In order to separate both yarns, a needle with a knitting yarn locking hook is used to lock the base yarn to the knitting yarn locking hook before the pile yarn is locked to the hook of the needle. It is characterized in that the yarn is pulled down to create a gap between the pile yarn and the ground yarn, and the hanger hook of the sinker is inserted between them.

。It is common practice to knit pile knits using sinkers, but knitting pile knits, especially bag-like pile knitted fabrics, using a flat knitting machine requires the reversal position of the carriage at both ends of the flat knitting machine. The pile yarns and ground yarns were not sufficiently processed in this area, and the sinker could not be fully operated in that area.

Knit with the needles 1a of the needle bed 11. As the carriage (not shown) and the yarn feeders 16 and 18 move to the left, the ground yarn 17 is first fed from the yarn feeder 16 to the needle 1a. At this time, the needle 1a is in a position where it can receive the base thread 17 on the open latch 7 (FIGS. 2 and 3). And the ground thread 17
The needle 1a receives the fed ground yarn 17 with the knitting yarn locking hook 9 of the latch 7 and descends with the latch open, and the fed pile yarn 19 is knitted by the subsequent yarn feeder 18. The pile yarn 19 is secured to the hook 5 without being caught by the yarn securing hook 8 (FIGS. 4 and 5). Furthermore, when the needle 1a descends, the knitting yarn locking hook 8 provided on the latch 7 of the needle 1a
The ground yarn 17 hanging on the pile yarn 19 is pulled and completely separated from the pile yarn 19. At this time, sinker 13 comes down,
A pile hook 14 is provided between the ground yarn 17 and the pile yarn 19.
is inserted (Figures 6 and 7). As the needle 1a continues to descend, the latch 7 is reversed and closed at the knockover position, and the ground yarn 17 and the pile yarn 19 are both hooked on the hook 5. However, the pile hook 14 of the sinker 13 is located between both yarns (FIGS. 8 and 9). When the needle 1a descends to the lowest position, the base thread 17 is retained by the base thread hook 15 and the pile yarn 19 is retained by the pile hook 14, and a pile is formed with a height corresponding to the distance H between the two hooks. (10th
Fig. 11). When the carriage (not shown) finishes moving to the left as described above, all the needles 1a on the needle bed 11 side descend, and as the carriage is reversed, the needles 1b on the needle bed 12 side are moved to the left side of the previous carriage. As in the case of rowing, the pile fabric is knitted when the carriage moves to the right.

As described above, according to the method of the present invention, among the ground yarn and pile yarn fed to the same needle, the ground yarn and the pile yarn are hooked to the knitting yarn locking hook of the latch. It is possible to sufficiently separate the two yarns, and the hook of the sinker can be inserted accurately between the two yarns, and the pile knitting can be knitted by a flat knitting machine without misknitting of the pile portion. Further, since a knitted fabric having piles can be knitted by bag knitting using a flat knitting machine having a pair of needle beds, the method of the present invention can be used for knitting pile gloves, pile socks, etc., for example.

ることを特徴とするパイル編編成方法。1 Using a flat knitting machine having a needle with a knitting yarn locking hook on the inner edge facing the hook of the latch part, and a sinker with a hook for ground yarn and a hook for pile yarn, Of the ground yarn and pile yarn to be fed to the machine, the ground yarn is first hooked to the knitting yarn locking hook of the latch, and while the ground yarn is pulled down by lowering the needle slightly, the same type of pile yarn is attached to the hook. By feeding the yarn so that it is locked, the ground yarn and pile yarn are sufficiently separated,
Insert the hook for the pile yarn of the sinker between both threads and continue to pull the needle down to hook the ground yarn to the hook for the ground yarn and the pile yarn to the hook for the pile, and then pull the needle to the knockover position. A pile knitting method characterized by forming a pile by pulling down.
