That is, the present invention carries out heavy killing of deodorizing tank units in multiple stages according to the amount of malodorous gas to be treated and the odor concentration, and individually inputs the deodorizing agent into each unit and converts the discharge, and also fills each unit. Use the same or different deodorizer depending on the malodorous gas to be treated, and send air so that the malodorous gas moves from the lower side of the unit to the upper side, and the deodorant absorbs and decomposes the malodorous components. The first invention is characterized in that a deodorizing treatment is carried out, and a box-shaped deodorizing tank having a required size and opening at the top and bottom is provided with a deodorizing agent inlet at one edge of the upper part and a deodorizing agent inlet at the lower part. A dispensing port is formed in the other green end, and a shelf plate is provided that is slanted back and has ventilation so that the deodorizer fed from the input port will fall under its own weight, and this is processed as a unit. Multiple stages are combined according to the amount and concentration of malodorous gas, and the top unit is equipped with an input hopper, a lid, and an exhaust port, and the bottom of the bottom unit is equipped with an air supply pipe and a discharge chute for malodorous gas, and each stage is equipped with an input hopper, a lid, and an exhaust port. This invention consists of a second invention, which is characterized in that the opening and dispensing port are provided with shutters that can be opened and closed so that the deodorizing agent can be input and discharged individually in each stage unit.Next. A detailed explanation of the present invention will be given based on the illustrated embodiment. In the figure, A, B, and C are deodorizing tank units, respectively, and in the illustrated one, there are three stages, but the gas body to be deodorized is The number of stages is changed as appropriate depending on the amount of storm, deodorizing concentration, type, degree of deodorizing treatment, etc.

The deodorizing tanks of each unit are all of the same shape. This deodorizing tank has the required size, that is, the internal volume, and is box-shaped. On one end side, a slit-shaped entrance is formed between the upper edge of the shelf board and the outer wall of the tower as a deodorizer inlet 3, and a slit-shaped entrance is formed between the lower edge of the shelf board and the inner surface of the outer wall of the tower, similar to the inlet. A dispensing port 4. This dispensing port and the above-mentioned inlet port 3 are provided with shutters 5 and 6, respectively, so that they can be formed along the inner surface of the outer plate of the rice cake. When the shutters 5 and 6 are in a vertical or nearly vertical state, the dispensing The spout 3 and the dispensing port 4 are formed vertically along the inner surface of the slope on the outside of the cage, and when the shutter swings and tilts obliquely, the dispensing port and the dispensing port are obliquely obstructed. Shutters 5 and S are provided in the deodorizing tank body so as to be able to swing freely. The opening and closing operations of these shutters 5 and 6 shall be performed manually or automatically from outside the tank body. The slanted shelves have ventilation that allows the gas to be deodorized to circulate sufficiently, and the angle of inclination allows the deodorizer supplied onto the shelves to fall down the slope due to its own weight. The deodorizing tank body formed in this way is made into a unit.
Depending on the amount of malodorous gas to be treated, the concentration of malodor, or the degree of deodorization, multiple units are loosely put together and placed above and below to be used as one unit.In this case, the dispensing port side of the top unit The shutter 6 and the shutter 5 on the inlet side of the bottom unit are unnecessary and may be omitted as shown in the figure. In addition, the top unit is closed with a lid 7 and the deodorizing tank body is closed. At the same time, an input hopper 8 is provided in the upper layer of the input port to easily and reliably supply the deodorizer, and an upper chamber inside the oak main body partitioned by a shelf board is emptied, and inside this inner chamber. An exhaust port or exhaust pipe is provided to discharge the deodorized gas guided out of the tank, and a discharge chute 9 is provided below the dispensing port of the lowest unit. A certain discharge conveyor carries out the deodorizer that is discharged after deodorization processing.

Shutters 5 and 6 are used to introduce foul-smelling gases generated in sewage treatment plants, etc. directly or after washing with purified water, etc., through the air pipe, 0, into the lower space chamber partitioned by the shelves of the lowest unit. When the deodorizer is opened and closed, it passes through the deodorizer filled on the shelf slope of each stage unit. At this time, it is decomposed and deodorized by the adsorption of malodorous components or the action of microorganisms, and is led to the uppermost empty chamber and discharged to the outside of the chamber through an exhaust port or exhaust pipe.

When the deodorizing efficiency of the deodorizing agent decreases by successively deodorizing the foul-smelling gas, the shutter 6 on the dispensing port side is opened from the lower side one by one while driving the discharge conveyor to discharge the deodorizing agent in the pot. Close the shutter 6 and open the shutter 6 to fill new deodorizer into each tier unit for reuse. In addition, the deodorizer for each tier unit can be reused by opening and closing the shutters on both the upper and lower edges of the shelf board. Because it is freely installed, by individually operating the shutters on the input and output sides of each stage, each stage unit can be immersed and immersed independently.
It is possible to replace the gas by discharging it, and it is also possible to fill each unit with different deodorizers, zeolites, and other chemicals using the same input hopper, which limits the types of malodorous gases that need to be deodorized. It has the advantage that it can be used over a wide range of areas. The deodorizing agents to be filled in each of the above units include activated carbon, zeolite, other chemicals, organic substances produced in large quantities at low cost, or fermentation products obtained by fermenting raw materials containing large amounts of organic substances in an aerobic atmosphere. They are used in combination.

According to the present invention, an inlet for the deodorizer is provided in the upper part, an outlet is provided in the lower part, and the deodorizer is sloped so that the deodorizer comes into contact with the malodorous gas and deodorizes it by gravity. It is divided into multiple levels with vertical shelves, which are made into a unit, and multiple levels are thick and thin, and each level has a shutter that can be opened and closed on the side where the deodorizer drops, making it possible to deodorize foul-smelling gases at a low cost. At the same time, the deodorizer can be replaced easily and quickly, and the device can be designed and assembled as desired depending on the amount of gas to be processed. Also, when odors such as sewage odor contain acidic, alkaline, or neutral odors, each odor component can be easily and quickly replaced. Each unit is filled with a deodorizing agent suitable for removing odors, which has the advantage of making it possible to deodorize efficiently and reliably. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The drawing shows an embodiment of the deodorizing method and device of the present invention, and is a partially cutaway external view.
