Description

The present invention relates to a contact information control device, method, and program that accepts and displays contact information output from a terminal device.

Previously, if a student was absent from school, the student's parents would call the school to inform them of the absence.

However, telephone communication does not leave a record, and there are problems, such as the staff member who answers the phone not telling the student's homeroom teacher.

One possible solution is a system in which a parent or guardian can use a terminal device to create contact information about absences, etc., and then send that contact information to a terminal device installed at the school. The school can then confirm the student's absence, etc., by checking the contact information displayed on the terminal device.

Even when using a terminal device to confirm contact information such as absences as described above, it is extremely important that the contact information received by the school's terminal device is reliably confirmed by school staff, etc.

Therefore, when contact information is confirmed on the school's terminal device, one possible method would be to indicate that the contact information has been confirmed, for example by displaying a check mark next to it.

However, for example, if a parent changes the content of the contact information after it has been confirmed on the school's terminal device and then sends it to the school's terminal device, only the content of the contact information displayed on the school's terminal device will be updated, and if the confirmation indicator, such as a check mark, remains the same, the confirmed indicator will remain even though the changed contact information has not yet been confirmed, and the school will not be able to notice that the content of the contact information has been changed.

Patent Document 1 proposes a method for displaying a blinking mark near the display of a patient when an operator displays a list of patients in an electronic medical record system and there are unread test results. However, it does not propose anything about what to do if the patient information is changed after it has been confirmed.

In view of the above circumstances, the present invention aims to provide a contact information control device, method, and program that can notify a user that the changed contact information has not been confirmed, and prompt the user to confirm the changed contact information, even if the content of the contact information is changed after the contact information has been confirmed.

The contact information control device of the present invention includes a contact information receiving unit that receives contact information, a confirmation information receiving unit that receives confirmation information of the contact information, and a control unit that stores the fact that the contact information has been confirmed when the confirmation information is received by the confirmation information receiving unit, and controls the information to change the fact that the contact information has been confirmed when an instruction to change the contact information is received by the contact information receiving unit after storing the fact that the contact information has been confirmed.

The contact information control program of the present invention causes a computer to execute the steps of accepting contact information, accepting confirmation information of the contact information, storing the fact that the contact information has been confirmed if the confirmation information has been accepted, and, if the fact that the contact information has been confirmed has been stored, controlling the computer to change the fact that the contact information has been confirmed if an instruction to change the contact information is accepted.

The contact information control method of the present invention receives contact information, receives confirmation information of the contact information, and if the confirmation information is received, stores the fact that the contact information has been confirmed, and if an instruction to change the contact information is received after storing the fact that the contact information has been confirmed, controls the information so that the fact that the contact information has been confirmed is changed.

According to the contact information display control device, method, and program of the present invention, even if the content of the contact information is changed after it has been confirmed, it is possible to notify the user that the changed contact information has not been confirmed, and to encourage the user to confirm the changed contact information.

The following describes in detail a contact information management system using an embodiment of the contact information control device of the present invention with reference to the drawings. Figure 1 is a block diagram showing the general configuration of the contact information management system 1 of this embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 1, the contact information management system 1 of this embodiment includes a parent terminal device 10, a contact information management device 20, and an approver terminal device 30. In this embodiment, the contact information management device 20 corresponds to the contact information control device of the present invention.

The parent terminal device 10 and the contact information management device 20, and the contact information management device 20 and the approver terminal device 30 are connected via a communication line. The communication line may be an Internet line or a telephone line. The communication line may be either wired or wireless.

First, a general flow of processing using the contact information management system 1 of this embodiment will be described.
The contact information management system 1 of this embodiment is a system used by schools and the parents of students attending those schools, and is primarily used by parents to notify the school of their students' absences, lateness, early departures, etc.

First, a parent uses the parent terminal device 10 to set and input contact information such as the student's absence, lateness, and early departure.

The contact information entered by the guardian is then output from the guardian terminal device 10 to the contact information management device 20, where it is stored and managed.

In response to a request from the approver terminal device 30 installed at the school, the contact information stored in the contact information management device 20 is output and accepted by the approver terminal device 30 on the school side.

The approver terminal device 30 displays the received contact information on the display device 40. The contact information displayed on the display device 40 is confirmed by school staff. The approver terminal device 30 changes the display depending on whether or not the contact information has been confirmed by school staff, and is configured to show whether or not the displayed contact information has been confirmed by staff.

The above is a general flow of processing using the contact information management system 1 of this embodiment. Note that while FIG. 1 shows only one parent terminal device 10 and one approver terminal device 30, in reality, at least as many parent terminal devices 10 as there are parents (students) using the contact information management system 1, and as many approver terminal devices 30 as there are schools.

Next, we will explain the details of each device that makes up the contact information management system 1 of this embodiment.

As described above, the parent terminal device 10 is used by the parent, and may be, for example, a mobile terminal such as a smartphone or tablet terminal. However, it is not limited to this, and may also be a desktop computer or a notebook computer.

The parent terminal device 10 is equipped with a CPU (Central Processing Unit), semiconductor memory such as ROM (Read Only Memory) and RAM (Random Access Memory), storage such as a hard disk, and a communication I/F (Interface).

A parent application that accepts input of contact information settings such as absence, lateness, and early departure is installed in the storage of the parent terminal device 10. When this parent application is started by the CPU, a contact information setting input screen is displayed on the parent terminal device 10.

In addition, on the contact information setting input screen of the parent terminal device 10, instructions to change and cancel the contact information that was once set and input and output to the contact information management device 20 are set and input. Note that the setting input, change instructions, and cancellation instructions for contact information using the parent terminal device 10 will be described in detail later.

The contact information management device 20 is a server device that receives and stores the contact information output from the parent terminal device 10. Identification information for each school and student is added to the contact information output from the parent terminal device 10, and the contact information management device 20 stores and manages the received contact information for each school and student based on that identification information. For example, the grade, class, and attendance number can be used as student identification information.

The contact information management device 20 also receives information on whether or not the contact information for each student has been confirmed by the school's approver terminal device 30, and also stores information on whether or not the information has been confirmed. Furthermore, if the contact information management device 20 receives an instruction to change or cancel the contact information that it has once accepted and stored from the parent terminal device 10, it also stores that information.

The contact information management device 20 includes a CPU, semiconductor memory such as ROM and RAM, storage such as a hard disk, and a communication I/F. A contact information management program including one embodiment of the contact information control program of the present invention is installed in the storage of the contact information management device 20. This contact information management program is executed by the CPU to store the above-mentioned contact information for each student, and to send and receive contact information with the parent terminal device 10 and the approver terminal device 30.

Specifically, the contact information management device 20 includes a contact information receiving unit 21, a confirmation information receiving unit 22, and a control unit 23.

The contact information receiving unit 21 receives the contact information for each student output from the parent terminal device 10. The contact information receiving unit 21 also receives information on instructions to change and cancel the contact information for each student.

The confirmation information receiving unit 22 receives the confirmation information when the contact information is confirmed on the approver terminal device 30.

The confirmation information receiving unit 22 receives a confirmation signal when contact information is confirmed on a contact information display screen (described later) on which contact information for each student is displayed. In this embodiment, contact information is confirmed by checking a check box for each piece of contact information displayed on the contact information display screen and selecting a confirm button. Checking a check box and selecting a confirm button are received, for example, by a tap or click operation by a school staff member.

When a check box corresponding to specific contact information is checked and the Confirm button is selected, the confirmation information receiving unit 22 receives the signal as a confirmation signal.

The control unit 23 has a CPU and a semiconductor memory, and controls the entire contact information management device 20. In particular, the control unit 23 stores the contact information accepted by the contact information acceptance unit 21, as well as instructions to change and cancel the contact information. Furthermore, the control unit 23 stores the fact that the specified contact information has been confirmed, based on a confirmation signal accepted by the confirmation information acceptance unit 22.

Then, when an instruction to change the contact information is received after storing that the specified contact information has been confirmed, the control unit 23 stores the change instruction and changes the confirmed information of the contact information. Specifically, the control unit 23 changes the confirmed information of the contact information to unconfirmed information. Note that the display control on the approver terminal device 30 due to the change from confirmed information to unconfirmed information will be described in detail later.

Furthermore, if the control unit 23 receives an instruction to cancel the specified contact information after storing that the contact information has been confirmed, the control unit 23 stores the cancellation instruction and changes the confirmed information of the contact information. Specifically, the control unit 23 changes the confirmed information of the contact information to unconfirmed information. Note that the display control on the approver terminal device 30 in response to the cancellation instruction and the change from confirmed information to unconfirmed information will be described in detail later.

In this embodiment, the above-mentioned parts of the contact information management device 20 are made to function by executing the contact information management program by the CPU, but some or all of the functions executed by the contact information management program may be configured from hardware such as an ASCI (Application Specific Integrated Circuit), FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array), or other electrical circuits.

As described above, the approver terminal device 30 is used by school staff, and may be, for example, a desktop computer or a notebook computer, but is not limited to these and may also be a mobile terminal such as a tablet terminal.

The approver terminal device 30 is equipped with a control unit 31.

The control unit 31 controls the entire approver terminal device 30. In particular, the control unit 31 displays contact information on the contact information display screen, and controls the display of the contact information display screen based on the confirmed information, unconfirmed information, change instruction information, and cancellation instruction information of the contact information stored in the contact information management device 20. The display control of the contact information display screen will be described in detail later.

In addition, the approver terminal device 30 of this embodiment is configured so that it can check contact information but cannot edit the contact information itself.

A display device 40 such as a liquid crystal display is connected to the approver terminal device 30, and the contact information display screen is displayed on this display device 40. When a tablet terminal is used as the approver terminal device 30, the contact information display screen is displayed on a touch panel of the tablet terminal.

The approver terminal device 30 is equipped with a CPU, semiconductor memory such as ROM and RAM, storage such as a hard disk, and a communication I/F.

An approver application is installed in the storage of the approver terminal device 30. When this approver application is started by the CPU, a contact information display screen is displayed on the approver terminal device 30. Note that instead of using the approver application installed in the storage as in this embodiment, an approver application provided via a web browser may be used.

In this embodiment, the contact information display screen is controlled by executing the approver application using the CPU, but some or all of the functions executed by the approver application may be configured using hardware such as an ASCI (Application Specific Integrated Circuit), FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array), or other electrical circuits.

Next, the processing of the contact information management system 1 of this embodiment will be described in detail with reference to the flowchart shown in FIG. 2. First, the processing will be described, from when a parent uses the parent terminal device 10 to send contact information such as a student's absence, lateness, or early departure to the school, until the school staff checks this information using the approver terminal device 30.

First, the parent starts the parent application installed on the parent terminal device 10, displays the contact information setting input screen as shown in FIG. 3, and inputs the contact information settings on the contact information setting input screen (S10).

The contact information setting input screen shown in FIG. 3 displays a contact information selection field S1 for selecting the content of the contact information (such as absence, lateness, and early departure), a period selection field S2 for selecting the period of the contact information (e.g. absence) selected in the contact information selection field S1, and a detailed information input field S3 for accepting input of detailed information about the contact information.

The contact information selection field S1 is a pull-down list from which you can select either absent, late, or leaving early.

The period selection field S2 displays the start and end dates of the period of contact information (e.g. absence) so that they can be selected.

The detailed information input field S3 can accept text input, and parents can enter, for example, the reason for absence.

The contact information setting input screen displays a "Contact the school" button, a "Check past contacts" button, and a "Clear input" button.

Additionally, tags T1 to T3 are displayed on the contact information setting input screen. Tags T1 to T3 are used to select the student for whom contact information (for example, absence) is to be provided, and in the example of FIG. 3, any of "Taro," "Hanako," and "Jiro" are selected. Such tags T1 to T3 are used, for example, when one parent has registered multiple children (students) at the same or different schools. FIG. 3 shows an example of the display when tag T1 is selected, but the same display is also shown when tag T2 or tag T3 is selected.

For example, when input into each field for Taro with tag T1 is completed, the "Contact the school" button is tapped, and the contact information for "Taro" that was input and set on the contact information input screen is output from the parent terminal device 10 to the contact information management device 20 (S12).

When output of the contact information for "Taro" is complete, the message "School has been contacted" is displayed, as shown in FIG. 4. When outputting the contact information, the parent terminal device 10 also outputs the identification information of the school and the student. In the example shown in FIG. 3, the identification information of Taro, number 3 in class 2, year 1 at Risou Elementary School, is output.

When the "Clear input" button is tapped, the information entered in each field is cleared. The process when the "Check past contacts" button is tapped will be described in detail later.

Next, when the contact information is output from the parent terminal device 10 to the contact information management device 20, the contact information management device 20 stores and manages the input contact information for each school and student based on the input school and student identification information (S14).

Next, when a school staff member launches the approver application installed in the approver terminal device 30, a contact information display screen as shown in FIG. 5 is displayed on the display device 40 (S16). The contact information display control program then requests the contact information management device 20 to output contact information, and the contact information management device 20 outputs the saved contact information to the approver terminal device 30 in response to the contact information output request. Note that when the approver application requests the output of contact information, it also outputs the school's identification information, and the contact information management device 20 outputs the contact information for each school to the approver terminal device 30 based on the input school's identification information.

The contact information output from the contact information management device 20 is accepted by the approver terminal device 30, and the control unit 31 displays the contact information on the contact information display screen (S18).

The contact information display screen shown in Figure 5 shows an example of the contact information display for "Riso Elementary School." On the contact information display screen shown in Figure 5, contact information for each student is displayed in a list in the contact information display field R1. The contact information display screen shown in Figure 5 also displays a grade selection field R2 and a class selection field R3. In the grade selection field R2, buttons such as "All grades," "1st grade," and "2nd grade" are displayed. In addition, in the class selection field R3, buttons such as "Class 1," "Class 2," and "Class 3" are displayed.

In the contact information display field R1, contact information for the grade selected in the grade selection field R2 and the class selected in the class selection field R3 is extracted and displayed in a list.

As shown in FIG. 5, the contact information display field R1 displays the fields "Grade," "Class," "Number," "Content," "Target date," "Symptoms/contact information," "Report date and time," "Cancellation," and "Confirmation." The "Grade," "Class," and "Number" fields display the student's grade, class, and number.

The "Content" field displays the content selected in the contact information selection field S1 shown in FIG. 3 (for example, absence), and the "Target Date" field displays the dates of the period specified in the period selection field S2 shown in FIG. 3. The "Symptoms/Contact Details" field displays the content entered in the detailed information input field S3 shown in FIG. 3. The "Report Date and Time" field displays the date on which the contact information was output from the parent terminal device 10.

The "Cancel" column will display information indicating that the contact information has been cancelled; details on cancelling contact information will be provided later.

The "Confirm" column displays information on whether the contact information for each student displayed in the contact information display column R1 has been confirmed by school staff. In this embodiment, specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, a check box CB is displayed for each student's contact information.

Then, when the predetermined contact information is confirmed by a school staff member (S20), the check box CB for that contact information is selected.
The control unit 31 then displays a check mark in the check box CB of the confirmed contact information (S22). When the "Confirm" button displayed above the "Confirm" column is selected (S24), the confirmation of the contact information is confirmed, and the control unit 31 makes the box of the check box CB invisible and displays only the check mark, as shown in the second row of the contact information display column R1 (S26). The control unit 31 also outputs a confirmation signal for the confirmed contact information to the contact information management device 20.

Then, the confirmation information receiving unit 22 of the contact information management device 20 receives the confirmation signal, and the control unit 23 of the contact information management device 20 stores the confirmed information (S28).

In this way, by not only checking the check box CB but also by confirming the check (confirmation) when the "Confirm" button is selected, that is, by confirming the confirmation of the contact information through a two-step operation, the reliability of the display of confirmed contact information can be improved.

Next, with reference to the flowchart shown in Figure 6, we will explain the process that occurs when a parent changes contact information after the contact information has been confirmed by school staff on the approver terminal device 30 as described above.

If a parent wishes to change the contact information that was sent to the school, the parent application on the parent terminal device 10 is started again, the contact information setting input screen shown in FIG. 3 is displayed, and the parent taps and selects the "Check past contacts" button (S30).

When the "Check past contacts" button is selected, the contact information history screen shown in Figure 7 is displayed (S32). The contact information history screen displays a list of the history of contact information sent from the parent terminal device 10 in the past. A "Check details" button is displayed for each piece of contact information history, and when this "Check details" button is tapped, the screen switches to the details display screen shown in Figure 8. The details display screen displays the input settings for the contact information, as well as a "Change contact details" button and a "Cancel contact" button.

For example, if a parent wishes to change the contact information from "late" to "absent," the changed contact information is selected in the pull-down list in the contact information selection field Q1 (S34). If the parent wishes to change the date of the contact information (for example, absence), the changed date is entered in the date selection field Q2. If the parent wishes to change the detailed information about the contact information, the changed detailed information is entered as text in the detailed information input field Q3.

When the changed contact information has been set and input, the "Change contact details" button is tapped, and the changed contact information set and input on the detailed display screen shown in FIG. 8 is output from the parent terminal device 10 to the contact information management device 20 (S36). When outputting the contact information, the parent terminal device 10 also outputs the identification information of the school and the student.

Next, when the changed contact information is output from the parent terminal device 10 to the contact information management device 20, the control unit 23 of the contact information management device 20 updates the contact information before the change to the changed contact information and stores it (S38). In addition, if confirmed information is stored for the contact information before the change, the control unit 23 changes it to unconfirmed information (S40).

After the contact information has been changed, if the school's approver terminal device 30 requests the contact information management device 20 to output the contact information, the control unit 23 of the contact information management device 20 outputs the changed contact information to the approver terminal device 30 in response to the output request (S42). When outputting the changed contact information, the control unit 23 of the contact information management device 20 also outputs a signal indicating that the contact information has been changed. Furthermore, based on the unconfirmed information changed in S40, the control unit 23 of the contact information management device 20 also outputs a signal indicating that the changed contact information is unconfirmed.

When the changed contact information and a signal indicating that the contact information has been changed are received by the approver terminal device 30, the control unit 31 of the approver terminal device 30 updates the pre-change contact information to the changed contact information based on the student's identification information added to the changed contact information and displays it (S44).

When the control unit 31 receives a signal indicating that the contact information has been changed and a signal indicating that the contact information has not been confirmed, the control unit 31 returns the check box CB corresponding to the changed contact information in the "Confirm" column of the contact information display screen shown in FIG. 5 to the state before confirmation (S46). That is, the control unit 31 displays an unchecked check box in the "Confirm" column of the changed contact information.

In this way, when an instruction to change the contact information is received, the display is changed from one indicating that the contact information has been confirmed back to one indicating that the contact information has not yet been confirmed. Therefore, even if the content of the contact information is changed after it has been confirmed, it is possible to inform the user that the changed contact information has not been confirmed, and to encourage the user to confirm the changed contact information.

Next, with reference to the flowchart shown in Figure 9, we will explain the process that occurs when a parent cancels contact information after the contact information has been confirmed by a school staff member on the approver terminal device 30 as described above.

If a parent wishes to cancel contact information that has already been sent to the school, they must do so in the same way as for changes.
The parent application of the parent terminal device 10 is started again, the contact information setting input screen shown in FIG. 3 is displayed, and the "Check past contacts" button is tapped to select it (S50).

When the "Check past contacts" button is selected, the contact information history screen shown in FIG. 7 is displayed (S52). Then, when the "Check details" button for each contact information history is tapped, the screen switches to the detailed display screen shown in FIG. 8. On the detailed display screen, the input settings for the contact information are displayed, and a "Change contact details" button and a "Cancel contact" button are also displayed.

For example, if a parent wishes to cancel contact information, the "Cancel contact" button is tapped, and a cancellation signal indicating the cancellation is output from the parent terminal device 10 to the contact information management device 20 (S54). When outputting the cancellation signal, the parent terminal device 10 also outputs the identification information of the school and student of the contact information to be canceled.

When the cancellation signal output from the parent terminal device 10 is received by the contact information management device 20, the control unit 23 of the contact information management device 20 stores the cancellation information (S58). In addition, if confirmed information is stored for the contact information to be cancelled, the control unit 23 changes this to unconfirmed information (S60).

After the cancellation information for the contact information has been saved, if the school's approver terminal device 30 requests the contact information management device 20 to output the contact information, the contact information management device 20 outputs a cancellation signal for the contact information to be canceled to the approver terminal device 30 in response to the output request (S62). When outputting the cancellation signal, the contact information management device 20 also outputs the identification information of the student for the contact information to be canceled. Furthermore, the control unit 23 of the contact information management device 20 also outputs a signal indicating that the contact information to be canceled is unconfirmed, based on the unconfirmed information changed in S60.

The identification information of the student of the contact information to be canceled and the cancellation signal output from the contact information management device 20 are received by the approver terminal device 30, and the control unit 31 of the approver terminal device 30 displays the contact information to be canceled in a grayed-out state based on the student's identification information, and displays it in a manner that is distinguishable from contact information other than the contact information to be canceled (S64). Note that in this embodiment, the contact information to be canceled is displayed in a grayed-out state, but this is not limited to this, and other display methods may be used as long as they are distinguishable from contact information other than the contact information to be canceled. In this way, by displaying the contact information to be canceled in a distinguishable manner, the contact information to be canceled can be immediately recognized.

When the cancel signal for the contact information is received by the approver terminal device 30, the control unit 31 displays a check mark in the "Cancel" column on the contact information display screen shown in FIG. 5 (S66). This allows school staff to immediately recognize that the contact information has been canceled.

Furthermore, when the control unit 31 receives a signal indicating that the contact information is unconfirmed along with a cancellation signal for the contact information, it returns the check box CB corresponding to the contact information to be canceled to the state before confirmation (S68). That is, the control unit 31 displays an unchecked check box in the "Confirm" column for the contact information to be canceled. This allows the user to recognize that the contact information has been canceled. Note that even in this case, if the "Confirm" button is selected after the check box CB is checked, the box of the check box CB is hidden and only a check mark is displayed.

In the contact information control device of the present invention, when the control unit stores information that the contact information has been confirmed, if an instruction to cancel the contact information is received by the contact information receiving unit, the control unit can change the information to "confirmed" and store the information that the instruction to cancel has been received.

In addition, in the contact information control device of the present invention, when the control unit stores that an instruction to cancel contact information has been received, the control unit can control the display of the contact information for which the instruction to cancel is made to be distinguishable from other contact information.

A contact information management system including a first terminal device used by a guardian of a student at a school, a second terminal device used by a staff member of the school, and a contact information control device that receives guardian contact information transmitted from the first terminal device and transmits the received contact information to the second terminal device,
