, 2, 2, 2 are connected to connecting pipes 3, 3, 3, 3, and a paste-like anticorrosion primer 4 containing more petrolatum and less inert silica is applied to the upper surface, and then a cross-shaped Filled anticorrosion 6, 6, 6.6 with more inert silica than the anticorrosion primer 4 to strengthen clay properties on the upper surface of the joint step portions 5.5, 5.5 between the connecting pipes. A tape cloth 13 is formed by sewing several threads 12 made of a strong synthetic fiber such as nylon in the longitudinal direction of the non-woven fabric tape 11 made of a strong synthetic fiber such as nylon. , and a clay-like adhesive 14 formed by mixing petrolatum as a main component, mixing inert silica for viscosity adjustment with the petrolatum, and further mixing and stirring a small amount of tannin and a rust inhibitor. A first coating layer 8 is formed by forming a permeable layer 15 and wrapping an anticorrosion tape 7 formed by providing an adhesive layer 16 on both ends and front and back surfaces of the permeable layer 150 around the cross-shaped connecting pipe 1. Next, the anti-corrosion tape 7 is applied to both sides of the cross-shaped connecting pipe 10 to form a second coating layer 9.
is then polymerized with a part of the second coating layer 9, and the anticorrosive tape 7 is wrapped around each connecting tube from the cross-shaped connecting tube while being strongly pulled to form a third coating layer 10, 10, 10. ,

A tape cloth 13 is formed by sewing several sewing threads 12 made of strong synthetic fibers such as nylon in the longitudinal direction of the tape 1.
In addition, a clay-like adhesive 1 is formed by containing petrolatum as a main component, mixing inert silica for viscosity adjustment with the petrolatum, and further mixing and stirring a small amount of tannin and a rust inhibitor.
4 is permeated to form a permeable layer 15, and an adhesive layer 16 is provided on both ends of the permeable layer 150 as well as on the front and back surfaces of the permeable layer 150. The adhesive layer 16 is made of petrolatum as a main component, so that it can be semi-permanently evaporated or It does not harden and always maintains viscosity to form a semi-permanent anti-corrosion layer, which prevents the harmful effects of surface corrosion.Additionally, since it contains a rust inhibitor, it changes red rust to black rust and suppresses the progression of rust. .

2. Connect the connecting pipes 3, 3, 3, 3 to 2, and add more petrolatum on the upper surface and less inert silica used as a hardening agent to make it easier to apply and have a thinner viscosity paste-like anticorrosion primer 4. was applied, and then more inert silica was applied than the anticorrosion primer 4 to the upper surface of the joint step/section 5, 5, 5.5 between the cruciform connecting pipe and the connecting pipe to strengthen the clay property. A first coating layer 8 is formed by coating the filled anti-corrosive material 6, 6, 6.6, and wrapping the anti-corrosion tape 7 around the cross-shaped connecting pipe 1, and then applying the anti-corrosion tape 7. The second coating layer 9 is formed by pasting a wide strip on both sides of the cruciform connecting tube 10, and then it is polymerized with a part of the second coating layer 9, and the anticorrosion tape 7 is applied from the cruciform connecting tube to each connecting tube. The third coating layer 10, 10, 10, 10 is formed by winding the 31st layer while strongly pulling.
By smoothing the entire surface from the state shown in the figure as shown in Figure 4, the corrosion protection method for the cruciform connecting pipe and the connecting pipe connected to the cruciform connecting pipe is ensured. This ensures reliable connection with the pipe and promotes corrosion protection.
