ト合材必要時に所望の貯蔵ビンから加熱骨材を取
出し、下位に設けたミキサ内で溶融アスフアルト
を添加しながら混合することによつてアスフアル
ト合材を製造する方法を提案するものである。

蔵ビン18aから1バツチ分の骨材を骨材計量槽
21aで計量し、ミキサ22に投入すると同時に
石粉計量槽25から所定量の石粉を、アスフアル
ト計量槽26から所定量のアスフアルトをミキサ
22に投入して混合調整するによつて密粒度アス
コンを製造する。同様にして粗粒度アスコン、修
正トペカ等を製造する。

とともに、アスフアルトプラントが稼動するのに
困難な夜間においてもサテライトプラントからア
スフアルト合材を出荷することができる等種々の
実益を有するのである。
