Traditionally, the demolition and removal work when repairing the lattice bricks and bulkheads inside a hot-air stove involves first cooling the inside of the furnace over a long period of time, then having workers enter the furnace through a manhole at the top of the hot-air stove and dismantling it manually. It was on.

In other words, the lattice bricks and partition walls were sequentially removed from the upper layer, and the dismantled bricks were dropped and discharged into the upright cylinder of the furnace combustion chamber or into a vertical chute that had been installed upright on the outer wall of the furnace. However, in the conventional dismantling method described above, there is a cooling period, and harmful dust is scattered and suspended in the sealed furnace, which is not sanitary.Furthermore, the footing inside the furnace is poor, and many workers have to work for long hours. It had a number of drawbacks, including the fact that it was extremely dangerous to work with.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a method for dismantling the lattice bricks and bulkheads inside a hot blast furnace, which requires an extremely short repair period, is easy to work with, allows reuse of the iron shell, and is safe. The purpose is to realize the removal method.

Note that the opening 3 is located above the receiving plate 4 and on the opposite side to the partition wall 5. Alternatively, as shown in phantom lines in FIG. 4, it may be provided in the vicinity 3' of the partition wall 5. In other words, it is preferable to provide the opening 3 at a location where the opening 3 can be affected by the partition wall 5, so that when the bricks explode and fall, the brick fragments automatically move toward the discharge opening due to the effect of the partition wall. Next, from the furnace bottom 6 to the ventilation hole 8 of the lower lattice brick 7, and further from the manhole 9 in the upper part of the furnace to the upper lattice brick 1? Explosives 11 are loaded into predetermined locations in each of the ventilation holes 8 (
(See Figures 1, 2, and 3). The explosives can be loaded into the upper lattice bricks 10 by hanging them from above into the ventilation holes 8 with strings, and into the lower lattice bricks 7 by hanging them from below with a loading rod or the like. You can load it from there. Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, a loading hole 1 is provided at the bottom of the partition wall 5.
A large number of holes 2... are drilled and explosives 1 ``... are loaded. When the above preparations are completed, the loaded explosives 11 and 1'' are detonated.

Then, the lattice bricks, which have a large number of ventilation holes 8 and have a porosity of about 70% in the horizontal section, will be crushed, and the front ventilation holes 8 will be crushed.
A part of it disappears, and a large cavity is formed in its place at the explosion site. At the same time, the first crushed lower lattice brick 7 portion is also affected by the partition wall 5 due to the explosive force, and is automatically directly discharged from the furnace through the opening 3 provided at the opposing position of the partition wall 5. Ru. At the same time, the partition wall 5 also begins to collapse, but since the partition wall 5 is constructed so that one side is in contact with the lattice bricks and leans against them, the lattice bricks collapse and fall, causing the partition wall 5 to lose its support and cause the lattice bricks to collapse. Due to the shock of the collapse, it collapses in the direction of arrow 13 in Figures 1 and 4, that is, in the direction of the inner center. Furthermore, an avalanche phenomenon occurs in which the upper lattice blocks fall and fill the cavities created in various exploded parts of the lattice bricks. Then, the lattice bricks fall naturally and repeatedly collide with each other to be further broken down into small pieces, and as mentioned above, most of these small brick pieces are automatically flowed out of the furnace through the opening 3 as shown in Figure 4. be. At this time, adjust the amount of explosives so as not to destroy the iron skin 2.

The iron skin 2 also has the function of preventing fragments and dust from scattering due to an explosion. Although the present invention has been explained above using an example of an internal combustion type hot air stove, an external combustion type hot air stove does not have a partition wall.

Therefore, in this case, the openings 3 for discharging lattice bricks are 1 to 2.
The purpose of the present invention can be fully achieved by drilling the lattice bricks by force and blasting the lattice bricks in the same manner as in the case of the internal combustion hot-blast stove except for the partition walls, and the invention falling within the scope of the present invention can be achieved. As is clear from the detailed description, according to the present invention, the following remarkable effects can be achieved.

Since this method only crushes the inner lattice bricks and partition walls, it is possible to reuse the steel shell around the outer periphery of the furnace, which would otherwise be damaged, and is therefore economical. In addition, the lattice bricks and bulkheads inside the furnace are blasted and most of them are discharged through the opening at the bottom of the furnace by natural flow, so they can be easily dismantled and removed, and this work can be done instantly. This will significantly shorten the repair work period. Moreover, since work inside the reactor, which has a poor work environment, is almost unnecessary, safety and health problems are also solved. Furthermore, since the iron shell functions to prevent the explosive force from spreading to the outside, it is possible to prevent fragments and dust from scattering outside, making it safe and sanitary.
