Due to its nature, this type of album needs to be provided at a low price, and the mount is generally made of high-quality paper with a weight of 50 to 100 square meters per square meter, and the transparent plastic film is made of heat-sealable vinyl chloride, polypropylene, etc. A film of 0.02 to 0.05 mm thick, such as polyethylene, is used, and the two are overlapped and the heat sealing method is used to melt the plastic film and let it flow between the fibers on the surface of the paper. We are using a method of adhesion. However, when bonding a plastic film and paper by heat, if both have heat-adhesive properties, in other words, a plastic film with heat-adhesive properties and fibers with heat-bond properties may be blended in advance to form the paper, or a plastic film with heat-adhesive properties may be blended with fibers that have heat-bond properties. In the case of paper whose surface has been treated with a certain resin, the time and pressure for heating and pressurizing are small, and the shape of the heat seal bar used for adhesion does not require a special shape, making it easy to adhere. Defects such as pinholes and tears are rare, but when using commonly used high-quality paper that has not undergone these treatments, it is best to use a heat seal bar with vertical or horizontal parallel grooves, or both. Silk dots are used, and the film is partially molten and pushed between the fibers on the surface of the paper to adhere it. In this case, unlike the case of thermo-adhesive plastic film and thermo-adhesive processed paper, where the molecules diffuse into each other and bond together, this is a physical bond, so they are bonded under heat and pressure using a heat seal bar. In some areas, the thickness of the film as a single layer becomes thinner, so phenomena such as so-called scale breakage occur, and tearing and pinholes are likely to occur, making it easy to tear when inserting a photo, and linear or silk dot-like dents occur, resulting in an unsightly appearance. It also had drawbacks such as: For this reason, it was necessary to maintain the temperature of the heat seal bar at an appropriate temperature depending on the properties of the film used. In other words, cast polypropylene film has a temperature control limit of 5 to 15,000
Burnout may occur even if the temperature rises by 6℃, or vice versa.
If the temperature was too low, peeling could occur due to poor adhesion. The present invention was made to solve these drawbacks, and uses a plastic film that has heat sealability and high-quality paper that does not have heat sealability, and can be manufactured easily and at high speed without causing tearing or poor adhesion. It made it possible to do so.

An embodiment of the method for manufacturing an album mount according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a support base on which a plastic film and paper are superimposed and supported, and are heated and pressed by a heat seal bar 2. In order to facilitate heat sealing, a silicone rubber plate 3 with a smooth surface is used to prevent the plastic film from adhering to the rubber plate. In order to prevent this, a polytetrafluoroethylene sheet 4 is attached.

The required number of heat seal bars 2, 2', 2'', ... are perpendicular to the flow direction of the plastic film and paper, and the required number of bars are parallel to each other. It is attached to the plate 5, moves up and down perpendicularly to the support base 1, and has the function of heat-pressing the plastic film and paper. The rolls 6 and 7 sandwich the plastic film and paper and stop during heat sealing.
The heat-sealing bars 2, 2', 2'', . It operates to cut at the center line of the heat-sealed part, in this example, the center line of the heat-sealed part of the heat-seal bar 2 and the two rivers. In other words, the plastic film 9 is in contact with the support surface, and the paper is placed on top of it. They are stacked and placed in contact with a heat-sealing bar, and manufactured by moving between them. The paper is high-quality paper and weighs 90 yen per square foot, and the plastic film is cast polypropylene film with a thickness of 0.025 mm. When using , the temperature of the heat seal bar is 200
It was possible to produce at a pressure of about 10 k9/hour and a speed of 22 o~230 qo/min.

Compared to the conventional method, the temperature control of the heat seal bar is easier to manage.
The temperature at 45°C and 5°C was 2150 ± 15oo, which was a high temperature, but the temperature range was wider and a less accurate and cheaper temperature controller could be used, and the paper fibers were heated from the paper side using a heat seal bar. Since the paper fibers are pressed into the plastic film and bonded by melting, there are no so-called "breaks" or pinholes in the plastic film, and defects can occur in the early stages of operation or when the paper and plastic film should be replaced. The yield increased from 90% to 98% because it was only a matter of time.

In addition, conventionally, a sheet of polytetrafluoroethylene was pasted on the heat seal bar to prevent the plastic film from fusing, but this is not necessary and it has the advantage of extending its lifespan as it is placed on a support stand. The product also has a good appearance because there is no denting caused by the heat seal bar on the plastic film surface, and the two-bag stretched polyp plastic film could not be used in the past. For pyrene and polyester films,
It has features such as the ability to use composite films with these materials that have been given heat-sealing properties.
