Next, an example thereof will be explained. The glove 1 of the present invention starts with the little finger 2 or index finger 5, knits the little finger 2, ring finger 3, middle finger 4, and index finger 5 in the same way as gloves are knitted using a conventional flat knitting machine, and then knits the upper part 7 of the palm flap. Then the thumb 6, the lower part of the palm 8, the wrist 9
Organize in order. The knitting order is the same as that of the conventional example, but a knitting means for knitting the pile 10 is added unlike the conventional example.

Reference numeral 11 shown in FIG. 2 is a knitting needle used for knitting the pile gloves of the present invention. Following the stem 12, a throat 13 and a cheek 14 are provided with a hook 15 at the tip, and the cheek 14 is secured with a latch 16. A hook 19 for locking knitting yarn is provided on an inner edge 18 of the latch 17 facing the hook 15. The knitting yarn locking hook 19 is arranged to protrude from the front edge of the cheek 14 when the latch 17 is in the maximum open state. 2 shown in Figure 2
Reference numerals 1 and 22 are needle beds provided opposite to each other in the shape of a chevron, with the needle bed 21 being located at the front of the knitting machine, and the needle bed 22 being located at the back of the knitting machine. The needle grooves of each needle bed 21, 22 have a needle 11a,
11b has been inserted. 23 is a sinker and needle 1
It is provided to be located between 1a and 11a. The sinker 23 has two tiers, a hook 24 for pile and a hook 25 for ground yarn.
have. The hook 25 for ground yarn is the hook 2 for pile.
It stands out from 4. The sinker 23 is the needle 11b,
Although it is provided between 11b and 11b, it is not shown. 26 is a yarn feeder for the ground yarn 27, and 28 is a yarn feeder for the pile yarn 29.

As mentioned above, the glove knitting method of the present invention starts knitting from the tip of the little finger or index finger, which is the same as the conventional glove knitting method. Yarn is fed to the needle, and when the carriage is reversed, the yarn is fed to the needle of the other needle bed, and this process is repeated to knit a finger bag. Then, by sequentially increasing the knitting width over several courses after knitting, the fingertips can be made circular.

The carriage (not shown) and the yarn feeders 26 and 28 move to the right and are located on the right side of the knitting machine (knitted fabric), and are then turned over and start moving to the left as shown in Figures 3 and 4. . When the carriage moves to the right, knitting is performed using the needles 11b of the needle bed 22, and the needles 11a of the needle bed 21 are placed in the non-working position, but when the carriage moves to the left, the needles 11b of the needle bed 22 are placed in the non-working position. Knit with the needles 11a of the needle bed 21. As the carriage (not shown) and the yarn feeders 26 and 28 move to the left, the ground yarn 27 is first fed from the yarn feeder 26 to the needle 11a. At this time, the needle 11a places the ground yarn 27 on the open latch 17. The needle 11 is in a position where it can receive the ground thread 27 (Figs. 2 and 3).
a hooks the fed ground yarn 27 with the knitting yarn locking hook 19 of the latch 17 and lowers it with the latch open;
Pile yarn 2 fed by the subsequent yarn feeder 28
9 so that it does not get caught on the knitting yarn locking hook 19,
The pile yarn 29 is locked with the hook 15 (Fig. 5,
Figure 6). Furthermore, when the needle 11a descends, the needle 11a
The ground yarn 27 hooked on the knitting yarn locking hook 18 provided on the latch 17 is pulled and completely separated from the pile yarn 29. At this time, the sinker 23 comes down, and the pile hook 24 is inserted between the ground thread 27 and the pile thread 29 (Figs. 7 and 8).
figure). As the needle 1a continues to descend, the latch 17 is reversed and closed at the knockover position, and the ground thread 27
The pile threads 29 are both hung on the hook 15. However, the pile hook 24 of the sinker 23 is located between both yarns (FIGS. 9 and 10).
When the needle 11a descends to the lowest position, the ground thread 27 is moved to the ground thread hook 25 and the pile thread 29 is moved to the pile hook 24.

When the carriage (not shown) finishes moving to the left as described above, all the needles 11a on the needle bed 21 side descend, and as the carriage is reversed, the needles 11b on the needle bed 22 side move the left side of the previous carriage. As in the case of rowing, a pile fabric is knitted when the carriage moves to the right. As a result, a pile knitted glove is knitted.

According to this glove knitting method, as described above, the five fingers, palm flaps, and wrist parts can be knitted continuously into a bag shape, and at the same time, piles can be formed in the knitted fabric, so the pile fabric can be cut. It can be manufactured without suturing the handprint, has a good feel in use as there are no suture lines, and the manufacturing process can be extremely shortened.

1 A needle with a pair of needle beds with opposing tips, a hook for locking knitting yarn on the inner edge opposite to the hook of the latch, and hooks for other threads and hooks for pile threads. Using a flat knitting machine with a sinker provided with claws, a finger section made of a tubular knitted fabric, a palm section made of a tubular knitted fabric following the finger section, and a tubular knitted fabric following the palm section. When knitting the wrist part continuously, of the base yarn and pile yarn fed to the needle, the base yarn is first hooked to the knitting yarn retaining hook of the latch, and the needle is lowered slightly. While pulling down the ground thread, the pile thread is fed so that the same thread is hooked to the hook, thereby sufficiently separating the ground thread and the pile thread, and inserting the hook for the pile thread of the sinker between the two threads. Then, by continuing to pull down the needle, a pile is formed on the knitted fabric by hooking the ground thread through the ground thread hook and the pile thread through the pile hook, respectively, and then pulling the needle down to the knock-over position.
