スピンドル5により300〜1000rpmに回転させ、
磁気デイスクの内周部にクライトツクスの溶剤と
してイソプロピルアルコール又はフレオン系溶剤
のフレオン又はフロリナート(FC77)を表面潤
滑剤の溶剤滴下装置2より滴下し、表面潤滑剤塗
膜の上にスピンコート法により塗布する。この表
面潤滑剤塗膜上に塗布した溶剤3によりクライト
