することは極めてむつかしいことであった。[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a method for efficiently demolding and separating a hydraulic plastic material that has been cast and hardened in a mold. Efficiently removes and separates molds without damage, from formwork that has not developed any strength and has a delicate uneven pattern or a sharp uneven pattern with a nearly vertical angle. This was extremely difficult.

We proposed a method to continuously remove the formwork at the bottom while continuously suctioning and transporting the mold in a state that is

Furthermore, there is a drawback that the decorative surface is often scratched or damaged by operations such as inversion for drying with the decorative surface facing up.

The molding material is turned over at the same time, and the lower surface of the plastic material is fixed by suction force, and then the mold is gradually pulled upward while being bent into a concave shape from both ends.

It is described in detail in the above publication, and in the case of the present invention, a similar adsorption/inversion machine can be used for inversion.

This can be achieved by placing it directly or, although not shown, by conveying it to the upper part of the suction box 3 using a porous endless belt that runs in contact with the top surface of the suction box 3.

Since it is gradually pulled upward and peeled off, it can be removed even in places where the cast-hardened plastic material adheres like an anchor along the uneven surface of the formwork.
It is extremely superior in that it can be removed from the mold without applying excessive force and does not cause chipping at the location.
