Transparent synthetic resin molded products with dome-shaped or other bulging surfaces have traditionally been used as domes for daylighting, but their basic structure is, for example, as shown in Figure 1. A horizontal mounting wall 2 of an appropriate width is integrated with the outside of the lower peripheral edge of the bulging surface 1, and a side wall 3 facing outward and downward is integrated with the end periphery of the mounting wall 2. It has a structure with attached sections.

特徴とするものである。[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has been made for the purpose of solving the problems of the prior art as described above. By forming a horizontal mounting wall and forming a side wall facing outward and downward at the edge of the mounting wall, a synthetic resin molded product having mounting portions connected thereto can be manufactured by forming a horizontal mounting wall and forming a side wall facing outward and downward at the edge of the mounting wall. A mold with a protruding edge or a corner that supports the part that should be the lower periphery of the boundary between the wall and the side wall, the part that should be the upper periphery of the boundary between the bulging surface and the attached wall, and the upper periphery of the end of the side wall. At the same time as molding the bulging surface, both molds and the molding material are brought into contact mainly at the ridge or corner to form the mounting wall. It is characterized by forming a side wall.

A mold 21 provided with a protruding edge 23 supporting the desired part and the boundary between the bulging surface 1 and the attachment wall 3. This is an example of a mold used in the present invention, comprising a mold 22 provided with a protruding edge 25 that supports the portion that should become the upper periphery and a protruding edge 26 that supports the portion that should become the upper periphery of the end of the side wall 3. In the figure, C indicates a space formed between the molding material P and the molds 21 and 22 during molding.

In the method of the present invention for producing a synthetic resin molded product in this way, the projecting edge contacts the molding material P at the same time as the molding of the bulging surface into a dome shape or the like,
Since a blank part C is formed in the remaining part, the part where the molding material P and the mold come into contact can be extremely reduced, and all the problems of the conventional molds mentioned above can be solved. Since there is no need to attach a heater to the mold, the price will be lower, and even if the surface of the molding material is laminated with weather-resistant material or printed or painted, peeling of the laminate can be minimized. It can be suppressed.
