 10 in FIG. 1. The fourth room 34 and the fifth room 35 are located between the first room 31 and the third room 33. Specifically, the fourth room 34 and the fifth room 35 are located above the center of the house 10 in FIG. 1.

The bedroom 36 is the largest room on the second floor and is located in a part of the house 10 that includes a corner defined by the first exterior wall 21 and the second exterior wall 22.

The first passage 38 is located between the first living room 31, the stairs 37, and the second living room 32, and the bedroom 36, and extends generally along the first exterior wall 21 and the third exterior wall 23. Specifically, the first passage 38 is located to the right of the first living room 31, the stairs 37, and the second living room 32, and to the left of the bedroom 36 in FIG. 1, and extends generally along the first direction 6.

The second passage 39 is located between the third room 33, the fourth room 34, and the fifth room 35 and the bedroom 36, and extends generally along the second exterior wall 22 and the fourth exterior wall 24. Specifically, the second passage 39 is located below the third room 33, the fourth room 34, and the fifth room 35 in FIG. 1 and above the bedroom 36, and extends generally along the second direction 7.

The adjacent first living room 31 and the staircase 37 are separated by a partition wall 41. The partition wall 41 extends along the second exterior wall 22 and the fourth exterior wall 24, i.e., along the second direction 7.

The adjacent staircase 37 and second living room 32 are separated by a partition wall 42. The partition wall 42 extends along the second exterior wall 22 and the fourth exterior wall 24, i.e., along the second direction 7.

The adjacent first room 31 and fifth room 35 are separated by a partition wall 43. The partition wall 43 extends along the second outer wall 22 and the fourth outer wall 24, i.e., along the second direction 7.

The adjacent fifth room 35 and fourth room 34 are separated by a partition wall 44. The partition wall 44 extends along the first outer wall 21 and the third outer wall 23, i.e., along the first direction 6.

The adjacent fourth room 34 and third room 33 are separated by a partition wall 45. The partition wall 45 extends along the first exterior wall 21 and the third exterior wall 23, i.e., along the first direction 6. The partition wall 45 has an entrance 61 from the third room 33 to the fourth room 34.

The adjacent first room 31 and first passage 38 are separated by a partition wall 46. The partition wall 46 extends along the first outer wall 21 and the third outer wall 23, i.e., along the first direction 6.

The adjacent third room 33 and the first passage 38 are separated by a partition wall 47. The partition wall 47 extends along the first outer wall 21 and the third outer wall 23, i.e., along the first direction 6. The partition wall 47 has an entrance 62 from the first passage 38 to the third room 33. The entrance 62 is opened and closed by a hinged door 72. The partition walls 46, 47 are an example of a "second wall." The first direction 6 in which the partition walls 46, 47 extend is an example of an "extension direction." In this embodiment, an opening leading to the staircase 37 is formed between the partition walls 46, 47, but if the staircase 37 is not provided, the partition walls 46, 47 may be a continuous wall.

The adjacent fourth room 34 and second passage 39 are separated by a partition wall 48. The partition wall 48 extends along the second outer wall 22 and the fourth outer wall 24, i.e., along the second direction 7.

The adjacent fifth room 35 and second passage 39 are separated by a partition wall 49. The partition wall 49 extends along the second outer wall 22 and the fourth outer wall 24, i.e., along the second direction 7. An entrance 63 from the passages 38, 39 to the first room 31 is provided between the partition wall 49 and the partition wall 46. The partition wall 49 also has an entrance 64 to the fifth room 35. The entrance 63 is opened and closed by a sliding door 73. The entrance 64 is opened and closed by a sliding door 74.

The adjacent bedroom 36 and the first passage 38 are separated by a first partition wall 51 and a second partition wall 52. The adjacent bedroom 36 and the third living room 33 are separated by a third partition wall 53. The adjacent bedroom 36 and the second passage 39 are separated by a fourth partition wall 54.

The second partition wall 52 extends along the first direction 6 and is connected to the second outer wall 22 at a right angle. Specifically, the second partition wall 52 extends upward in FIG. 1 from the inner wall surface of the second outer wall 22, which extends along the second direction 7. The second partition wall 52 faces the partition wall 47 in the second direction 7.

The first partition wall 51 has a first inclined wall 81 and a second inclined wall 82.

The first inclined wall 81 is continuous with the second partition wall 52. The first inclined wall 81 extends along a direction intersecting the first direction 6 and the second direction 7. Specifically, the first inclined wall 81 extends diagonally upward to the left from the upper end of the second partition wall 52 in FIG. 1. In this embodiment, the direction in which the first inclined wall 81 extends and intersecting the first direction 6 and the second direction 7 is referred to as the first inclined direction 8.

As shown in FIG. 2, a rack member 101 is provided on the wall surface 84, which is the surface of the first inclined wall 81 facing the first passage 38. The rack member 101 protrudes from the wall surface 84 and extends horizontally, and in this embodiment, two rack members 101 are provided, one above the other. The rack members 101 can be used to hang picture frames or place books, for example.

As shown in FIG. 1, the tip 83 of the first inclined wall 81 protrudes toward the first passage 38 from a wall surface 86, which is the surface of the second inclined wall 82 facing the first passage 38. The first inclined wall 81 is an example of "one of the first inclined wall and the second inclined wall." The wall surface 86 of the second inclined wall 82 is an example of "the other wall surface." The tip 83 extends along the first inclination direction 8 and forms a corner with the wall surface 86 of the second inclined wall 82. In other words, the tip 83 protrudes from the wall surface 86 of the second inclined wall 82 along the first inclination direction 8.

The second inclined wall 82 extends from the first inclined wall 81 to the fourth partition wall 54 along a direction intersecting the first direction 6, the second direction 7, and the first inclined direction 8. Specifically, the second inclined wall 82 extends from the end of the first inclined wall 81 in FIG. 1 diagonally upward to the right to the fourth partition wall 54. In this embodiment, the direction in which the second inclined wall 82 extends and intersects the first direction 6, the second direction 7, and the first inclined direction 8 is referred to as the second inclined direction 9. In the example shown in FIG. 1, the angles at which the first inclined direction 8 and the second inclined direction 9 intersect with the first direction 6 and the second direction 7 are each 45 degrees. However, the angles at which the first inclined direction 8 and the second inclined direction 9 intersect with the first direction 6 and the second direction 7 may be other angles, such as 40 degrees or 30 degrees. The angle at which the first inclined direction 8 and the second inclined direction 9 intersect with the first direction 6 and the second direction 7 is 90 degrees.

The first partition wall 51, consisting of the first inclined wall 81 and the second inclined wall 82, divides the first passage 38 into a first space 91 and a second space 92. The first passage 38 is a continuous space defined by the first partition wall 51 and the partition walls 46 and 47. Therefore, the first space 91 and the second space 92 are not divided into completely independent spaces, but are divided so that they are continuous but have areas where the line of sight between them is blocked.

The first space 91 is a roughly pentagonal space defined by the partition wall 47, the second partition wall, the first inclined wall 81, and the second outer wall 22. As shown in FIG. 2, a sofa 102, a table 103, and a television 104 are installed in the first space 91. In the example shown in FIG. 2, the television 104 is attached to the wall surface of the partition wall 47 facing the first aisle 38, the sofa 102 is installed facing the wall surface of the second partition wall 52, and the table 103 is installed between the sofa 102 and the television 104. In this way, the first space 91 is used, for example, as a family library.

A bay window 111 is provided in the second exterior wall 22 to allow light into the first space 91 and to allow access from the first passage 38 to the balcony 25.

As shown in FIG. 1, the second space 92 is a space partitioned by the partition wall 46, the second inclined wall 82, and the third partition wall 53 described below. As shown in FIG. 3, a wall surface 86, which is the surface of the second inclined wall 82 facing the first passage 38, and a ceiling connected to the wall surface 86 are each provided with a plurality of hold members 105 that can be used for exercises such as bouldering and athletics. A safety mat 106 is also provided facing the wall surface 86. A pole 107 is also provided that extends from the floor to the ceiling of the second space 92. In this way, the second space 92 is used, for example, for exercise or as a play area for children.

The first space 91 and the second space 92 are continuous at the connection portion between the first inclined wall 81 and the second inclined wall 82. On the other hand, the first space 91 and the second space 92 are separated by the protruding first partition wall 51 consisting of the first inclined wall 81 and the second inclined wall 82, and are mutually independent spaces. In other words, the area of the first space 91 that is closer to the wall surface 84 than the tip 83 blocks the line of sight from most of the second space 92. Also, the area of the second space 92 that is closer to the wall surface 86 than the tip 83 blocks the line of sight from most of the first space 91. In this way, the existence of an area where the lines of sight are blocked from each other increases the independence. And, as shown in FIG. 3, the tip 83 of the first inclined wall 81 that protrudes from the wall surface 86 of the second inclined wall 82 further enhances the independence of the second space 92.

As shown in FIG. 1, the third partition wall 53 extends along the second direction 7 and is connected to the first outer wall 21 at a right angle. Specifically, the third partition wall 53 extends from the inner wall surface of the first outer wall 21, which extends along the first direction 6, toward the left in FIG. 1 along the second direction 7. An entrance 65 from the second passage 39 to the third room 33 is provided between the third partition wall 53 and the partition wall 45. The entrance 65 is opened and closed by a sliding door 75.

The fourth partition wall 54 is arranged in a position aligned with the third partition wall 53 in the second direction 7, but spaced apart from the third partition wall 53. An entrance 66 from the second passage 39 to the bedroom 36 is provided between the fourth partition wall 54 and the third partition wall. The entrance 66 is opened and closed by a sliding door 76.

The fourth partition wall 54 has wall surface 55 and wall surface 56 which are the walls on the bedroom 36 side, wall surface 57 which is the wall on the second passage 39 side, and wall surface 58 which is the wall on the first passage 38 side.

The wall surface 55 is a wall surface that extends along the second inclined direction 9. The wall surface 55 extends from the entrance/exit 66 along the second inclined direction 9 toward the lower left in FIG. 1.

The wall surface 56 extends along the first inclined direction 8. The wall surface 56 is connected to the wall surface 55 and the wall surface 87 of the second inclined wall 82.

The wall surface 57 extends along the second direction 7 and faces the partition walls 48, 49 in the first direction 6. The wall surface 57, together with the partition walls 48, 49, defines the second passage 39.

The wall surface 58 is a wall surface that extends along the first inclination direction 8. The wall surface 58 is connected to the wall surface 57 and the wall surface 86 of the second inclined wall 82. The wall surface 58, together with the second inclined wall 82 and the tip portion 83 of the first inclined wall 81, defines the second space 92. The wall surface 58 hides the second space 92 from the second passage 39 and the entrance/exit 64 of the fifth room 35, enhancing the independence of the second space 92.

The house 10 further includes a first interior wall 121, a second interior wall 122, and a third interior wall 123 installed in the bedroom 36. The first interior wall 121, the second interior wall 122, and the third interior wall 123 are all built-in walls.

The first interior wall 121 has a main body 131 and a pair of side walls 132, 133.

The main body 131 extends along the second inclined direction 9 and faces the second inclined wall 82 in the first inclined direction 8. Specifically, the first wall surface 134, which is one of a pair of walls of the main body 131, faces the wall surface 87 of the second inclined wall 82 in the first inclined direction 8. The main body 131, together with the second inclined wall 82, defines a third space 93 that is part of the bedroom 36. The main body 131 also faces a corner defined by the first exterior wall 21 and the second exterior wall 22 in the first inclined direction 8.

The side wall 132 extends from one end of the main body 131 in the second inclination direction 9 toward the second inclined wall 82 along the first inclination direction 8. Specifically, the side wall 132 extends from the upper right end of the main body 131 in FIG. 1 toward the upper left. The side wall 133 extends from the other end of the main body 131 in the second inclination direction 9 toward the second inclined wall 82 along the first inclination direction 8. Specifically, the side wall 133 extends from the lower left end of the main body 131 in FIG. 1 toward the upper left. The side walls 132, 133, together with the main body 131 and the second inclined wall 82, define the third space 93.

The first interior wall 121 is spaced apart from the ceiling of the bedroom 36. That is, a gap 136 (see FIG. 6) is formed between the first interior wall 121 and the ceiling. When a resident looks around the room from a space other than the third space 93, the gap 136 makes the bedroom 36 feel larger than if the gap 136 were not present. That is, by spaced apart the first interior wall 121 from the ceiling, the sense of openness of the bedroom 36 can be enhanced.

The first interior wall 121 is independent and not continuous with other walls such as the first partition wall 51, the second partition wall 52, the third partition wall 53, the exterior walls 21, 22, and the second interior wall 122 described below, which divide the bedroom 36. The space between the first interior wall 121 and the fourth partition wall 54, and the space between the first interior wall 121 and the first inclined wall 81, provide a living route for entering and exiting the third space 93 from spaces other than the third space 93 in the bedroom 36. In other words, the first interior wall 121 is provided independently from the other walls, forming a living route for entering and exiting the third space 93.

The third interior wall 123 protrudes from the wall surface 87 of the second inclined wall 82 and extends along the first inclination direction 8. The third interior wall 123 defines the third space 93 together with the second inclined wall 82 and the first interior wall 121. The third interior wall 123 is at the same height as the first interior wall 121 and is spaced apart from the ceiling of the bedroom 36. By making the third interior wall 123 at the same height as the first interior wall 121, a sense of unity between the third interior wall 123 and the first interior wall 121 is formed, and the resident is made aware that the third space 93 is formed by the third interior wall 123 and the first interior wall 121.

The third space 93 is used as a clothing space for storing clothing such as clothes. To enable use as a clothing space, a storage shelf 108 shown in FIG. 4 is installed in the third space 93. The storage shelf 108 may be installed in advance as a built-in, or may be installed by the resident. The storage shelf 108 is provided on both the second inclined wall 82 side and the first interior wall 121. Also, a hanger rail or the like may be provided in place of part of the storage shelf 108.

As shown in FIG. 1, the second interior wall 122 bulges into the bedroom 36 from one end of the third partition wall 53 in the second direction 7. Specifically, the second interior wall 122 bulges downward from the left end of the third partition wall 53 in FIG. 1. The second interior wall 122 is triangular in plan view and has wall surfaces 125 and 126. Wall surface 125 is a wall surface that extends along the first inclination direction 8 and is connected to the third partition wall 53. Wall surface 126 is a wall surface that extends along the first direction 6 and is connected to wall surface 125 and the third partition wall 53. Wall surface 126, together with the first exterior wall 21, defines the fourth space 94.

The fourth space 94 is used as a work space or a makeup space. When used as a work space, a desk, counter table, bookshelf, etc. are installed in the fourth space 94. When used as a makeup space, a dressing table, etc. are installed in the fourth space 94. As shown in FIG. 5, a bookshelf 128 is built-in and provided on the wall surface 126 of the second interior wall 122.

As shown in Figures 5 to 7, a table 109 and a chair 110, for example, are placed in the fifth space 95, which includes a corner formed by the first exterior wall 21 and the second exterior wall 22.

The sixth space 96, which is the majority of the space in the bedroom 36 and is the space other than the third space 93, the fourth space 94, and the fifth space 95, is used as a bed space. A bed 118 and a stand lamp 119 are installed in the sixth space. The bed 118 is installed with the head side abutting against the wall surface 135 of the main body 131 of the first interior wall 121.

As shown in FIG. 1, sweep windows 112, 113, and 114 are provided in the exterior walls 21 and 22 to allow light into the bedroom 36 and to allow access from the bedroom 36 to the balcony 25. The sweep windows 112 and 113 are provided in the first exterior wall 21. The sweep window 114 is provided in the second exterior wall 22. The sweep windows 112, 113, and 114 are examples of "windows." As shown in FIG. 7, the sweep windows 112, 113, and 114 occupy the protruding corner of the bedroom 36 formed by the first exterior wall 21 and the second exterior wall 22, further enhancing the sense of openness when facing the protruding corner from the bed 118.

[Effects of the embodiment]
In this embodiment, the first partition wall 51 that divides the first passage 38 is formed by the first inclined wall 81 and the second inclined wall 82 that are inclined with respect to the first direction 6 and the second direction 7, so that the first passage 38 can be divided into two spaces 91 and 92 by the corner formed by the first inclined wall 81 and the second inclined wall 82. The first space 91 (see FIG. 2) and the second space 92 (see FIG. 3) are mutually blocked from view by the first inclined wall 81 and the second inclined wall 82, and are independent spaces from each other. In other words, by forming the first partition wall 51 that divides the first passage 38 and the bedroom 36 by the first inclined wall 81 and the second inclined wall 82, two independent spaces 91 and 92 that can be used for multiple purposes can be formed around the bedroom 36.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the tip 83 of the first inclined wall 81 protrudes from the wall surface 86 of the second inclined wall 82 and defines the second space 92 together with the wall surface 86. This tip 83 blocks the line of sight between the first space 91 and the second space 92. As a result, the independence of the first space 91 and the second space 92 is further enhanced.

In this embodiment, the first interior wall 121 faces the corner defined by the exterior walls 21 and 22 in the first inclination direction 8. The bed 118 is placed with its head side abutting the first interior wall 121. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, the line of sight of the resident sitting on the bed 118 is directed toward the corner of the bedroom 36. As a result, the bedroom 36 can be made to feel spacious to the resident sitting on the bed 118. In addition, the line of sight of the resident sitting on the bed 118 is directed toward the outdoors through the bay windows 112, 113, and 114 of the exterior walls 21 and 22. As a result, a sense of openness can be given to the resident sitting on the bed 118.

In this embodiment, the first interior wall 121 is not continuous with the first partition wall 51, the second partition wall 52, and the third partition wall 53, so that residents can enter and exit the third space 93 defined by the first interior wall 121 and the second inclined wall 82, as shown in FIG. 4.

In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 4 and 5, the third space 93 and the sixth space 96 are separated by the first interior wall 121, so the two spaces 93, 96 can be used separately and independently. In this embodiment, the third space 93 (see Figure 4) is used as a clothing space for storing clothing, and the sixth space 96 (see Figure 5) is used as a bed space where a bed is installed. In other words, the bedroom 36 can function as both a bedroom and a clothing room. Therefore, it is easier to move between the bed space and the clothing space than if the bedroom and clothing room were installed separately.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, a storage shelf 108 is provided in the third space 93, so that the third space 93 can be used as a clothing space that the resident can enter and exit.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the second interior wall 122 that protrudes from the third partition wall 53 is provided in the bedroom 36, so that a fourth space 94 that can be used as a work space or a dressing space can be formed in the bedroom 36.

[Modification]
In the above embodiment, an example has been described in which the living room separated from the first passage 38 by the first partition wall 51 having the first inclined wall 81 and the second inclined wall 82 is the bedroom 36. However, the living room may be used for other purposes, such as a living room, a living room, or a study.

In the above embodiment, an example has been described in which the tip 83 of the first inclined wall 81 protrudes from the wall surface 86 of the second inclined wall 82 toward the first passage 38. However, the tip of the second inclined wall 82 may protrude from the wall surface 84, which is the wall surface of the first inclined wall 81 facing the first passage 38, toward the first passage 38. In that case, the second inclined wall 82 is an example of "one of the first inclined wall and the second inclined wall," and the wall surface 84 of the first inclined wall 81 is an example of "the other wall surface."

In the above embodiment, an example has been described in which the first interior wall 121 is spaced apart from the first inclined wall 81, and a living activity line for entering and exiting the third space 93 is formed between the first interior wall 121 and the first inclined wall 81. However, since a living activity line is also formed between the first interior wall 121 and the fourth partition wall 54, the first interior wall 121 may be formed continuous with the first inclined wall 81. By providing the first interior wall 121 at a distance from the first inclined wall 81, when a resident looks over the bedroom 36 from a space other than the third space 93 in the bedroom 36, the room can be made to feel larger than when the first interior wall 121 and the first inclined wall 81 are continuous.

In the above embodiment, an example was described in which the walls that define the first passage 38 together with the first partition wall 51 are the partition walls 46 and 47. However, the wall that defines the first passage 38 may also be the third outer wall 23.

In the above embodiment, an example was described in which the space divided into two spaces 91, 92 by the first inclined wall 81 and the second inclined wall 82 is the first passage 38. However, the space (indoor space) divided into two spaces by the first inclined wall 81 and the second inclined wall 82 may be a living room.
