8を貼着して両縁重接部9・9、中央表面重接部10を
形成し、次に内部隅角部3を中心として第4防食用テー
プ11を貼着し、中央裏面重接部12を形成することを

かのタンニンと発錆抑制剤を混入攪拌して形成し溜占土
状の粘着剤17を浸透させて浸透層18を形成すると共
に、該浸透層18の両端並びに表裏面に粘着層19を設
けて形成したものであり、実験によると、テープ布16
が約8係、ペトロラタムが約60%、不活性シリカが約
30俤、タンニン、発錆抑制剤が少々の容積比で配合し
たものが使用上好適であり、又のり状の下塗剤13はペ
トロラタムを多くし、硬化剤として使用する不活性シリ
カを少くして塗り易くするために粘性を薄くしたもので
