成物を脱臭剤として利用し、且処理すべき悪臭ガス量及
び臭気濃度に応じてユニット段数を増減して効率的に悪
臭ガスを脱臭処理するようになした脱臭方法及びその装

たることを要旨とする第一の発明と、所要の大きさを有
し、天地が開□したる箱形の脱臭槽の内部を脱臭剤を充
填収納する脱臭剤収納室とし、下部に開閉自在なる棚板
を具備せしめ、これを〜ユニットとし、処理すべき悪臭
ガス量及び臭気濃度に応じて増減可能に複数段に車積し
て一体とし、最上段ユニットに脱臭剤投入口を具備した
蓋を長下段ユニット下部に排出手段を具備した排出ホッ
パ−を夫々設け、さらに最上段ュニッ・トに脱臭後のガ
スを糟外へ放出する排気口を最下段ユニットの一部に悪
臭ガスを供V給する送気管に設けて成ることを要旨とす
る第二の発明とより成り、これによって上述の目的を達

ユニット下部には排出ホッパー8を設けると共にこの排
出ホッパー内底部にスクリューコンベヤ等の排出装置9
を具備せしめ、且最下段ユニットの脱臭糟の−部には下
水処理場等より発生する悪臭ガスを直接又はこれを水洗
した後のガスを供給するための送気管IQを設ける。尚
この送気管は上段側のユニットにも突設し、通常最下段
ユニットとして使用しない時は閉塞せしめておくものと
する8而して下水処理場等より発生する汚泥等を好気性
発酵処理にて得られた発酵生成物を脱臭剤として利用す
るため、投入コンベヤ6を駆動して最上段ユニットAの
脱臭槽亀内へ投入すると該脱臭剤は各段ユニット内底部
の棚板を閉口せしめておくと各段ユニットの糟内を落下
して最下段のユニット及び排出ホッパーより刀頃次上段

次に脱臭処理後のガスを最上段ユニットの排気口又は管
7を経て大気中へ排出せしめト所望の脱臭処理を行うも
のである。このようにして脱臭処理を行ない発酵生成物
が脱臭剤としての所望の効果が得られなくなると即ち脱
臭効率が低下するとスクリューコンベヤ9を駆動して排
出ホッパー内を、次に最下段ユニットの棚板を開いて該
ユニット内を、さらに上段側ユニットの棚板を開いて脱
臭剤を順次排出し「新しい脱臭剤を再び投入コンベヤよ
