In this case, a drafting pen having a structure as shown in FIG. 1, for example, is used by attaching it to the head of the drafting machine, in place of the conventional pen for ink drafting. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a pen tip, which is shaped like a pipe and has a diameter corresponding to the thickness of the required line. Reference numeral 2 denotes a pen nib support body, which has a threaded part 2a for screwing the holder 5 described later on its outer surface and an air passage 2b extending in a spiral manner along the threaded part surface, and has an air passage 2b inside. It consists of a cylindrical part having a cavity 2c communicating with one end 2b', and a pen tip holding part having an umbrella-shaped hole 2d inside thereof communicating with the cavity 2c and the held pen tip 1.

However, with this pen, when an attempt is made to speed up drafting by increasing the pen's running speed, the ink delivery cannot keep up with the pen's running speed. This puts restrictions on the running speed, and the maximum speed varies depending on the type of paper and ink, but is generally about 15 m/min for a 0.3φ pen tip. Furthermore, if the pen tip is made thinner to draw even thinner lines, the flow of ink will be poor and lines will become blurred or broken, making it currently impossible to draw lines with a line width of 0.1φ or less. It is. The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and is provided with a means for vibrating the needle body in the axial direction to promote the outflow of ink, thereby making it possible to speed up drafting and draw with thin lines. .

In this drafting pen, an ultrasonic oscillator 12 is attached to the lead wire 10a.
When connected, the magnetostrictive falling weight 3 vibrates in the pen axis direction, and the needle body 4 directly connected thereto also vibrates in the pen nib 1 in the pen axis direction.

As a result, the boundary layer between the ink and the wall surface of the ink flow path is destroyed, and the frictional resistance against the ink in the small gap between the needle bodies 4 provided inside the pen tip is reduced, promoting the flow of the ink. Therefore, if the vibration force is adjusted appropriately according to the running speed of the automatic drafting machine zero-ringing pen, the ink will flow down in accordance with the running speed of the pen, and even if the pen runs at high speed, the ink will not come out. 9, the lines become blurred due to poor quality, and 4, the ink comes out excessively, so the lines never become smudged. In addition, good drawings can be made even with a thin pen tip.
Although the present invention has been described above with reference to one embodiment, the vibration supply means for the needle body 4 may also be configured as shown in the embodiment diagrams below. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 (the same reference numerals as in FIG. 2 indicate the same parts), the vibration supply means includes a falling weight 3 made of a magnetic material, an excitation winding 10, a spring body 13 for return, and an excitation winding. line 1
The configuration includes an excitation power source 12 that supplies an intermittent current with a fast cycle to zero. In this case, by winding the excitation winding 10 upwardly, the falling weight 3 made of magnetic material is attracted upward, and when the excitation is released, the falling weight 3 is inserted into the lower end of the stopper 6. The repulsive force of the spring body 13 quickly returns the needle body 4 to the pen tip 1.

) is an example in which the vibration supply means includes a needle body 4 made of a magnetic material, a regulation plate 4a that prevents the needle body 4 from coming off from the pen tip 1, and a regulation plate 4.
It is composed of a return spring body 13 provided between a and the stopper 6, an excitation winding 10, an excitation power source 12, etc., and by exciting the excitation winding 10 with a fast cycle intermittent current from the excitation power source 12. , suction and return of the needle body 4 are repeated to vibrate the needle body 4 in the direction of the pen axis. In addition, in the example shown in FIG. 5 (the same reference numerals as in FIG. 2 indicate the same parts), the needle body 4 is made of magnetostrictive material, this is connected to the excitation winding 10 and the ultrasonic oscillator 12, and the regulating plate 4a is used. The pen tip 1 vibrates in the direction of the pen axis while preventing the pen from coming off the nib 1. As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, the delivery of ink can be reliably promoted, so the traveling speed of the drafting pen can be improved, and the great advantage that it is possible to draw lines with a thin line width is obtained. It is something that can be done,
The practical effects are significant.
