DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention involves coloring the surface of a flat sheet-shaped copper foil 1 through chemical treatments such as sulfurization and oxidation, then applying a scratch pattern 3 to the colored surface 2, and further applying a transparent coating to the outer surface. A protective layer 4 is applied to form a thin sheet 5, and then this thin sheet 5 is pasted on the outer periphery of a plastic pipe 6, and the joints between edges parallel to the longitudinal direction of the thin sheet 5 are formed. Conventionally, when manufacturing metal rain gutters based on plastic, copper plating was applied to the outer periphery of the plastic pipe, and then coloring, hairline (scratch pattern), painting, etc. were sequentially applied to the outer periphery. The plating process for plastic is complicated, and the outer periphery of the pipe must be colored, scratched, painted, etc., so it requires a larger space compared to processing flat plates, and it also requires processing of curved surfaces. Therefore, it had the disadvantage that it was very difficult to process.

A copper foil 1 in the form of a flat sheet is prepared. When it is thin, it may have a removable protective sheet on the back side. The surface of this copper foil 1 is subjected to chemical treatments such as sulfurization and oxidation to create a copper foil 1.
The surface itself is colored black or green. Then, after drying,
A part of the colored surface 2 is removed in fine lines by brushing or the like to expose the copper base, and a hairline scratch pattern 3 is applied as shown in Figure 2. A rust agent treatment is applied, and a clear coating such as urethane resin or acrylic resin is applied to the outer surface to cover the transparent protective layer 4 as shown in FIG. 3 to form a thin sheet.
Thereafter, this thin sheet 5 is attached to the outer periphery of a hard polyvinyl chloride or other plastic pipe 6, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, with the transparent protective layer 4 exposed on the outside. This pasting can be done by applying an appropriate adhesive such as epoxy resin to the back side of the thin sheet 5 and wrapping it around the outer circumference of the plastic pipe 6, parallel to the longitudinal direction of the thin sheet 5. The edges are joined to each other by a seam joint, and the seam joint is formed in a straight line from top to bottom, similar to a normal metal downpipe. In the present invention, as mentioned above, in manufacturing oxidized metal-like rain gutters mainly made of plastic pipes, the copper foil is colored in advance through chemical treatments such as sulfurization and oxidation, and then the coloring is performed. A scratch pattern is applied to the surface, and a transparent protective layer is applied to the outer surface to form a thin layer sheet, and this thin layer sheet is then attached to the outer periphery of the plastic vibrator, which is the most complicated method to date. It eliminates the need for plating the plastic vibrator, which previously required a long process, and has the advantage that copper surface treatment can be applied to the outer periphery of the plastic vibrator simply by pasting a thin layer sheet based on copper foil. The formation of the scratch pattern and the transparent protective layer can also be easily performed as a flat surface treatment, rather than the conventional curved surface treatment, and the space required for each treatment is small, and the entire process is simplified. It has the advantage of being able to obtain a metal rain gutter with a luxurious oxidized copper-like finish at a low cost, and it also has the advantage of attaching a thin sheet to the outer circumference of the plastic vibrator and attaching it parallel to the longitudinal direction of the thin sheet. Since the joints between the edges are joined by a seam process, the joints are firmly joined by the seam process, and there is a gap due to expansion and contraction due to heat, which exposes the plastic vibrator on the surface and deteriorates the appearance. Moreover, the seam joints have the same appearance as ordinary copper rain gutter joints, and the advantage is that even though the interior is made of plastic, it still has a luxurious appearance.

The present invention will be specifically described below based on examples. [Example] A copper foil with a thickness of about 100 IA was immersed in a 1% potassium sulfide aqueous solution and passed through it to generate black copper sulfide on the surface,
Next, the surface of this copper sulfide was brushed to remove a part of the copper sulfide, exposing the copper base in a hairline shape and applying a scratch pattern, and then a 1% aqueous benzotriazole solution was applied to the surface with the scratch pattern. After that, a urethane resin-based clear was applied and baked on the surface to obtain a thin sheet.

Next, an epoxy resin was applied to the back side of this thin sheet, and the thin sheet was attached to the outer periphery of a hard PVC plastic vibrator so that the transparent protective layer was on the outside, resulting in an oxidized copper-like downpipe. .
