It is installed at a certain angle of inclination in the radial direction, and when it is constructed, one end of the filament, which is made by cutting a steel material to a predetermined size, is attached to one end (left side in this case) as shown in Figure 3.
The bending part 4 is bent at a prescribed angle α, and this bending part 4
Heading and bending the tip to form the head 5, the root of the head 6, and the contact part 7 in sequence, and on the other side (right side in this case), insert and screw the screw into the side of the rim 3 by wrapping and rolling. A portion 8 is formed, and a portion to the left of the bent portion 4 and excluding the threaded portion 8 is a linear shaft portion 9, which is finished in a straight line.

When inserting and screwing together with one pull (not shown), the tightening direction shown by the arrow matches the axis X-X of the linear shaft portion 9, as shown in Figures 4 to 6. 4, the bent portion 4 is displaced to the chain line position and receives tension, and in FIG. In FIG. 6, the bending angle at the bending portion 4 is the specified angle α.
When it is smaller, the filament shaft portion 9 is displaced and stretched to the position shown by the chain line.

During assembly, a tensile load is first applied to the bent portion 4 and then transmitted to the head 5, but stress is concentrated on the bent portion 4 and the base of the head 6 during the transmission. It is considered.

The purpose of this project is to provide a spoked wheel consisting of a single spoke that can perform the functions of two conventional spokes. The intermediate body is made of a flat material with threaded portions carved therein, and is characterized in that the intermediate body has a mounting hole for attachment to the hub.

Spoke holes C1 are formed in each of the projections 11 in H1, and nipples 13 are attached to the drops 12 of the rim R4, thereby making it possible to attach the spokes S1 according to the present invention.

Shaft portions 16, 16 each having a circular cross section are continuously and integrally formed on both sides of the central body portion 15, and at the respective ends of these shaft portions 16.16. Insert the threaded parts e1 and el to be carved into the nipple 13.
In addition to allowing screwing, the overall length is shorter than the inner diameter d of the rim R1, and the entire spoke is formed in a straight line, thereby eliminating the need for a bent portion at one end as in conventional spokes.

By shifting the apex position of contact with the hub H2 to one of the ends of the intermediate trunk 25 and avoiding mutual interference between the adjacent spokes S2 when assembled to the hub H2, the contact points from the rim R2 The first embodiment is characterized in that the load and collision transmitted to the spoke S2 are not inadvertently transmitted to other spokes in the vicinity, and that the contact points of the spokes that are in contact are not weakened due to mutual interference. Although the spoke S1 is different from the spoke S1, the other points have the same configuration, so a description thereof will be omitted.

(Refer to Publication No. 3), since it is assembled to the hub under the straight line in the central flat part, there is no risk of breakage as in the conventional case, so safe running can be expected, and the load will still be deviated to one side. It is also economical in terms of materials because it is sufficient to use a material with a lower rigidity than that required for conventional spokes in order to prevent this and to support the load evenly.

に広く供給できる。In addition, in Fig. 7, the spokes are assembled to the rim (this assembled state is shown by the two-dot chain line), then the hap is set inside the rim, and then the hap is rotated either clockwise or counterclockwise. Since the mounting holes of the hub can be easily aligned with the spoke holes of the spokes, the spokes can be easily assembled to the hub, and conversely, the spokes can be easily removed from the hub. Compared to spokes that hook onto the hub, they can be attached to the hub and rim much more easily and reliably.
In the example, the contact apex position of the intermediate torso against the hap is
Since the hub is deflected and bent toward either end of the hub, it is possible to avoid interference between adjacent spokes, and the load and impact transmitted from the rim to the hub via the spokes is balanced. In addition, since a single steel wire spoke can perform the two functions of a conventional spoke, it is possible to shorten the work process, and when manufacturing spokes, it is possible to flatten the center body and screw threads. It suffices to carve the parts, and in the second embodiment, it suffices to bend the central body part, which simplifies the work compared to conventional work, thus promoting shortening of the work process and processing time. Furthermore, since the center body is flat, it is easier to control the direction and angle when bending, which is more advantageous than the conventional method of processing steel wire spokes that span the entire length and have a moon-shaped cross section. Compared to conventional wheels with hook-type spokes, the appearance evokes a sense of superior beauty in the viewer, and the appearance is completely different from conventional spoked wheels.
In addition, Sepork wheels, which are safer than conventional wheels, can be widely supplied to users.

(shown by the two-dot chain line), as shown in Fig. 7, it is assembled under the phase shift of only the solid line and the two-dot chain line, so it is suitable for assembling the spoke to the hub and the rim. The load and impact transmitted from the rim to the hub via the spokes are maintained in a balanced state over the entire wheel, and other effects are the same as those of the above-mentioned type, so a description thereof will be omitted.
