を設けてダイス孔から打ち抜き屑を抜くようにしなけれ
ばならなく、打ち抜くとき打ち抜きピンとダイス孔を合
わせる調整が困難であるという欠点があった。

ト2に貫通孔4を穿孔し、グリーンシート2に貫通孔4
を穿孔した際生じる打ち抜き屑6を打ち抜きピン3の中
空部5から上方に排出することを特徴とするものであっ
て、上述のように構成することにより従来例の欠点を解
決したものである。つまり上下に貫通する中空部5を有
する打ち抜きピン3を用い、グリーンシート2に貫通孔
4を穿孔した際生じる打ち抜き屑6を打ち抜きピン3の
中空部5から上方に排出するようにしたことにより単に
キャリア板1に載せただけの状態でグリーンシート2に
貫通孔4を穿孔できて簡単に貫通孔4を穿孔できるよう
になり、また下面に模様面9を設けると共に模様面9か
ら打ち抜きピン3を垂設した上型8を用い、上型8をグ
リーンシート2の上に下降させて模様面9をグリーンシ
ート2に押し付けて模様を形成すると共に打ち抜きピン
3にてグリーンシート2に貫通孔4を穿孔することによ
り、打ち抜きピン3による貫通孔4の打ち抜きと同時に
グリーンシート2の上面に模様を付与することができる
ようになったものである。

明ける箇所と対応する位置で上型8には打ち抜きピン3
を埋設してあり、打ち抜きピン3には上下に貫通する中
空部5を形成してある。打ち抜きピン3の先端部が打ち
抜き部3aとなっていて上型8の下面よりグリーンシー
ト2の厚さと略同じだけ突出している。打ち抜き部3a
は先端程やや径が小さくなるテーパー筒状になってお
り、打ち抜き部3aの先端周縁が尖っている。取り付け
ベース7には上記打ち抜きピン3の中空部5と取り付け
ベース7の側端面を連通させる排出溝10を穿設してあ
る。キャリア板1は鉄板のように板材にて形成され、キ
ャリア板1上には脱水用のフェルト11を敷設してあ
る。キャリア板1上の上記打ち抜きピン3と対応する箇
所にはフェルト11を敷設していなく、ウレタンゴムの
ようなゴム板12を敷設してある。このゴム板12は円
盤状であって、キャリア板1に周縁の適所を取り付けね
じ13にて取り付けてある。このゴム板12の径は上記
打ち抜きピン3の径よりかなり大きい。

グリーンシート2を載せたキャリア板1は上記プレス装
置の上型8の下に配置されてセットされる。この状態で
第1図に示すように取り付けベース7を下降させて上型
8をグリーンシート2に押し付けると共に打ち抜きピン
3の打ち抜き部3aをグリーンシート2に食い込ませ
る。上型8の押し付けにてグリーンシート2に模様が付
与されると共に打ち抜き部3aの先端がゴム板12に到
達して打ち抜き部3aにてグリーンシート2に第2図に
示すように貫通孔4が穿孔される。貫通孔4を穿孔した
打ち抜き屑6は中空部5内に入る。このようにして次々
とグリーンシート2を送って貫通孔4を穿孔して行く
と、打ち抜き屑6が中空部5内を順次上に押し上げられ
て行き、排出溝10に至る。打ち抜き屑6が排出溝10
に至るとエア圧や水圧にて排出溝10内の打ち抜き屑6
が飛ばされて取り付けベース7外に排出される。上記の
ようにしてグリーンシート2に貫通孔4が穿孔される
が、貫通孔4を穿孔すると同時に上型8により上面に模
様が付与されるので、加工に要する工程を少なくでき、
しかも貫通孔4と模様とが同調してグリーンシート2の
正確な位置決めを要せず、正確に貫通孔や模様を形成で
きる。またキャリア板1にゴム板12があるので打ち抜
きピン3の打ち抜き部3aの先端の衝撃が緩衝され打ち
抜きピン3が損傷したりしにくい。その上ゴム板12の
径が比較的大きいのでキャリア板1の位置が多少ずれて
いても打ち抜きピン3がゴム板12に確実に対応する。

いものであり、また硬化後打ち抜きを行うもののように
欠けを生じたりしないものであり、また下面に模様面を
設けると共に打ち抜きピンを模様面から垂設した上型を
用い、上型をグリーンシートの上に下降させて模様面を
グリーンシートに押し付けて模様を形成すると共に打ち
抜きピンにてグリーンシートに貫通孔を穿孔するので、
打ち抜きピンによる貫通孔の打ち抜きと同時にグリーン
シートの上面に模様を付与することができ、貫通孔の穿
孔と模様付けとを同一の行程でできて加工に要する行程
を少なくできるものであり、しかも貫通孔と模様とが同
調してグリーンシートの正確な位置決めを要せず、正確
に貫通孔や模様を形成できるものであり、さらに上型の
模様面がグリーンシートに押圧されて模様が付与されて
いる際に、グリーンシートの貫通孔内に打ち抜きピンが
存在することになるため、上記押圧によって貫通孔が縮
小変形することなく正確な寸法の貫通孔が形成されるも
のである。
