に粘度調節用の不活性シリカを混入し、更に僅かのタン
ニンと発錆抑制剤を混入攪はんして形成した粘土状の粘
着剤22を浸透させて浸透層23を形成すると共に、該
浸透層23の全表面に粘着層24を設けて形成したテー
プを裁断して形成した第1防食用テープ11.11で巻
着被覆し全面をなでつげて両被覆層12.12を形成し
、次に上部充填層9より輸送管2の下面に両端二叉切欠
部13゜13を設は前記第1防食用テープ11と同じ素
材のテープを裁断して形成した第2防食用テープ14で
被覆し、更に上部充填層9上を被覆すると突出被覆部1

ことによって半永久的に蒸発、もしくは硬化せず常に粘
性を保って防食層が半永久的に形成され、表面の腐食に
よる弊害を防止し、且つ発錆抑制剤を混入した為に赤錆

くしたのり状の防食用下塗剤4を塗着すると共に架台1
に固着したUボルト3の立設表面基部5及び輸送管2と
当接するUポルト30当接表面部6に前記防食用下塗剤
4よりも不活性ンシリカを多くして粘土性を強くした充
填防食材7を充填貼着して下部充填層8,8及び上部充
填層9を形成し、次に下部充填層8,8を含むUボルト
3の両露出面部10を第1防食用テープ11゜11で巻
着被覆し第5図の状態から第6図のよう1に全面をなで
つけて両被覆層12.12を形成し、次に上部充填層9
より輸送管2の下面に両端二叉切欠部13を設けた第2
防食用テープ14で被覆し、更に上部充填層9上を被覆
すると突出被覆部15を設けると共に輸送管2を巻着被
覆する巻着り部16.16を設けた1対の第3防食用テ
ープ17゜17で被覆し、更に輸送管2に巻着した第3
防食用テープ17,17の端部を第4防食用テープ18
゜18で巻締め第7図の状態から第8図のように全面を
なでつけたことによって取付けを確実とする・ものであ
り、架台1上への輸送管2の取付け、並びに輸送管2を
固定するUボルト3の防食被覆が確実となって防食効果
