This presser transfer device 42 includes a first pressing frame 44 and a second pressing frame 45 that are arranged above the left half of a circular saucer plate 43 that rotates horizontally at the bottom of the pot body 11.
It consists mainly of Note that the saucer plate 43 has a large number of small holes 4, similar to the rotating plate 15 or 16 described above.
6 to 46 are penetrated therein, and a rotating shaft 4 is loosely inserted into a cylindrical inner wall 47 formed on the bottom surface of the pot body 11 and rotatably supported by the frame 10.
It is attached in a suspended manner to the upper end of 8 via inverted L-shaped hanging pieces 49 to 49, and is rotated via a chain mechanism 51 by the drive of a motor 50 (drive device) installed on the frame 10. It is rotated in the same direction as the rotation shaft 48 in the counterclockwise direction (counterclockwise in FIG. 1) (see FIG. 4). Next, the presser foot transfer device 42 will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 4. The rotating shaft 48 of the saucer plate 43 is a hollow shaft, and a first operating shaft 52 made of a hollow shaft is loosely inserted into the rotating shaft 48, and a second operating shaft 53 is loosely inserted into the operating shaft 52. ing. Each operating axis 52,5
3 is rotatably and vertically movable (axially movable) supported by the frame 10 so as to be coaxial with the rotating shaft 48 . A first pressing frame 44 having a substantially semicircular shape is suspended from the upper end of the first operating shaft 52 via an inverted L-shaped mounting plate 54 . This pressing frame 44 is horizontally framed mainly by a plurality of arc-shaped aggregates, and the receiving plate plate 43
is parallel to. A second pressing frame 45 having a substantially semicircular shape is suspended from the upper end of the second operating shaft 53 via an inverted L-shaped mounting plate 55 . Like the first pressing frame 44, the second pressing frame 45 is horizontally framed mainly by a plurality of arc-shaped aggregates, and is rotatable relative to the first pressing frame 44. It is designed to be able to move up and down. The lower end of the first operating shaft 52 extends downward from the rotating shaft 48 of the saucer plate 43, and the lower end of the first operating shaft 52
3 extends downward from the first operating shaft 52. At the lower ends of these operating shafts 52, 53, operating mechanisms 56, 56, which will be described in detail below, are installed, respectively (see FIG. 5). Each operating mechanism 56, 56

6 is engaged, a connecting arm 72 whose upper end is rotatably attached to the right end of the supporting arm 68 with a pin 71, and a connecting arm 72 at the outer end.
It consists of an actuating disk 75 whose lower end is rotatably attached with a pin 73 and whose central shaft 74 is rotated by a drive device (not shown). Gives reciprocating up and down motion. That is, the operating shafts 53 and 52 perform a compound movement of a reciprocating rotational movement and a reciprocating vertical movement, and the pressing frame 4
5 and 44 are rotated counterclockwise (counterclockwise in FIG. 1), the pressing frame 4
A certain point of 5, 44 moves from the midpoint between the top dead center and the bottom dead center to the right midpoint through the bottom dead center in a substantially U-shape, and the pressing frames 45, 44 move in the clockwise direction (first direction). 1), one point of the pressing frames 45, 44 moves from the right midpoint to the left midpoint through the top dead center in a substantially inverted U shape. Note that the midpoint between the left and right sides is located at approximately the same position as the oil level Fa. Therefore, the first pressing frame 44 and the second pressing frame 45 are operated by respective operating mechanisms 56 and 5 such that they have an opposite motion relationship (a half-cycle phase relationship).
6 is set. Due to the mutual movement of these pressing frames 44 and 45, the material S transferred by the impeller 41 is transferred while being pushed down in an arcuate and wavy manner in a counterclockwise direction (counterclockwise in FIG. 1). Ru. A third guide plate 76 is installed from the right end of the bracket 25 to the rear side plate of the pot body 11 so as to surround approximately the left half circumference of the saucer plate 43 in an arc shape.

A take-out conveyor 79 is provided in an inclined manner at the take-out port 13 of the pot body 11. This unloading conveyor 79
In this example, a net belt 81 made of a mesh of chain material is stretched around rollers 80, 80 which are rotatably installed between the front side plate and the rear side plate of the outlet 13. 81 is rotated clockwise (clockwise in FIG. 2) via rollers 80, 80 by a suitable drive device (not shown). This conveyor 79 receives the material S transferred by impellers 77, 77, lifts it diagonally upward to the right from inside the cooking oil F, and carries it out. ). Note that this net belt 81 is connected to the intermediate conveyor 3 described above.
Similarly to the mesh belt 39 in No. 4, the plates 81a to 81
a are arranged at approximately equal intervals.

Next, a case where fried foods are fried using the above-described deep-frying machine will be described. First, the cooking oil F is stored in the pot body 11, and the heating devices 14, 14 are ignited to raise the temperature of the cooking oil F to an appropriate temperature (frying temperature), and each drive device is started. Therefore, the raw material S, which has been previously molded into a predetermined shape by a molding machine, is put into the cooking oil F on the first rotary plate 15. The loaded material S initially sinks into the cooking oil F due to its own weight, and is sequentially transferred by the first rotary plate 15. When this transfer has passed approximately half a turn, the material S slides onto the second rotary plate 16 under the influence of its centrifugal force and the flow of the edible oil F. At this time, the left side support piece 24 prevents the material S from being returned to the input port 12. Moreover, the material S that has been floating in the cooking oil F or floating on the oil surface Fa due to frying is transferred to the second rotary plate 16 side by the first transfer conveyor 23. The material S transferred by the second rotary plate 16 is fried to an appropriate degree and floats in the edible oil F or floats on the oil surface Fa, and is then transported by the second rotary plate 16. It moves in an arc shape due to the flow of oil Fa. This material S is linearly transferred to the right by the second transfer conveyor 31, then pulled up from the cooking oil Fa by the intermediate conveyor 34, and further horizontally transferred to the right. The raw material S hits the guide plate 40 at the end of the conveyor 33 and is guided in a reverse direction, and is dropped into the cooking oil F. This material S is impeller 4
1 to 41, and then transferred in an arc shape while being pushed down in a wavy manner by the mutual movement of both pressing frames 44, 45 of the presser transfer device 42. The material S thus transferred is transferred to the impeller 7.
The fried tofu is completed by the time the tofu is transferred to the right by 7 to 77, and then lifted out of the edible oil F by a carry-out conveyor 79 and carried out to a storage container.

(Effects of the Invention) In other words, since the present invention has the above-described configuration, it is possible to fry the ingredients by moving them in a meandering manner within the pot, and it is possible to fry the ingredients in a meandering manner. The necessary time can be secured by setting the frying distance as long as possible in a narrow installation space, thereby making it possible to downsize the frying machine.

In particular, the present invention is one in which a plurality of rotary plates are arranged adjacent to each other, the mutually adjacent rotary plates are rotated in opposite directions, and a portion of the rotary plates are closely overlapped with each other. By rotating the rotary plates in opposite directions, the material to be fried can be transported in a meandering manner, and the transport distance to the intermediate conveyor can be made as long as possible, resulting in good deep-frying.
