DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In the present invention, vinyl acetate adhesive is exclusively used to securely and firmly attach the face material to the flush door core material by utilizing the characteristic of wood boards that curve when heated. Its special features include the ability to easily wipe off adhesive that protrudes from the surface of the adhesive, the fact that it exhibits a transparent color when dry and hardened, so there is no risk of reducing product value, and the ability to exhibit strong adhesive strength, especially when bonding wood. It is for the purpose of having.

On the other hand, vinyl acetate adhesives have thermoplastic properties, which weakens their adhesive strength at high temperatures. The face material was preheated by heating it from both sides, and the face material and the flush door core material were hot pressed and bonded.

In other words, when a thin surface material is heated from both the front and back sides, the surface material exhibits unexpected curvature in the cross-sectional direction due to various factors such as uneven heating and uneven moisture content distribution.

(Refer to Figures 1 and 2 (1) and (2) of the drawings) This causes meandering or twisting in the longitudinal direction, making it extremely difficult to adhere accurately to the core material and causing misalignment. There are drawbacks.

In addition, if the facing material is set against the core material as shown in Figure 3 of the drawings, and floating occurs at both ends, if the facing material is pressed against the core material in this state, it will temporarily fail while the pressing force continues. It looks like it is glued, but as mentioned above, the adhesive becomes thermoplastic and the adhesive strength weakens during hot pressing.
There was a fatal defect in that both sides peeled off when the pressure was released, causing a complete loss of commercial value.

The present invention rationally solves the above-mentioned drawbacks by heating the panel material from one side and curving the heated surface side in a concave shape in the cross-sectional direction, and aligning this concave surface with the flush door core material on both sides. While the edges are completely adhered, the facing material is dried by heating to absorb and remove moisture contained in the adhesive, and the facing material is press-bonded in cold or room temperature to absorb the heat of the adhesive. Since this is done regardless of its plasticity, the adhesive dries and hardens quickly, and does not cause defects such as peeling of both ends of the face material from the face material.

Next, to explain an example of implementing the present invention, the thickness of the face material is 5 to 10 m.

In this case, it is preferable to press the heating plate against the face material and heat it by conduction heat while preventing warping or twisting.

(See Figure 4 (1) of the drawings) Next, when the pressure on the heating platen is released, the face material will be curved in the cross-sectional direction with the heating side concave (see Figure 4 (2)). Figure 5 (1)

In this state, if the face material is pressed against the core material using a cold or room-temperature pressure plate, the moisture in the adhesive (vinyl acetate emulsion) appropriately applied to the surface of the core material will be vaporized by the heat accumulation in the face material, and the surface material will be It is absorbed into the dry parts of the material and quickly dries and hardens, strengthening the adhesive strength.

この抑圧時間は30〜50秒間の範囲で持続される。This suppression time lasts in the range of 30 to 50 seconds.

After some time has passed, the facing material is reliably bonded to the core material, but even if slight heat remains on the facing material, the sides of the facing material, which dry and harden quickly, will not separate from the core material, so it is defective. There is no risk of product formation.

Incidentally, if the vinyl acetate emulsion adhesive is applied in an amount of 15 g to 20 g per 1000 cm 2 of the core material area, a strong bonding force will be obtained and there will be less waste caused by protruding from both edges of the face material.
