れたままにされて柵としての役割を果たさなくなったり
するという種々の問題があって、従来の車両侵入防止禍
はそのいずれも満足できるものではなかった。

きるようにすることにより、非常時にも対応でき、かつ
柵の持ち逃げ等を防ぐことができるとともに、強度的に
も優れた回転格納式車両侵入防止柵を提供するものであ
る。
