A general self-propelled multi-story parking garage has a structure in which, like a normal building, it has multiple horizontal floors, and these floors are connected by a connecting hoistway (rampway). Parking areas are specified on each floor, and vehicles are parked along a connecting hoistway (the slope is
(15% to 17%) and park in a parking area on a predetermined floor. This format is
The problem is that the connecting hoistway that connects the floors is steep, and there are also problems with the efficiency of accommodating cars. Therefore, a multi-level parking lot with a tilting floor has been developed, which has a multi-tiered floor with a slope (generally within 6%) that allows vehicles to be parked in areas other than corners. Unlike normal buildings, each floor of this type of building is gently sloped. In this type, the local steepness of the connecting hoistway in the previous type is distributed as a general gentle slope. Furthermore, since vehicles are parked on a sloped floor with a gentle slope, this type of parking lot can accommodate more vehicles than the above-mentioned type of parking lot when compared on the same site area. It is an object of the present invention to provide a continuous tilting type self-propelled multi-story parking lot that makes the advantages of the above-mentioned tilting type parking lot even more remarkable and allows the adoption of the tilting type in a narrower site. .

Hereinafter, of the two floor groups Fl and F2, those with an upward slope to the left in FIG. 1 will be referred to as floor groups A and Fl, and those with an upward slope to the right will be referred to as floor groups B and F2. The floor groups A and Fl are a collection of floors 2A, in which a large number of floors 2A having an upward slope to the left in the figure are arranged in parallel and at equal intervals, so that it is easy to park a vehicle. Similarly to the floor groups A and Fl, the floor groups B and F2 have a large number of floors 2B with an upward slope to the right in the figure, which makes it easy to park a vehicle, arranged in parallel and at equal intervals.
This is a collection of floor 2B. There is no difference in structure between the floor groups A and Fl and the floor groups B and F2, except that the slopes of their respective floors 2A and 2B are in opposite directions.
The title is nothing more than a convenient distinction for explanation. Note that the above-mentioned slope at which it is easy to park the vehicle is a slope of Tan θ = 0.06 or less, but a slope that slightly exceeds this value is also considered as an allowable range. In addition, in FIG. 1, the slopes of the floors 2A and 2B are shown in an exaggerated manner from Tan θ = 0.06 so that the outline of the overall configuration can be clearly seen. The floor groups A, Fl and the floor groups B, F2 are located in parallel in close proximity, and the floor groups A, Fl, any one floor 2A, and the other floor 2B in the standard stage excluding the bottom and top stages are as follows: The upper end of floor 2A is floor group B, F.
The lower end of floor 2A is at the same level as the lower end of one floor 2B of 2. Floor group B, floor 2B of F2
It has a so-called zigzag pattern in which it is on the same level as the upper end of the floor 2B which is one step below (see Fig. 1). In addition, in this embodiment, horizontal lines are provided at the upstream and downstream ends of each floor 2A, 2B of the floor groups A-B, Fl, and F2. The step areas 3, 3 are extended, and the floors 2A, 2B on the same level are joined to form a series of flat surfaces, forming a parking area 5A. Then, each floor 2A, 2B of floor group A, Fl and floor group B, F2
The floors 2A and 2B, which are on the same level at the ends of their sloped portions, are connected to each other by a sloped communication path 1. The turning part where the inclined communication path 1 is provided has a difference in level and a staggered plane due to the opposite slope of each floor 2A, 2B. A horizontal horizontal edge 8a and an inclined vertical edge 8 are respectively partially set back in the width direction.
By forming a setback portion 8 having a width of 1.b, and providing an inclined communication path 1 in the form of a bridge between both vertical edges 8b of both floors 2A and 2B facing each other at each turn-back portion, the floor group Each floor 2A, 2B of A, Fl and floor group B, F2
can be connected with an L gradient that is approximately twice that of floors 2A and 2B. Although the slope of the inclined connecting road 1 is inappropriate for parking a vehicle, it is sufficient for driving the vehicle. Therefore, the inclined communication path 1 functions exclusively as a vehicle passage connecting the floors 2A and 2B. However, the floor 2 in each slope connecting path 1
The outer road edges facing the step areas 3 of A and 2B are horizontal at the same level as the step areas 3, while the inner road edges are inclined, and each inclined connecting road 1 has a twisted curved surface. Each of the above-mentioned floors 2A and 2B consists of a vehicle traffic area 4 through which vehicles pass, and a parking area 5 where vehicles are parked. In the vehicle traffic area 4, an up running road and a down running road 4B are specified in parallel, and these are continuous to all the floors 2A and 2B by the inclined connecting road 1. In order to park a vehicle, horizontal outer parking areas 5A are provided in the step area 3 that circumscribe the upper and lower edges of the vehicle traffic area 4, and outside of the vehicle traffic area 4, an outer parking area 5A of the vehicle traffic area 4 is provided. A sloping outer parking area 5B is provided circumscribing the edge, and each floor 2
An inclined inner parking area 5C inscribed in the inner road edge of the vehicle traffic area is provided between both lateral edges 8a of the upper and lower rearward portions 8 of A and 2B. In the drawings, the reference numeral 6 indicates an elevator, and the reference numeral 7 indicates an evacuation staircase. The multi-story parking lot configured as above is
Since the floors 2A and 2B as well as the inclined communication path 1 that connects them are configured as sloped surfaces, the area of the site can be small compared to the effective area.

On each floor 2A, 2B, there are parking areas 5, 5 on both sides of the vehicle traffic area 4, and a partially flat step area 3.
Since A has been specified, the effective area utilization rate is high. It is also possible to park your vehicle. Although the vehicle will be traveling on a gentle slope, the slope is such that the driver is not conscious of the slope, so the driving sensation is good and safe. In order to make the present invention clearer, Figures 5 to 8 show two examples of multi-level parking lots as conventional examples, and the same settings as these (floor height of 37n and slope of 6%) are shown in Figures 5 to 8. )
The drawings of the embodiment are shown in FIGS. 9 and 10.

However, in each figure, the parts separated by thick solid lines indicate parts with slopes. That is, the present invention particularly provides a standard floor of a parking lot where two groups of floors are arranged side by side, and in the turn-around part of each floor, the inner side near the upper and lower ends of each floor is locally cut out in the width direction of the floor. to form a receding portion having a horizontal horizontal edge and an inclined vertical edge, and between the longitudinal edges of the two receding portions facing each other at the folded portion of the both floors. In order to communicate each floor on the one side with each floor on the other side, a connecting road exclusively for traffic is provided with a twisted curved surface having a horizontal outer road edge and an inclined inner road edge. The traffic areas on both sides of the floor are made to continue in a substantially spiral manner so that one floor height can be raised and lowered by one round of travel, and further, the lateral edge formed at the upper retreating part of each floor and Since the inner parking area inscribed on the inner road edge of the traffic area is tilted between j and the lateral edge formed in the lower retreating part, the effective space of the parking area is the same when compared. , its site area is much smaller and better.

In particular, the fact that the width of the site in the longitudinal direction can be small is advantageous for the construction conditions. In other words, this multi-story parking lot has the great advantage of extremely high site utilization efficiency and adaptability to current architectural conditions.
