Description
様々な実施形態では、牽引バンドおよび牽引バンドの弾性体のうちの少なくともいずれか一方は、柔軟材料または半柔軟材料(たとえば、熱可塑性エラストマー(TPE)、REZILIENT(商標)Rx15A、MEDALIST(商標)MD‐16110、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET:polyethylene terephthalate)、弾性ポリマー、ゴム、プラスチックなど)を含有し得る。牽引バンドは長尺状円筒管であってもよく、中空または中実に形成されてもよい。材料は、医療処置に関連する他の装置の材料と比較して、より低いデュロメータおよびより低い引張弾性率を備えた弾性であってもよい。透明または不透明な材料を使用してもよい。
Claims (7)
- 対向可能なジョーを含む第1クリップと、
第1の端、第2の端、及び前記第1の端及び前記第2の端の間の長さ、を有し、かつ長手方向軸に沿って延びる長尺状の牽引バンドであって、
前記牽引バンドの前記第1の端に形成された第1の開口と、
前記牽引バンドの前記第2の端に形成された第2の開口と、を含む前記牽引バンドと、を備え、
前記第1クリップの前記対向可能なジョーのうちの第1ジョーが、前記第1の開口を貫通して配置され、
前記第1の開口の内径が前記第1ジョーの外径よりもわずかに小さくなるように、前記第1の開口が、前記牽引バンドを前記第1ジョーに摩擦嵌合によって接続するためのサイズを有する、組織牽引装置。 - 前記第2の開口が、前記長手方向軸に沿って前記第1の開口に向かって延びている、請求項1に記載の組織牽引装置。
- 前記第2の開口が、前記牽引バンドの前記第1の端の外径よりも大きい直径を有する、請求項1または2に記載の組織牽引装置。
- 前記牽引バンドの前記第2の端が、配備時形態において、前記対向可能なジョーのうちの第2ジョーから離れる方向に延長可能である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の組織牽引装置。
- 前記第1の開口と前記第2の開口との間において前記牽引バンドに沿って第3の開口をさらに含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の組織牽引装置。
- 前記第2の開口を通って、少なくとも部分的に配置可能な第2クリップをさらに含む、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の組織牽引装置。
- 前記第1クリップの前記第1ジョーが、前記牽引バンドに隣接する前記第1ジョーから前記第1ジョーの長手方向軸に対して垂直に延びる壁をさらに含む、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の組織牽引装置。
