When forming a board, foamed voids are formed between the aggregate composition particles, and the composition particles are tightly attached to each other with a coating of mixed resin, in order to strengthen the adhesive force between the particles. At the same time, the amount of resin material used is kept to the minimum necessary to bring the properties of the molded plate as close as possible to those of a pure non-alloyed plate.

This made it difficult to mold and provide lightweight plates. Also, in such a pure inorganic plate,

, J, 4 pa, L, and the construction characteristics such as cutting, drilling, and nailing were extremely poor. In contrast, with inorganic boards that are provided by mixing resin adhesive into inorganic powder and molding, it is of course necessary to completely fill the gaps between aggregates with adhesive resin. Therefore, the amount of resin used was inevitably large, and this functioned as a hard resin molded plate rather than as an inorganic plate.

A resin film such as vinyl chloride attached to the aggregate surface is used to reliably connect the aggregates, and the gap other than the part of the film used for this connection is made into a foam gap.
By eliminating the possibility of unnecessary resin material intervening between the aggregates, it is possible to ensure the same performance as an almost pure inorganic board, while also reducing the weight of the board itself and improving its bending properties. This is particularly intended to promote impact resistance.

After adding a solvent such as toluene at 15-30%, typically around 20% to the raw material and stirring it, dry slag powder, often 50-150%, is added to the resin material at 15-30%. 6 slag powder with particle size of mesh size

Soda, freon, propane, butane, or pentane are selectively used. In addition, it is planned to mix gypsum or cement mixed with talc together with the mixed aggregate, and the amount of these inorganic materials mixed together with the slag powder remains at 60 to 80% as a whole. With this in mind, it has become possible to provide a foam board that has structural integrity, mechanical properties, heat insulation, sound insulation functions, etc. that are different from foam boards made only of slag.

The foamed slag board according to the present invention has the characteristic structure described above, and a resin film 2 such as vinyl chloride is reliably laminated on the surface of the slag particles 1 to 1 constituting the board, and this resin film 2 A series of adhesives that continuously exhibit a predetermined adhesive strength, and
The gaps between the particles 1 to 1 form a complete foamed membrane 3. This particle structure was even more noticeable when aggregates with foaming properties such as calcium carbonate were mixed in and used as secondary aggregates4.
The carbon dioxide gas generated during heating ensures that voids 3 are formed between the particles 1 and 1, and the generated carbon dioxide gas also ensures that the resin material forms a coating 2 with a generally uniform thickness. It is press-fitted to the circumferential surface of the

are completely integrated with the coating 2, and the coating 2 forms a honeycomb-like structure, giving the plate its own unique impact resistance and bending strength properties, which are different from the conventional inorganic plates. It promises good mechanical properties not found in other countries.

Even in the event of rain, deterioration in strength is reliably prevented, making it a completely water-resistant structural board.
