Conventionally, a cement tile 2 with nail holes 1 as shown in FIG. 1 has been made using a dry roll forming machine 3 as shown in FIG. That is, a molding material 4 whose main component is a hydraulic inorganic binder such as cement is allowed to flow down from a hopper 5 onto a lower mold 6 (attached to a pallet conveyor 7) moving in the direction of arrow A. By moving the lower forming die 6 in the direction of arrow A and rotating the forming roll 8 in the direction of arrow B, the forming die 9 and the lower forming die 6 are fed and compacted. figure)
It is made by cutting it to predetermined dimensions, then forming nail holes, and then curing and hardening it. In this case, as shown in FIG. 3, the nail holes are formed by drilling a nail hole in the molded product 10 cut to a predetermined size using a nail hole forming device (which is linked to the pallet conveyor 7).
1 and the presser foot 12 are lowered, and with the presser foot 12 pressing down on the surface of the molded product 10 as shown by the dotted line, the nail hole puncher 11 is penetrated into the inside of the molded product 10 as shown by the dotted line to make the nail hole 13. This was done by raising the nail holer 11, and after the nail holer 11 came out of the molded product 10, the presser foot 12 was raised. FIG. 4 shows the state after the nail hole has been formed in this manner. Reference numeral 13 indicates a nail hole, and 14 indicates a hole for penetrating the tip of the nail hole provided in the lower mold 6.

When forming the above-mentioned nail hole, the operation of just drilling the nail hole 11 is simple, but since the operation of the presser 12 is added to this operation, the entire operation becomes complicated. However, if the presser foot 12 is removed, the molded product 10 will crack when the nail drill 11 enters, so the presser foot 12 cannot be removed. However, the molding material adhered to the presser foot 12, causing various problems.

This invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and is a molding method in which a molding material is fed between a forming die and a lower mold, and the molding material is compacted by the forming die and the lower mold to obtain a molded product. The gist of this is to use a lower mold that has a pointed top and a protrusion for forming a nail hole on the mold surface, the height of which is slightly smaller than the thickness of the molded product.

In other words, by doing this, the nail hole forming process using a nail hole forming device is no longer necessary, problems caused by the adhesion of the molding material to the presser are eliminated, and the manufacturing process is simplified. become able to.

That is, in this embodiment, when molding a molding material using a molding machine similar to the dry roll molding machine 3 shown in FIG. A convex portion for forming a nail hole is provided at the position (position). As shown in FIG. 5, this nail hole forming protrusion 15 has a diameter d of about 5 mm, a height h of about 1 mm smaller than the thickness of the molded product, and a sharp top. It's on. The peak of this peak is attached from about 3 to 4 mm below the tip of the protrusion 15, and forms an inclined surface f 3 to 4 mm below the tip of the protrusion 15.

When molding a molding material using a molding lower mold provided with such a convex portion 15 for forming nail holes, the molding material is transferred between the forming die and the molding lower mold due to the movement of the molding lower mold and the rotation of the molding roll. The nail hole forming protrusion 15 provided on the lower molding die has a height h set smaller than the thickness of the molded product, so the molding There is no contact with the roll or forming die. Furthermore, when compacting the molding material, the molding material present above the nail hole forming convex part 15 is also compacted, but since the top of the convex part 15 is sharp and there is no flat part, it is not possible to compact the molding material. The compaction is carried out smoothly and does not place a large load on the conveyor or forming rolls that support the lower mold. The molded product thus molded and cut into predetermined dimensions is shown in FIG. 6 together with the lower mold. In the figure, 16
1 is a molded product, 17 is a lower mold, and 15 is a convex portion for forming a nail hole.

This molded product 16 is cured and hardened together with the lower mold 17 to become a cement roof tile. In this case, since the nail hole forming protrusion 15 has a sharp top, it can be easily removed when removing the cement tile from the lower mold 17. The cement tiles thus obtained do not have nail holes on their surfaces. However, the nail holes are drilled 1 mm below the surface, so you can simply drive the nails through them during construction.

During this punching process, the punched parts can be easily identified because the wall thickness is extremely thin, but in order to make the location even clearer, a cutting process is performed in which the strip-shaped molded product is cut into predetermined dimensions. A mark indicating the nail hole may be placed in the hole. In other words, in the cutting process of cutting a molded product into a predetermined size, a cutting device is used to cut the molded product, and this cutting device, like the nail hole forming device described above, is linked to a conveyor. The operation is such that after the presser presses down the molded product, the cutting blade descends to cut it, and after the cutting blade rises, the presser rises. Therefore, if a cone-shaped protrusion of about 1 mm is attached to the presser to indicate the position corresponding to the nail hole, a mark indicating the nail hole will be automatically placed.

As described above, the present invention is a molding method for obtaining a molded product by feeding a molding material between a forming die and a lower mold, and compacting the material between the forming die and the lower mold. Since the mold surface has a convex part for forming nail holes with a pointed top and a height slightly smaller than the thickness of the molded product, a special process for forming nail holes is not required.
This eliminates adhesion of molding material to the nail hole forming device and deformation of the molded product, and simplifies the manufacturing process. Also, the resulting molded product or products using it (e.g. cement roof tiles)
Because there are no nail holes on the surface, there is no chance of rainwater entering through the nail holes that are not driven. Note that the nail hole is hidden by the nail head, so rainwater, etc., cannot enter.
