つており、それぞれにはシリンダ或いはモータ等
の駆動装置が必要であつた。このため装置全体が
複雑になつてコストアツプとなり、また制御回路
のトラブルも多く、さらには保持点検が厄介であ

とするものである。以下に、本発明の構成を実施
例に基づいて説明する。1は基礎上に所定の間隔
を設けて立設された縦フレーム2と、縦フレーム
2の上端間に架設されて一側を突設させた案内フ
レーム3と、から構成されたフレームで、該フレ
ーム1上部には、案内フレーム3に車輪4を係合
させた台車5が走行移動自在に設けられ、該台車
5の下面には、中空状の下面を開口としたヒータ
箱6が該下面開口部にヒーター7を設置して取り
付けられている。8は台車5の端部に下向きに取
り付けられた昇降シリンダで、そのピストンロツ
ド8aの下端部には、外周囲に減圧室9を備えた
フイルム保持枠10が支持部材11を介して吊設
支持されている。該フイルム保持枠10の下面に
は、吸気孔(図示せず)を周囲に沿つて略等間陥
に穿設された座12が該吸気孔を減室圧室9下面
に穿設された通気孔(図示せず)に一致させて取
り付けられていて、減圧室9の負圧作動により、
座12の下面に負圧作用が及ぼされるようにされ
ている。また、フイルム保持枠10の外壁には、
一端を真空ポンプ(図示せず)に連通接続された
吸引ホース13が減圧室9に連通して接続されて
いる。14はフレーム1の上端部にブラケツト1
5を介して固設された走行シリンダで、そのピス
トンロツド14aの先端には、シリンダブラケツ
ト16を介して台車5が連結され、該台車5は、
走行シリンダ14の作動により、下面にヒーター
7及びフイルム保持枠10等を吊設しながら案内
フレーム3に沿つて走行移動されるようになつて
いる。17は台車5下方の縦フレーム2中間部に
架設されたフイルム伸展板で、該フイルム伸展板
17の一端外側面には、一端を真空ポンプ(図示
せず)に連通接続された中空状の通風路を備えた
フイルム固定吸引箱18が配設され、該フイルム
固定吸引箱18の上面には吸気孔(図示せず)を
備えた座19が固着され、該吸気孔はフイルム固
定吸引箱18に穿設された通気孔(図示せず)を
介して前記通風路に連通されている。該フイルム
固定吸引箱18の外側には、ニクロム線カツター
20がフイルム25との接触刃面をフイルム固定
吸引箱18の若干下方に位置して配置され、また
該フイルム伸展板17の他端外側には、フイルム
ロール21が設置されている。22は反転自在な
フオーク23上面に位置決めされて載置された模
型板で、該模型板22は内部に減圧室24を備え
ると共に上面に該減圧室24に連通して複数個の
通気孔(図示せず)を穿設された構成とされてい

加熱後、フイルム保持枠10は、昇降シリンダ8

面に該通風路に連通して吸引孔を備えたフイルム
固定吸引箱を設け、さらに該フイルム固定吸引箱
の外側にフイルム切断装置を設けた構成としたの
で、フイルムコンベヤ、フイルム昇降シリンダ等
は不要となつて装置全体は簡素化されてコンパク
トになり、また制御回路等のトラブルも少なくな
り、さらには保守点検が容易になり、そのうえ設
備費が大幅に節減されるなど優れた効果を有し、
