DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for producing a so-called pictorial record disc in which a printed paper sheet such as a photograph or a printed matter is encapsulated in a transparent or translucent thermoplastic resin sheet. The present invention relates to a method for producing a good illustrated record disc without causing cracks during molding, and without causing wear and encapsulation molding of these discs.

That is, a first thermoplastic resin sheet 4 having a center 273 at the center 2 of the lower mold 1 of a record press mold, and a first printed paper sheet 6 having a center 5 having a photograph or calligraphy printed thereon. Insert sequentially. Similarly, a second thermoplastic resin sheet 1 having a center 819 on the central axis 8 of the upper mold 7 of the press mold
0 and a second photographic or printed paper hollywood 12 having a center hole 11 is inserted in sequence. Next, a thermoplastic resin core material 13, which will become the core material of the record, is inserted between the lower mold 1 and the upper mold 7,
This is to heat and cool both plastics while brewing the upper gold plate 7 in the direction of arrow A. However, in the above method, in particular, the second photographic or printing paper sheet 12 and the second thermoplastic resin sheet 10 inserted into the upper mold 7 are damaged due to vibrations when the upper mold 7 is closed or moved. Since there is a greater risk of falling, these center holes 11 and 9 need to be made slightly smaller than the center axis 8 with high precision.

In this way, the center 811 falls from the center axis 8 and is one height above the other.
1 and 9 are made a little smaller, especially when inserting a photo or printed paper sheet 12 into the center shaft, a crack will occur around the center hole 11, and the press mold will be inserted with this crack still in place. When closed, heated, and pressed, this crack causes even larger cracks after press molding, resulting in the production of defective illustrated records. In addition, if the photographic printing paper sheet 12 is press-formed while it is still falling when the upper mold 7 is closed, the center of the picture on the surface of the code board is worn out, and the picture has a bad appearance. Records will be manufactured. The present invention eliminates these drawbacks, and one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings from FIG. 3 onwards.

The thermoplastic resin sheet has an average degree of polymerization (P=800-100
Use an extruder with a T die to extrude the vinyl chloride resin from 0) into a film with a thickness of 0.1 to 0.3 skin/skin, and then cut it into a circular shape with a diameter of 300 to 320 skin/skin. do. In addition, the preheated and gelled core material made of thermoplastic resin is PVC-Vicopolymer resin (SC made by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.).
-400 or SC-500) 1 part to 2 parts of organic tin mercapto stabilizer, 0.2 parts of calcium stearate
Mix and heat the mixture to form a gelatinous paste to form a kite with a diameter of 80 to 100 mm, a thickness of 10 mm to 15 mm, and a center hole with a diameter of about 10 mm.
The / skin is made into a cylindrical biscuit-like material and used as a member for the core village. For example, 0.1-thick art paper was used for photo/print paper bags. The center hole of the thermoplastic resin sheet may have a diameter of 7.3 to 8.0 m/cm, and the diameter of the center 81 of the printed paper sheet, etc., may be approximately 7.4 m/cm.
It should be slightly larger than the Q hole. As mentioned above, according to the method of the present invention, the thermoplastic resin sheet, the photographic or printed paper sheet, and the core material are all inserted into the center axis of the lower mold of the press mold. There is no need to make the center hole of the sheet or printing paper industry smaller than the center hole of the lower mold, and it can be made almost flush with the center axis, so no cracks will occur when inserting these into the center axis.
