The purpose is to solve the problem. Conventionally, in liquid vaporizers that use thermal energy, liquids are directly vaporized by contact with the liquid vaporizer. Impurities such as metals adhered and adhered, resulting in the so-called "scale adhesion phenomenon."

Furthermore, if the surface of the liquid vaporizer is visible directly or indirectly from the outside, the user will be left with a great deal of discomfort due to the appearance of dirty accretions. In particular, health maintenance devices such as humidifiers and other medical devices that have been used for a long period of time may not only be uncomfortable but also have to be cleaned before and after use due to the large amount of adhesion. , giving an unnecessary sense of anxiety, and
Items that are directly visible from the outside cause discomfort and anxiety during use, which is detrimental to health maintenance and treatment. In contrast, in the present invention, a foil film such as aluminum foil is removably provided in the liquid indirect heating section of the liquid vaporizer, so that liquid such as water does not come into direct contact with the liquid vaporizer.

とした。The heat from the heating element provided in the liquid vaporizer acts on the liquid such as water through the foil film such as the aluminum foil.
That is, the liquid vaporizer and the liquid such as water come into contact indirectly through the foil film such as the aluminum foil. Therefore,
Thermal vaporization function remains fundamentally unchanged. On the other hand, the so-called "scale adhesion phenomenon" does not occur on the liquid vaporization surface but on the outer surface of the foil membrane. And, since this foil film is removable, it is called "
When a certain amount of "scaly water" has been deposited, remove it from the liquid vaporizer and apply a new foil film there. Although the method and device of the present invention are extremely simple as described above, conventional methods have not been focused on such simple matters, and therefore, there have been no large-scale and costly removal methods such as dissolution using chemical solutions. We tried to solve the problem by uneconomical means such as redundant and excessive design that took into account the deterioration in efficiency of disposable equipment from the beginning, taking into account the shortened lifespan of the equipment due to so-called "scalding".

Even though there are a huge number of engineers involved in all types of thermal liquid vaporization devices, no one had thought of this, and this was an invention that was fundamentally different from previous inventions and ideas. . Therefore, as a "basic invention", its scope of application. The technical scope is vast. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the method for preventing melt adhesion in a heat generating liquid vaporizer and the device of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

It is brought into contact with the outer surface 4' of the foil membrane. That is, liquid 6
' does not directly contact the indirect heating section 3, but the thermal energy from the liquid vaporizer heats and vaporizes the liquid 6' through the foil membrane 4. At this time, the various substances dissolved in the liquid 6 adhere to the outer surface 4' of the foil membrane, and as time and number of times pass, they adhere and form a thick layer.

In this embodiment, the heat-generating liquid vaporizing device 1 is described as a humidifier, but it is not limited to a humidifier, and may be used with a steam iron, steam hair curler, or any other device that vaporizes liquid using energy from a heating element. anything is fine.

。Further, the liquid 6 is not limited to water, but may be any chemical or other liquid that contains impurities and causes the so-called "scaling phenomenon." Further, the heating element 2' constituting the liquid vaporizer may be of any type that generates heat, such as electronic, electric, gas, or petroleum type. The foil film 4 is not limited to aluminum foil, but may be other metal foil or even synthetic resin as long as it is heat resistant, and its thickness is not limited, so it is best to match it to the material to be used. In particular, it goes without saying that it's even better if it's something you hate because it has so-called "scald" on it. Moreover, the liquid supply device 5
This is not limited to the capillary action caused by Uig, but may also be emitted directly onto the outer surface 4' of the foil film from a nozzle or the like, or
The liquid may be dropped onto the outer surface 4' of the lower foil membrane from an upper nozzle or the like, and the liquid supply device 5 and the indirect liquid heating section 3 may or may not be integrally formed. As configured as described above, the method and device for preventing melt adhesion in a heat-generating liquid vaporizer according to the present invention prevent various harms caused by the so-called "scale adhesion phenomenon" and are excellent both economically and mentally. It became something.
